Is urbanheer.com Legit?

This is my second purchase from Urbanheer, and I decided to leave a review for the Velvet Soft Hoodie I bought for holiday season. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and overall stitching and attention to detail is impressive. It is warm and cozy, I am very happy with the product quality. I also want to share my experience with customer care, where I had to change my shipping address due to travel plan. The team was responsive and polite and went extra mile to make the item delivered to my travel address. This is my second purchase and I look forward to making future purchases. Overall, its been reliable and smooth experience shopping with Urbanheer and I love the new arrivals everyday and occasional offers. I'm a happy customer, thank you team Urbanheer

I placed an order on Dec 2 (today is Dec 17). My order has still not shipped. The website claims orders are processed in 2-4 business days. On Dec 11 I reached out to customer service and was told my order has “expired” and I hadn’t been charged. I had not been notified. She said she would check inventory and get back with me. Within a day I received an invoice to pay so they would ship my item. I paid it immediately upon receiving it on Dec 12. Since then I’ve reached out twice with no reply, nor any update on my order. My order is a dress that my 5 year old has asked for for Christmas- which is the only reason I’ve put so much effort into getting the item. At this point I never plan to use this company again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a coat it was tiny. Want to return they ask you to e mail for return address which I have 5 times. Still awaiting a reply.Disgusting zero customer service.Poor service. Do not order.

I placed an order on 9/15. It is now 10/4.I still don’t have my order. Repeated emails to customer service are met with what seem to be auto generated or bot responses. When I phone no one answers and my messages are not responded to-no one returns my calls. I had to open a dispute with my bank to try to get a refund. BEWARE.

Seamless experience from start to finish, I discovered Urbanheer through Instagram and discovered the Jumper that catched my attention. The purchasing process is very smooth as discounts were applied automatically. The App made shopping easy, with clear descriptions and simple navigation. The whole delivery process is very transparent with notifications at every step. When the Jumper arrived, I was impressed by the fabric quality- feels durable, soft and fits perfectly providing me high level of comfort everytime I wear. The fit is just right and style modern and versatile. I also had a couple of questions along the way, and customer care was quick and responsive. I been looking around for buying couple of items and one day I found they offered a special discount and I purchased the item. I loved the collection they carry specially the range of new dresses, hoodies, sneakers. I enjoy visiting there website and mobile app to check what's new. new deals. I ordered a pair of hard-to-find shoes from Urbanheer. Unfortunately, the fit wasn't quite right. I was able to reach them by phone, they put me at ease (ordering from a company for the first time is always a bit of a gamble, esp if it doesn't work out for whatever reason), and assisted me with getting a return processed. It was seamless and efficient. It drew me to their site where I actually found a nice assortment of items that I will certainly shop, and will do so with the peace of mind knowing that this is a reputable company. That is so important in today's market where numerous companies appear and it's often difficult to determine which companies are legit. Thank you, Sam, and crew!

My another wonderful purchase from the UrbanHeer. This beautiful white tray is of great quality, sturdy and with a crisp clean finish and design. This looks stunning as a centre piece on my living room coffee table, as well as makes a great functional household item. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an eye catching art deco style tray, that also offers excellent functionality and value.

Been a customer of UH since 2022. All the products that i've ordered are premium and genuine. The shopping experience is seamless and products are worth the wait considering that the products are imported from Europe. The customer service team is responsive to my emails notifying me about the product shipment status. Highly recommend them, its a one stop shop for all the luxury products.

Found exactly what I was looking for - beige too matching with comfort lowers. The delivery tracking is great and customer care team very responsive. There stock gets over very fast, perhaps due to high demand. Will buy again definetely.

Placed my 1st order at Urbanheer for an Under Armour Cap. By mistake i ordered the wrong size and i called their customer care number to request for size change. The service team answered the call promptly and was able to accommodate my size change request. Eagerly waiting to receive the product.

We ordered a Salad bowl and Cake server set from UrbanHeer . I was impressed with its elegant design and high quality build . The entire shopping experience was seamless!My items arrived securely packed and in perfect condition.

Like the others I placed 2 orders on 4/14/2024 and I did receive confirmation of each order. Then 2 days later I received an email for each order stating that their European Warehouse was experiencing processing and shipping delays but they are working on it. The Company called to apologize for the delay and has since kept me informed. I have placed additional orders and the service has been fantastic.

This company is easy to reach and responds to messages! They sent me a message right after I ordered that the order would be delayed for several weeks, so I called them to cancel my order. A gentleman answered right away and because he made such a good impression, I decided to keep my order and not cancel it. (I wish I knew his name!) The order came earlier than was thought, so I think they took care to get it to me as soon as they could. Urbanheer is an honorable company!

I recently bought a La Martina T-Shirt from Urbanheer in the U.S., and I'm really happy with my overall experience. I first discovered Urbanheer through my Instagram and was very happy to find some of my favorite Italian brands. The team at Urbanheer is great, they were responsive to my Instagram queries and were able to recommend the right T-shirt for me. The quality of the t-shirt is just as good as what I found in Italy with fabric soft and comfortable. The packaging was brand new and Urbanheer branding added a nice touch. Overall, I am very excited to find a company that matches my taste. I am already looking to buy a couple of t-shirts and a jacket and your rewards program is a nice way to have some extra savings. If you looking for quality products and good customer service, I would recommend Urbanheer.

This was the worst luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish my order was riddled with issues. For starters I never received any email updates and had to contact support to resolve that. Secondly, my order arrived and it was not the correct product. Processing my return was initially prompt, however I was mislead into understanding that once I returned the incorrect product my refund would be released immediately.. that did not happen. To correct their earlier misguiding words they offered to release half of the payment while the product was in transit and the other half once it arrived, that also never happen. It’s been 3 weeks since I initially ordered this product and I have yet to receive my refund. Noted that my bank plays a hand in that the entire situation could’ve been avoided with a little attention to detail. The costumer service phone number is useless as I had to call several times a day to get a response, this is clearly a small operation with a lot to learn. They offered me a $50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience but actually sent one for $25. Cherry on top, they charged me a $56 dollar restocking fee. Talk about insult to injury lol.

I gave this place a try and ordered even though I never heard of them before. I received an email saying the product was actually out of stock. And I wanted to make sure the company refunded me so I emailed them. They did. And I received a call the next morning after sending them an email and the person on the phone was very polite and friendly apologized and even is sending me something small as an incentive which I do appreciate. So from being upset I am now willing to try them out again for a future purchase due to the really good customer support I received to my problems. They are a new company however and have some things they still need to sort out. Adding a phone number for customers to call or a live chat would be a nice addition.

I placed an order on January 2, 2024. The confirmation email indicates I would receive my delivery by 01/15/2024. As of 01/17/2024 the tracking site indicates that my package has not even left the store. I have sent two emails to the company inquiring as to when it would ship. They have not responded to either of the emails. After an extensive search to find their customer service number, I called to ask about the package. First, it was an automated message, like one that a person would have on their personal cell phone. It made no mention of the company' name. I left a voice mail on 01/15/2024 and they have not returned my phone call. I will be calling my credit card company today to get my refund on the nearly $300 order. This is flat out ridiculous.
