Customer service has no way to reach anyone. It just gives you a mindless loop or bad AI with no solutions. Shein previously responded to me on Trustpilot when I had another issue saying there is a way to live chat. What they said does not work. Totally squashed hat. Never buy hats from there as they are destroyed en route and unreturnable.
I still haven’t received my package after a month. I ordered my package September 18th and expected it to arrive by September 29th as it said on the website, but it is now October 16th and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve tried reaching out and calling them multiple times with no respond. This isn’t my first time shopping on shein, however it’s definitely my worst experience so far. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Shein is my go-to website whenever I want to buy inexpensive clothing. The shipping was always fast as it was a week or more with standard shipping. The packaging is amazing and my clothes are always sealed tight. The clothes fit me, but you HAVE to look at their sizing chart when you decide to order. Because ALL CLOTHES ARE MADE different. I love this website and can not see how people complain about it unless they live somewhere off the walls or did not look at the sizing chart.
Order 7 items but ended up returning 4 although wanted to return all off it, because the reviews on those items are fake and sizes don't match the description. I think people are not writing honest reviews because they receive points if they leave positive feedback.Underwear had a hole in it but those kind of items are not refunded. This store is GREAT!!! Affordable stylish clothing, shoes and accessories. I buy from here regularly. The trick with this store is, that you have to know your own size and measurements and to always check the size chart when purchasing items garments and shoes. Shein hosts a lot of vendors and not all garments and shoes are going to be sized the same.
Shein is another of those Chinese companies that scam its customers. I've enjoyed the items I've gotten from Shein, they take a bit longer to get to me than other stores, but don't take as long as AliExpress or Wish. Usually a little less than a month. I'm a huge penny pincher, so I really like finding fashionable clothes for cheap. And their new home goods section seems great, though I have not bought anything from it yet. I've bought items from Shein multiple times and don't plan on stopping! Make sure to check item reviews though, not everything is exactly like the picture.
Shein is another fast fashion site kind of like Wish or AlliExpress. So when shopping you have to be a very diligent shopper. You can't just add to cart and go. You need to check what materials are used for the clothing, read reviews on all products (especially those with pictures), and be cautious of sizes, especially if you need plus sizes. I personally have never had issues with payment (I always use PayPal) or shipping (longest order took about a week and a half, but they first estimated 3 weeks), however I've heard of other having difficulty with those, primarily with shipping times. I've only had a few items of clothing that greatly differed from the pictures/reviews/materials, however they were so cheap, I didn't really care. However, I've had far more great purchases from Shein than bad ones. But, as I've said, it's not always consistent, so be weary and smart when shopping.

I've used this company a number of times over the past year and have not had a problem with them. In fact, I've been impressed by their speedy service. My order placed on June 28, 2020 was supposed to come July 18, 2020 and actually arrived by July 7, 2020. I ordered a bunch of clothes and jewelry for $80. Working in a hair salon, we need trendy yet inexpensive clothes . The quality was MUCH better than I expected for the price. There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. I received a delivery notification both by email and on my the app stating that all 15 orders that i purchased were delivered. The material posted on Shein's site is full of lies. I bought it because the description said it was 70% cotton. Due to skin disease, I cannot wear products that are less than 60% cotton. First, the things you buy are legit. The issue isn't the product. I recently ordered a casual two outfit from these people which finally arrived. Just picking up the package I could immediately tell that it was poor quality.
