Total scammers. I was dealing with a guy who claimed his name is Jason Lee. Very confident that is not his real name. In any case. He PROMISED a guaranteed price. I have multiple e-mails from him with this claim. So, I gave a $150 deposit. As soon as he had the deposit the story changed. He promised me almost daily that the car would be picked up and then made excuse after excuse and of course did the old bait and switch on the price. I refused to go over the guaranteed promised prince and then 3 weeks later was forced to rent a trailer and go get the car myself. 16 hour round trip. He then promised I would get my refund and specifically said "we are not going to keep your money". Total LIAR Do not do business with this company. I am so angry about this unscrupulous scammer that I am doing everything I can to warn others. I just had to complete a few details and the representative dideverything else! Ben (USA Trax rep) was amazing and found a carrier injust a few days. Plus, the difference between the quote and final costwas only a hundred and fifty bucks! The carrier selected picked the carup on-time and delivered it a day earlier than the 3 day window given.Mid-size SUV traveling from FL to CA on an uncovered trailer. No damageson arrival, just dust and debris from the hwy and it all came off at thecar wash. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN!!!

I’ve used USA Trax twice now- in 2024, I shipped my car from NY to CA;this year I shipped it the other way around. They located a carrier whowas reliable and easy to work with, pickup and drop off were seamless.This time around, the final price was higher than the original quote-higher than the already anticipated increase- but they were able tonegotiate with the driver to save me one hundred dollars, as well asgive me fifty dollars off for being a returning customer. David is oneof the best dispatcher.Overall, I would recommend USA Trax and especially David to anyonelooking to ship their car cross country.

Tom was fantastic to deal with and the company is lucky to haveemployees like Tom who make customer satisfaction their #1 goal. I wason an important time line to have a pickup & delivery of my 1988 Jeepfrom Florida to Indiana. On the day of pickup the carrier called toinform me their truck broke down and they couldn’t meet my deliverydate. I immediately called Tom within an hour had another carrier whocould meet my delivery schedule. Tom went above and beyond and I wouldtruly recommend Tom & USA Trax who also exceeded my expectations. Tom was my contact person. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the steps of how shipping a vehicle works. He explained things well, and was happy to answer any questions I had. There were a couple of glitches in the process of getting my car shipped that were related to the carrier and not USA Trax. But anytime I contacted Tom about it she immediately jumped on the situation to find out what was going on and give me updates. I would definitely recommend Tom and USA Trax. In fact, I have already recommended the company to my nephew.

This is a very professional organization. Although people warned against using a broker, we found them to be very impressive. They have high safety and insurance requirements for anyone that bids on your shipment, and then they review all offers and the service providers before they forward them to you for review. Our customer service person Jason, was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped walk us through the process and explain what would happen at each step in the process. The driver and company they found for us was exemplary and equally professional. I would highly recommend this company especially Jason if you need to ship a car.

USA Trax delivered a spectacular moving experience. I had them transport my motorcycle to a specialty shop from Maryland to Florida and I was extremely nervous about hiring a company to make this happen. I cannot say enough good things about USA Trax and their staff. I searched for months to find a reputable shipper for my car from New Mexico to Alaska. After many phone calls, texts, spam emails, and scams, I finally reached USA Trax and specifically Leo. It was like a gift from the universe. Shipping a car to Alaska is a difficult and expensive task. Leo was amazing at explaining the process, setting expectations, and connecting me to the right company for the second part of the transport . I felt so much relief. This company is legit . Every single time I called and someone other then Maleah answered I was met with courtesy, helpfulness, and efficiency . For example , when you call, they can see your details in their system immediately, clearly from your number. I didn't have to tell my story every time I called. They just knew me. Not only did they bait and switch me on the price(quoted me 480 and ot ended up being 600) my buddies car sat in Orlando for 10 days after his pick up date and finally they got a driver and charged 400 dollars more than the quote and was 10 days late. And today another friends car was to be picked up in Florida and brought to jersey quoted price 690, actual price 1800. What a joke, Mack has no clue how to do business. Can't believe i reffered them to anyone. This company is a joke and Mack's word isn't worth anything.

I had a complicated transcontinental shipment of a classic car coordinated by Mac, an USA Trax agent. I have never experienced the level of care and personal attention to detail in any human transaction of my 75 years of life that was provided by this outstanding person, He was always there, prompt, Knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and just plain nice, A difficult shipment was smoothed and coordinated beyond what I thought possible. Dozen of phone cells and emails. He was on top of everything. He seems to always be at work and available. If I had a business Mac would be my manager of customer service period . The company was a good as its word (and its previous great reviews) especially the guy name Tom. He helped me throughout the process very clear. I had to ship a Car from Dallas to Philly. Was scared of dishonest scammers in this business, but decided to go with USA Trax LLC. The service was excellent. Car reached at destination in time and in the same shape as at pick up. No dents/ scratches, no extra mileage. Tom sent me picture at loading and not delivery. Rate was higher than few cheapest online offers, but it is worth. No bargaining at delivery like many scammers do. Will definitely recommend their service.

USA TRAXX and Mr Harris are a scam. I gave them a deposit to transport my vehicle and everything was fine up until a day and a half before shipping. They ghosted me!!! They stopped responding to my texts and stopped taking my calls. I want my money back! I had to scramble less than 12 hours before my flight took off
