The Scam Detector website Validator gives us-immigration.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 66.4. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 66.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to us-immigration.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning us-immigration.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between us-immigration.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of us-immigration.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of us-immigration.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. us-immigration.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether us-immigration.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether us-immigration.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, us-immigration.com.

“SCAM”
We tried to apply for the ESTA and it seemed and official service, but later we realised that they charged 121 USD for it. This is an awful way to run a business, totally unfair for all the people the looks for this, as they appear the first on the search navigators.
“SCAM”
Do not get tricked into paying these people for a service that they do not provide. Applying for citizenship at US site is free of charge. I called about a refund and they told me there terms and conditions are clearly written on their website so too bad, they don't offer refunds. I will take this up with Amex and see if I can get my money back. What a waste.
“Horrible Thieves and cheater's”
This site has duped us by popping on the gov site so one gets confused and get mislead I am trying to figure out a way to get my money back. Why not anybody take any action towards these people? It's a huge fraud. They are giving bad name to the community. I was charged for$165 when I didn't avail their services. Highly disgusted by their mode of operation. They are refusing to refund my money. This site should be banned totally so that many people are saved.
“Scam, beware of them”
They overcharge for ESTA application. ESTA costs 21 dollars and they charge you 98 USD. Their website looks very genuine and one would not think it would be a scam. At least I checked that my ESTA application is approved. They did what they were paid for, but this is a very dishonest way of business. Shame on them, stay away from this company. Service Value Quality
“Its a scam company - hands off”
Hands off its a scam concern. Long talks different telephonenumbers from New York. They charged 555 CHF for things they cannot proof and they give no confirmation for anything. Every time they want new or other informations or something from the papers its not right anymore. Every next step cost more money. At least they want to charge 3500 USD. The Bank is in Spain; the currency in £. If you don`t want to pay they really try every trick that you change you mind... even emotional tricks. And so on.
“I just got scammed”
I applied for ESTA and genuinely thought I was using the official website. Now I realized I had been charged for $100 instead of the real cost $20. I am so mad. I could ask Visa to cancel my payment (which I had not noticed I had done) but I am afraid they will deny my esta. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Rip off not immigration.gov”
American Immiihration Center website is a scam I was looking for the immigration. Gov website and they these people popped up they had me fill out the application to renew my card. And then I was charged $199 which I assumed was going towards the renewal of my card. Turns out I have a relative who works for ins and this is not supposed to happen I should not have paid 199 plus the fees to the INS department. I've been calling that company getting the run-around and now they're telling me that I cannot get a refund. They try to tell me I can have 50% back of my fees knowingly that I'm not going to use their forms because the ins. Gov wants us to do it online and pay the fees. I have reported it to the BBB and also to my bank in hopes that I can get my money back who has $199 to throw away?
“https://www.immigration4us.com/ "Scam. False advertising. IMMIGRATION FOR US "”
I was properly screwed by immigration4us. I have applied from their website for US Visit from UAE. They asked me to pay 165$, i was under impression that it included MRV fee as well. I surprised after receiving email from them as below. "Please note that the charge of $165 for the visa service does not include the MRV Visa Fee that needs to be paid to the Department of State" Simply they copied all the info from their site to actual trusted Gov site by charging $165. Which is unfair at all.
“The Most useless and confusing web site in Internet!”
The US Immigration site is purposely designed to confuse users and make sure the NEVER get ANY information... Their phone greeting is extremely long and complicated It would be so much more decent if they just shut down this crazy web site then play with people's mind! Shame On Them!
“Totsl bs! Scam!”
Scam. Took money and dont pay back. Stupid me in the morning and easy target when i told i woke up to the call and english is not my own language. Told in the first call tvat i dont wanna continue and that tjey give me my money back staight away. They told me to wait few days that they call me back. Then money left and now they say that they cant do anything a out it. Total bull$#*!! Dont do the same mistake than me! Lets bring this $#*! down guys! I will make sure that they regret to mess with me. All love for all other victims Tip for consumers:Just dont use this $#*!
“WORTHLESS SCAMM”
Scam pretending to be official and charging $199 for free forms and info readily available directly from the official US government site, uscis.gov. Don't waste your time or money. Should be a zero star company. They are just taking advantage of people.
“This website is a scam do not use it.”
This is not a government website and it clearly states it so do not use it. They are not helpful at all. Their toll free number doesn't work which makes them useless in assisting you with any application (i. E. citizenship or green card renewal).
“I too was thinking I was dealing with Immigration directly”
I too was thinking I was dealing with Immigration directly. My Google search sent me directly to a very deceptive page that really looked "official". I did manage to get a $105.00 refund (out of $170.00) and can supposedly still apply online with that company which, they say..., will be much simpler than applying with with Immigration. I might pass on that offer! An expensive mistake. I believe the entire operation is totally unethical and wish I had found this site before starting with this nightmare. Lesson learned: always look for. Gov on web sites when dealing with the government. Tip for consumers:DO NOT USE THIS SITE
“Very unethical business!”
Very unethical business! Obviously this website tries to make people think they ARE the official government website. Very similar look to the real government website. My wife almost got cheated and filled some personal information (name/phone/email) and lucky she figured out and stopped there. But the website called her back right away and trying to push for sales. Very bad business practice and to me, it is scam and should be shut down. And shame on Google to list it as the top of search results. Is US Internet now the same as China where you can just pay and have your fishing website to be shown first?!
“Rip-off stay clear”
Trick me once... First time I fell into a internet rip-off trap. They are not a. Gov website. I was looking for an online method of filling out a work authorisation for the US and was take for a ride by this website. Their "Start your application online" is BS its merely a tool for filling out an application that must be posted anyway. They absolutely know they ripping people off. Their service adds absolutely no value. Just a shame they get away with it. If you need help filling out the application then I don't see how you going to function in a job anyway - its straight forward.
“This site is not US gov”
This site is not US gov... banks will not reimburse money... the site claims they will if you call them, but it'll take 3-5 days. In the meantime they've collected your personal information and cc info... we'll see what happens.
“Highest scam site. Just run away from here...”
This is a scam site. Do not go any further. I blame google to bring this up in the first link. I was fool enough to go thru this and paid $300.00 for 2 application. I realized it the next day and called them immediately. They gave me $150.00 and kept $150.00. Bunch of money stealers. You can apply for US Citizenship all by yourself.
“Well, I fell for this too”
Well, I fell for this too. However, I called and was able to get through after about a 5 minute hold time and they refunded me the money back in full with no questions asked when I informed them that I thought I was on an official government website. I am concerned about the information that they now have, but nothing I can do now. I will keep an eye on my credit report and bank accounts. Feel dumb but at least got my money back easily.
“I was trick”
I pay 199 for N-400 thought it was legit but something inside me tells me to surf the web again... I found the real gov website and find out the form was free after I had already complete and print out. Please guys read before making purchase. I did get some money back but won't say it for sure until I see the refund return back to my PayPal account. I will file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission in hoping they will do something to prevent consumer like me and others.
“The website is a total scam”
The website is a total scam. They will only refund you 50% back after you find out they provided nothing but forms you can freely download from the. Gov website and call them for refund. Credit card companies will not help, because they have fine prints you just were not smart enough to notice. I hope they will be punished in the most tragic ways by the Lord for so many curses people have put on them. Tip for consumers:STAY AWAY! Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Scammers”
Somebody should shut them down. Their agent was a joke except that the joke was on me. After I told him of my error in assuming their website us-immigration.com was an actual gov site, he told me that he will see what he can do for me since the computer does not allow him to take the charge off. Sounded like he was reading a script. Its enough to feel like a fool having not carefully read the website, he added insult to injury. Ant then he offered me 45% back for nothing.
“Thank you to everyone who posted their reviews”
Thank you to everyone who posted their reviews. I am expecting a call from them at 2 pm and thankfully i found this site. Something just felt fishy the way they called me the instant I closed out of their site with my application half-finished. I have been through the process i was looking for before and this just didn't feel right. So thank you to everyone for saving me over $700 in "application" and "processing fees"
“Second time we are using now for Citizenship UD”
The service has worked very well for our family. Our case is clear. My wife does qualify. We just needed help filling out and providing all documentation correctly. This site provided that step by step guidance. We renewed my wife's Permanent Resident Card successfully and received the card. Now doing Citizenship and waiting for Test Date and Time. Biometrics completed. For us it avoided having to pay for an attorney to file the applications.
“Thanks.”
Surprisingly the immigration system under Biden administration has been good and the process too much easier and swift Thanks to the authorities. Kindly keep it up.
“Not a government site, but good service. 100% not a scam... if you can read”
Wow, the majority of the reviews are about the user's inability to read the first sentence on the site, which clearly states that the site is not affiliated with the government in any form. As to the looks of the website - can't blame a business trying to look as official as possible. The value of using the site exceeds the price you pay, if you need those services. It stores your half-filled application online while you are researching the info. It keeps the form current, as it changes often. You can call 24x7 and get good explanation about different questions or procedures and options. Usually under 5 minutes. You alternative to that - go to immigration lawyer which will cost a lot of money or call a government agency and waste hours on the phone waiting. In summary - if you are paying before reading the first sentence on the site - it's on you. Tip for consumers:If you just looking to download a form - go to official .gov site. If you prefer a bit of basic help - check the list of what they actually add in value. It's on the home page as well Service Value Quality

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
