Bought a pair of trainers as a gift at the Keys Puma store spinikar Towers Portsmouth. They cost £45.00 and worn three times before developing a hole at the front. When taking them back I was told they are not faulty unless the hole is in the crease. What rubbish. Neither were interested and neither looked properly. Both at the till were dismissive. When I said so it's ok spending £40.00 on trainers just worn a few times. When I said the moral is dont buy Puma, the guy ( the one who served us when purchased, just said, oh well, fair enough and carried on working. Rude, arrogant, self opiniated and full of own importance. Save your money and steer clear and use a store who cares.
I recently went to an outlet mall and the Puma shop had great sales. The customer service was amazing (which is a big help with a toddler who wants to run around 🤦♀️) I didn’t spend much time shopping as I pretty much knew what I wanted, and paid for it. The colour from the blue strip on my cream Vogue tracksuit ran onto the cream part despite me handwashing it according to instructions. I think it smudged when I ironed it. I won a voucher after completing a Hyrox, ordered some trainers which were too small.I then returned these, but never received a refund. It took over 2 weeks for anyone to get back to me and I was then told that I had lost my voucher as you can't make returns using it. Sent me the wrong order. Online chat and phone didn't work for hours and when I finally got through to chat I was told to print a return label and take it back to a post office on my own time and fuel money to simply just get a refund when I send them the receipt. If I want what I actually ordered on the sale, I would have to reorder it and email the staff asking for custom order and pricing to match my original order. Why can't you just send me the correct order when you receive the wrong one back and make me go through this massive headache and waste of time! Unbelievable! I bought a pair of beach sandals and it was obvious that one was defective. It broke, but the other one was perfect. The insole wears out in two weeks and it starts to hurt because of this net-like structure. And even if you manage to fix it, the sole will be completely worn out with a huge holes in about a month. I am a nurse and I swear by the Puma Prowl. This shoe should be the shoe that the nursing profession looks to. With the thick cut ankle socks. The rubber sole helps me react to emergencies faster by making it there safely and quickly. It is a pull on so there are no laces to trip over. The fabric helps my feet breath. Puma sneakers are really underrated. I bought a pair of Classic suede sneakers for less than $100. For example Nike would cost me much more than that just because it's Nike. Adidas is the same thing. But in terms of quality Puma doesn't concede to both of these shoe giants.

They're return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I've talked to since I've not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they're running a business like it's 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn't include weekends or holidays. So, Monday 7/17 will be the "tenth business day" before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I'm still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that's why they started doing the ten day processing. Bought my 1st pair of sneakers back in February. They were by far, the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned, however, within 2 weeks of wear, I noticed the tops, above where your feet are, started wearing. Was extremely satisfied with my experience with Puma. I ordered a total of 3 pairs of shoes and received promotional backpack along with my purchase. With the free shipping my order came to about $150 (which is the same as buying one pair of expensive puma's with tax!) I plugged in my credit card information during checkout and soon received an email the following day confirming my order and providing the tracking number.
