Alex was very diligent about asking all the right questions and keeping me informed along the way. I only had to pay the shipping. Once I received the finished product it fit great! I am 5 feet tall and have never been able to find a leather jacket that fits. I did a Google search for "petite leather jackets" and found this site. I initially ordered a leather jacket for my wife that ended up turning out much better than what I expected. The jacket (Size Medium jacket my mother’s measurements are 5’7” 130 lb she typically where’s a medium so true to size) ordered for my mother was well worth the wait. It fits my mother to the T. The leather is soft but still looks polished and looks like it will wear well. I ordered it for the Holidays it took a little while to come although I had express mailed it. Hence why I gave it 4 stars. I am very happy with the jacket and will order more going forward. I like that also it is a real person I can speak to about my concerns with my order that helped ease my stress as well about when it will come. Thank you !!!!
