I have been trying for over a month to switch to US Med for insulin pump supplies. Can't reach customer service on the phone. Online chat is almost no help. Now I'm down to 7 days of supplies and the chat says they can't reach my doctor for prescription. How about keeping me in the loop!? I think I made a huge mistake changing suppliers! “The most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered”
The most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered. This company is more interested in sending you emails concerning coupons for your next purchase than they are taking care of the purchase at hand. Trying to find out a delivery date is impossible, and twice I was cut off and switched to another number without notice before I was able to posit another question. After leaving a message with Karen, it took her two days to return my call. Week days. At which time I was informed that my order had been cancelled. No effort was made to contact me concerning this. Their excuse, my credit card may have been declined and perhaps the notification was in my junk file. Neither is the case. This company is the most poorly run I have ever encountered. Especially given the fact that we are dealing with products of such expense. So, thanks to them, my Mother will have to wait for her much needed lift chair. Which most certainly will not come from them.

“Great service and a very nice chair”
I ordered this chair for my 79 year old Mother. She had a total hip replacement and suffers from arthritis. Her other chair quit working after 11 years of daily use. We wanted another one the same brand. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone to place the order, Taylor, was so very kind and helpful. The chair arrived right when they said it would. It was free curve side delivery. The gentleman who brought it (can't remember his name) was very kind and polite. My sister and I (both in our 50's) got the chair inside and put together in just a few short minutes. It is very quiet and smooth, comfortable too. Thank you for a great product and very knowledgeable employees. And I might add that the price was less than half what we had paid at the pharmacy 11 years ago for the same brand. Tip for consumers:I do not like ordering on line. It was really nice to speak with a representative who spoke plain English and knew all the answers to my questions. The sales person was very helpful and the chair arrived as promised with no issues. This is the second char that I have bought for my mother in two different locations. She enjoys both of them very much and I would recommend US Medical supplies to anyone who need a chair for their loved one.
“Worst mistake I have ever made”
I ordered a stair chair from these folks in September 2016. It didn't get installed until 11/16. Problem after problem. They finally sent some one 4/16 to have it checked out. It was determined that it had been installed incorrectly and had to be replaced. It is 6/16 - still waiting. Save your money and order equipment from a local vendor. Excuse after excuse - horrible customer service. They blame their problems on someone else. Don't waste your time with this company!

A horrendous company to deal with. My diabetes supplies are always delayed by weeks, sometimes month. Truly a disgrace when you consider I need these supplies to live. Every time I'd dealt with them I've had issues and in the past I even had to take the liberty to do their job for them. I'm having delays on my latest order because they are not proactive in asking my doctor for documents until I've already run out of product. Stay away from this company!

Our insurance company switched our type 1 diabetic supplies to this company in Dec. We still have not received a single item from them. When I call to find out why, they blame the insurance company for not having the correct authorization. I've been round & round for 3 months and it has started to really effect my son, not having his equipment that he needs. I am supposed to be getting a phone call today with a date his equipment will be sent out but I'm not holding my breath.
“Watch out for late charges”
It takes a long time to receive your product and then 3 weeks after you receive your product they finally decide how much they will charge you for shipping in addition to the $9.99 you pau at check out. And yes as customer service stated shipping is estimated... however their shipping is way over charged. I ordered two items they came separate and I got charged an additional $14.99 3 weeks after with no notice what so ever. Taking in the extra charges, find a website with legit shipping or free shipping
“Well, the ordering & paying part was easy”
Well, the ordering & paying part was easy. I was sent an email saying it was being shipped After 6 weeks & 3 phone calls I was finally told that my chair would not be available to ship for another month. NICE! Why did they wait until then to tell me. I asked for my money back & was told it will be up to a week to get my debit back. We'll see what happens. Never will order from here again.
“Shortest chair I could find”
Needed a very short chair and this one works. I still need a pillow behind my back as the shape of the curve is not quite correct. I have to figure out how to get the feet above heart level. Ordered that feature and not seeing instructions as to make it do so. Shipping updates would have been helpful. I still need help transferring from chair to mobility scooter as I cannot walk/stand. But being closer to the chair and ground is easier on my family.

Chair was terrible. Cheaply made was not the right side and only had one pocket. The make it look real nice online but it's junk. Don't make the mistake I did by ordering a chair online. They will take it back but you have to pay 200 fee. So yeah

The stair lift looks good. I just can't get it installed - after I've paid the $500 installation fee! The first guy backs out on the appointment day (a week ago), saying he's having questions with the company. Now, I'm getting a phone call giving a name to call - but - the caller says, if he doesn't work out - here is a second person to call and he will take care of the installation. Do I feel safe, concerned, right now - the merchandise (I hope) is top shelf, but the service falls on the floor off the bottom shelf. I hope to get the $500 back and find my own man (I've already installed the rail on the steps, which, I assume, would be one of the most difficult part and using the most time.

Buying a chair lift online from these people is dangerous. We ordered one brand and got another. The installer came from far away, left having done an appalling job and these sellers would not send them back to make it right. We did not get the three promised covers, nor warranty materials and an acceptable operating manual. The brand provided has an awful open track that is going to require constant maintenance, no backup battery, and it is bottom-of-the-line. The man who sold it to us was simply in it for "a buck". Watch out for this place. They seem far from honorable.

Will not ship Libre Freestyle continuous glucose monitor sensors until 2nd day before current supply runs out. This has resulted in a gap between need and receipt. Unresponsive to questions regarding my purchase of sensor(s) apart from insurance in order to assure my having a sensor available when needed and/or when I will not be home for a few days around the time when they are willing to provide a prescription refill.

Added the 'white glove' delivery service - it was a joke - delivery men could not get out of my home fast enough - had to tell them 3 times where to locate the chair (1 room, not difficult, but they just wanted to drop and run). No instruction how to use the chair. The $185 spent on the service was wasted - knowing then what I know today I would not have not signed up for it. PS - the chair is great; very comfortable; multiple, almost infinite reclining postions; well constructed.

Excessive wait time on phone 35 - 55 minutes of hold time per call. Response to every inquiry is "we are waiting for authorization" Most recently, while on hold I contacted my insurance provider to get some answers and the insurance agent was put on hold for over 45 minutes! And thats the provider line! Don't waste time trying to order on line. You submit form and promised a call back. Still waiting!
“AVOID! The worst company I've ever worked with!”
The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. My supplies not shipped on time because they say my insurance hasn't given them authorization, yet they sent me supplies the previous month... this is only my second order... insurance says they have, no idea why they aren't sending... now I'm without supplies. They notify me of this via email AFTER 3 weeks of placing my order. Just getting things set up with this company was such a cluster. Go elsewhere if you can! Fair warning!

This chair is uncomfortable it wore a hole in it in four months. Also, it was delivered by US medical Supplies not working. Presently, it's rocks backwards when it reclines like bolts on the frame are loose. This chair is extremely poor quality and way over priced.
“Mobility scooter renders man immobile”
In less than 2 years since the purchase of the "Mobility " Scooter for my uncle, the item has all but quit working. We have replaced the battery twice, replaced fuses and purchased a new charger for the unit, as well as taken exceptional care of the scooter, parking it indoors and covering it on the occasions that it is outdoors. Sadly, my uncle has been left stranded many times. The scooter currently only holds a charge for 15 minutes, despite being fully charged. My uncle just called me a few minutes ago. It is cold and raining and he is stranded again. I am very disapointed with this purchase.

I would not order from this company again. The wait in receiving the order was weeks when I could have gone locally and had the same functional chair delivered and being used within three days. I had to keep contacting the company to find out where the chair was in delivery. The business model is not client friendly. They build a number of chairs before they are loaded on a truck and sent over a number of states before it is delivered nearby the buyer. FedEx Freight was going to charge extra for a lift truck for the driver to get the chair off the truck after I had already paid delivery charges.

Want to set up Dextron 6. Gave all my info. First told no charge. Latter told $45 month. Ok understand. Gave my credit card info. To them. Was told it would ship out that day. Four days latter no word. Tried to us there portal to check order never worked. Not surprised. Called again was to I said I would pay later.? Then told my card was declined.
