Is urbanrevivo.com Legit?

I placed my order on Oct 29, it has been two weeks since, I still haven’t receive any tracking number from them. And I started doing my own digging and found out this company is a SCAM. I ordered 3 pieces that total of $99 . Still a lot of money I rather buy from Zara then next time.

Urban Revivo's customer service has been AWFUL. I pre-ordered the same sweater in two different colors. They finally shipped almost 6 weeks later. I received one of the sweaters and have yet to receive the second sweater (don't understand why they didn't ship together). I have been going back and forth in emails with UR regarding non-delivery of second sweater. I was informed by UR MY package was returned to the post office/failed delivery due to no such number. How in the world was my address correct for the first package, but now there's no such number for delivery of the second package. UR has not been helpful with recovering my package and the directions/instructions they have provided me have not helped me (AT ALL) with locating my package. While I do love the sweater I received, it is of good quality and looks just as it looks online, I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM UR again; and I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone I know. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me when purchasing online, and UR's customer service is the worst. I have repeatedly asked for a refund given I paid for merchandise I have yet to receive (and doubt I ever will). Of course, I have not received a response to my request. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

They are scamming you out of your money. This “ Bowie Tan” must be a bot. When I requested to return my merchandise immediately after receiving it I got a notice that says they will let you know if you are “ approved “ and will send an email which they never send, then when I emailed them they tell me to make a return request online which I already had. I go on to request about four more times without response. Then after about a month of me emailing them they finally send an email that says we have closed you return and merged it to 111768. What does that even mean? They will also send an occasional response saying, I’m sorry that you are not receiving our emails, which I do, they just make no sense like a bot is sending them. I am still trying to get a return address. I will be reporting them for fraud!

Cute clothes but this company is a rip-off!! Had items which were approved for return and never received a credit/refund for them after they were sent back. Sent dozens of emails (only way you can communicate with UR) and never got a response!! Simply stole my money and I see I’m not the only victim!!!

UR always delivers great quality items at affordable prices! What I love about this company is that they make unique pieces inspired by latest trends and their quality is never compromised even when prices are lower than expected market value. I love UR esp their tweed jackets and bags.

I made an order with Urban Revivo after seeing the products on Olivia Miller’s instagram. Unfortunately, the products that arrived were terrible quality. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund (which they say they will respond in 1 working day), still no response nearly a week later. Starting to think this is a scam and have reported this transaction to my credit card provider.

This is my third purchase and I’ve enjoyed each. The sleeveless denim dress with gold buttons is magnificent. The black, v-neck sweater with same type golden button as the dress—definitely another win. This last purchase included the black leather, knee-high boots and the khaki skirt (thanks Jeneé Naylor!). Another win with the boots which are comfy and super cute. The skirt is the incorrect size and I submitted a return request. That response took some time (almost a week), so a bit different than I am accustomed to with returns. However, the quality of each item has been superb, so I would purchase from them again without hesitation.

I loved the quality of Urban Revivo's clothes, also they have such beautiful stuff I wasn't able to decide which ones I was going to buy. The only thing I wasn't very confortable was about sizing, since there were many comments of people saying that they run large. Also I would suggest that all clothes specify which size is the model wearing, some weren't indicated.

My experience with Urban Revivo is truly fantastic. They are very fast and efficient!!! I discovered them quite by accident, and since I love tweed, I ordered 4 short jackets and tweed shorts. Everything is beautiful, the quality is amazing, I am literally delighted and I am sure that I will wear them for many years. A recommendation for everyone. I will certainly leave my impressions on the site about each item individually. Thank you very much Urban Revivo for everything, you are wonderful.

My last order of V-Neck knitted cardigan (L), Chunky hoop earrings and Sleeveless Crew Neck Midi Dress - White (L).All items were of a superior quality & exceeded my expectations. I've worn the earring non stop without any irritation and they look classy.I had the dress (L) taken in at the back as was little big on the shoulders, again superior quality materials it looks expensive and now fits like bespoke garment!The cardigan was too big and I wrote to customer service to exchange for a smaller size however they kindly replaced item without having to exchange the larger size. I'm very pleased with purchases and impressed with the level of customer service. FYI I'm usually a size 10-12 UK size

I am so glad that this site exists. I saw the design of their clothing really attractive, I was about to check out my cart. However, thank goodness that I did not buy after reading all comments here. I am really concerned about the inconsistency about sizing, return shipping and refund process. Hope Urban Revivo will take these issues seriously and act quickly to attract more customers in near future.

It was influenced by a YouTuber. The design of the dress is perfect, and gorgeous color, beautiful handcraft! However, the fabric looks like a cheap cotton, so easily get wrinkled! Unless you wear it without movements, otherwise when you sit or any movements will create a lot of wrinkles! It’s just waste of design and handcraft! I didn’t return because they charge for return fee and return policy is not user friendly, long process! Probably won’t buy from them again!

So far, my experience with Urban Revivo has been great. I love their products and quality is very good. I have been buying online nearly for a year now. Their service is good. Shipping is very fast, tracking information provided by their courier partner is very UpToDate and helpful. I have given 1 star less as I have not requested any return/refund so far and I read other reviews about return service not being good.

I do love the kind of stuff offered on taobao or shein but they're ALWAYS cheap feeling and I like good quality items. So I started buying from urban revivo for their clothing with much much MUCH better quality. Their pricing are great considering the quality (wayyy better than zara, especially the knits).

Please do not buy from this brand directly. I have bought their clothes from ASOS before and I made the mistake of ordering online from them. I sent my return on April 10 and today is May 22 and I still haven't gotten my refund. Although they promise returns, they try to convince you to keep the items when you try to return them. This is such a bad experience and I can't believe that certain influencers would recommend this brand. Stay away!

Urban Revivo confirmed to arrange a refund for my order on the 7th of April 2024 but it never happened. They say it may take 7-15 days for the bank to process and for the amount to be credited to your account bank account. It's now 3rd of May 2024. 26 days later and multiple emails requesting to address my refund. I have not heard from them, nor have I receive my money back!!! Update 8th of May: They have refunded the money after some persistent chasing.

Placed an order in March - it is May now. Upon contacting customer service they basically said they forgot about it. Now most of my order is being refunded (to a payment method I did not approve) and order still now shipped when they said it would ship within 2 days 3 weeks ago. Awful all around. I contacted customer service again with no response. I am disappointed as I was really excited about their unique apparel and was considering making them a regular staple I come back to for new items.

I ordered two jackets from Urban Revivo! Shipping took about two weeks but it was so worth it because I was so impressed by the material of the jackets. I ordered two different tweed-style jackets and they both were very structured and thick! I got so many compliments and comments from people thinking the jackets were from Aritzia but they were less than $100 from Urban Revivo. Highly recommend!

My Honest opinion? The Best Quality Clothing I Have Ever Bought! Absolutely Stunning material, beautifully made. Great price! I have already referred my sisters. I will definitely be buying again.. can’t wait! Thank you xx
