Good morning. It took this long of a wait to get my firebox installed. I love it. It's a beautiful addition to my home . It's not without problems, however.The $300 blower doesn't work. Stumps both the carpenter and the propane supplier who added the logs and tested the integrity of the installed lines.1) the blower was boxed with absolutely no instruction.2) the thermostat functions. You can hear it click on.3) kinda homey that the blower has no venting other than the crack above the ceiling of the boxYour advice and direction would be appreciated.
Most of fireplace is probably fine. However the pilot ingition module has problems. The igniter electrode arcs before the tip often causing delayed or missed ignition. Sometimes pilot goes out in continuos mode which it should not. House is under renovation so fireplace is not sealed into permenant instalation at this time. I expect to enjoy it for years to come when home improvement project is complete and glitches are worked out.
Everything was great until I went to install the logs. The instructions said to install from the valve side of the se thru fireplace. They did not fit. After carefully trying it a different way, I discovered they installed from the opposite side. What took so long is that a couple of the logs did not fir as neatly as they should have over the studs. Otherwise the rest of the Fireplace was great!
Messaged before purchasing to see if the legs were removable or welded and was told they were removable so I purchased and turns out there welded.. also came with a nice scratch on the top but other than that it looks fine

Researched and found a fire/water bowl that we liked at US Fireplace Store. I immediately got a confirmation of my order that said they would notify when it shipped and that shipping was free on orders over $300. Two weeks later they emailed and stated that shipping would cost $400 and that they would split it with me and that delivery would be delayed at least 8-10 weeks. I pressed for them to deliver the order as was advertised and confirmed to me but they gave me two options - pay additional money or cancel my order. Of course, I cancelled the order. Even if it cost me more elsewhere, I won't do business with unethical scammers.
BUYER BEWARE! Here's why... I purchased a Majestic Lanai 60 with accessories that cost a total of $5562. The products were shipped on a pallet is a very secure way. I was impressed with the packaging, and the unit and accessories arrived undamaged. After having the fireplace installed, it operated for about 4 hours and then it malfunctioned. The burner assembly blew-out and burned the controls and LED lights. OK, this happens on occasion, right? The problem is, US Fireplace has wiped their hands of this and will not rectify this malfunctioned fireplace. Calls and emails go nowhere, and they send me back to Majestic who then sends me to an overseas call bank that promises they will get it into the right hands to address... nothing. I ended-up paying, out of pocket, a local company $2043 for parts and labor to repair the malfunction. US Fireplace is not responding to my numerous attempts for any amount of reimbursement (I have receipts). The company that repaired the unit is a distributor for Majestic, but says they cannot submit the warranty claim because they did not sell it. US Fireplace did sell it but, as I've stated above, is not taking any action whatsoever to address this. So far I am on the hook for $2043, 52% of the cost of the entire unit! I would have very much liked to have submitted a positive review, even with the malfunction had they addressed it. They did not. Clearly one is better off buying from a local distributor who would service their customers, rather than from US Fireplace. What a waste of money this has been. Caveat Emptor.
I ordered a soap stone stove according to your web site. I did not receive a soap stone. I sent Anna a picture of the one off your web site and what we received and got no response. I called your ordering number and was told you do not carry soap stone. Then why is it on your web site?? I'm still trying to find a soap stone for this stove

As our valued customer, we are happy to cover 50% of the amount. So I need to pay $300 to ship the item. As a customer feels. Don't offer If you didn't mean it. To me its fine if you wanna charge shipping but to be straight forward.
I purchased a fireplace mantel and surround after shopping for months. I appreciated the diagrams with the exact measurements so that I could determine the correct size and style. After the purchase I was kept informed of the processing and shipping. The carrier contacted me when the item was picked up from the warehouse and set up a delivery date and time, then contacted me on the day of arrival. My MDF Acadia surround arrived with the box strapped to pallets to prevent damage, and the mantel and surround itself was packaged very well. We inspected each piece and it had no damage. We are waiting for the tile to arrive before installation, however the directions look clear and complete, even recommending which paint to paint it with for best results.
Refractory bricks were not the size I thought ordered and took several weeks to receive. However, found out I can cut them down to fit, luckily. Shipping cost was horrendous, but I was stuck because needed the product. If I had known the size wasn't available, I could have gone with another vendor much cheaper.

Hint - when you google the stove you want and see all the vendors are offering it at almost the same price call the Fireplace Store and they will beat any of the advertised prices. You will actually get a live knowledgeable person on the phone!
Product is excellent Heatilator brick refractory panel kit. Customer service is horrible. Took over one month to receive the item. Numerous phone calls with each representative telling me a different story. The company states that they are a USA company. However, it appears that all their contact/customer service is handled overseas. If you can order your part from a different company/supplier then I would recommend that you do.
