urban-planet.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives urban-planet.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71.3. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to urban-planet.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning urban-planet.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between urban-planet.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of urban-planet.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of urban-planet.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. urban-planet.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether urban-planet.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether urban-planet.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, urban-planet.com.

This is the worst place that offer customer service, last September 25th 2024, I had bought clothes for my mom, while paying she went and grab another item to replace the one I'm currently paying for, when the cashier punched the item i told her that i need to replace this sweater with another sweater, she said she cant and called up the manager, then took the 2 items and put them on another cashier along with the receipt, when this little girl "the manager" came to the counter she took both the 2 items and the receipt and told me we can not replace it since you have paid already we don't have a refund policy and read the terms and conditions, keep in mind that i have not even touched the receipt as it was laying down on the counter along side the sweaters. I told her I didnt even move from the cashier and no one told me about the terms and conditions, so she held up the receipt and told me " here look !, that is our policy i cant do anything for you" imagine you are at the cashier and haven't left the store and they treat you like poop already. I will never go back to this store and ill make sure all the people i know hear and learn about this. PS: try to hire people that at least know how to smile in front of your customers at least once, this is the basics of customer service which clearly they don't have.store:1767salesperson: 3127402trans:43854register:9GST:R105261705
I am appalled they carry playboy brand. this sends a strong message about how they view girls and women.
It was a great visit today. We've been looking for a company Christmas sweater and it makes our life easier to find all size . And the 3 girls named (Ghian, stella and ren) help us find the right size and inventory to other store. Very knowledgeable and people oriented in terms on customer service. I highly recommend them and visit the Cross iron mall. They are super nice and helpful.
I have personally never had a problem with their online store or shipping experience. My items are always good quality, the right size and same as shown in picture. Maybe I just lucked out? I dunno, ive shopped 5 or 6 times now but I will continue to shop online. Hopefully this review is helpful to some and they don't just listen to all the bad reviews. Seriously, it's been a great experience every time :)
Bought a dress and the back zipper is two welded together for some godforsaken reason. Who in their right mind would think this would work? The zipper needs to be forced with my molars past the joint where the two are saudered onto each other. Do not unzip Urban Planet dresses more than halfway or it's just straight up not worth it.
Ordered a pair of workout shorts from the website and it only took a week to arrive! Came in perfect condition and is accurate to the pictures online. Quality is amazing for the unbeatable price. Thank you Urban!
I’ve never had an issue ordering online, there always fairly quick ! I do wish they’d have a reviews section under there clothes, it’s kinda hit and miss, I’ve found some good stuff and some stuff that was cheap and the sizing was off.
Never had an issue. Are they the best quality clothes…no, but for the price it honestly can’t be beat
If 0 was an option, that is what I would leave. Horrible customer service, disrespectful, rude. They wear the product for shifts, then put it on floor to sell- disgusting!I made a purchase at Fairview Mall, daughter didn’t like it returned at Scarborough Town and that where the issues started refused a belt return tags on never worn bought less than 12 hrs previously. When I asked why because I was told I could I was told it was on receipt, it wasn’t then I was told it’s intimate apparel a belt is not intimate apparel , then I was told it was clearance but I paid full price. That’s when they became particularly nasty. I called HQ they just responded with the same attitude. Don’t buy ever from here besides the subpar quality of clothes, the horrible treatment is not worth it
I ordered my items online and it arrived within two days. It was quick and easy. Items looked true to the images online. I will edit my review if my experiences change in the future. So far 10/10.
I made an online order and chose to size up in most items. I should have fit an XS but wanted a looser fit so I went for S in several pieces. Everything but one item fit, which was ironically an XS. I've measured some of the pieces and it's not a matter of me being larger than I think, the waist on some of these items measures 2 inches smaller than listed on the website. The sizing is inconsistent as well, I ordered the same top in two colours and one is smaller than the other.I think the items were decent quality but it's ridiculous the sizing is this off. I shouldn't need a medium when I should supposedly fit an extra small by their own size guide.
The return policies are outdated. 2 weeks for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS. It's literally impossible for anyone except a manager to make a refund, even then they are questioned and have to write to head office to explain why they failed to issue a store credit. Products are regularly broken, moudly and cheap. The dyes stink and make your skin breakout and rash. Online orders must have a physical shipping label, your email copy (despite having all info) isn't accepted by head office. They also require name, address and phone number for all returns. $100 bills also require ID. Employees, even the ones working 10 years + often don't make a dollar over minimum wage so there's no employee incentive to make a better store.
Do not purchase from this company in-store or online. You will not receive all your items as the warehouse does not fulfill your order in the allotted time the company has set. I've only had a bad experience with this company's online portal. The customer service is terrible, they will only offer free shipping as a gesture however, you already get free shipping on all order over $100.
They have a very poor return policy. They won't provide a refund on anything, and for a large number of items they won't even give an in-store credit. Don't ever purchase anything from here unless you are absolutely, 100% certain that it is the right size, shape, colour, style, etc, of something that you are sure you want, because you will likely be stuck with it afterwards whether you change your mind or not.
I have gone there for 10 years, twice a year to buy my standard black t-shirt and standard black long sleeve for work. Every year. This year I went...... The shirts are all 2 inches shorter!! Shrinkflation. THESE ARE FOR WORK!! Some of us can't be working with our navels showing!! And it's not BC of 'style', because MOST of the shirts were crop top or shorter styles anyway. This was the standard T I have bought for YEARS. It's also a cheaper material! So 🖕 Urban Planet, even TEMU has quality, longer and thicker. I'll be shopping TEMU now. They wanted to save 10¢/shirt on their sweat shop made clothing. Keep your damn shirts. They're not even cheap anymore. AND I asked the sales girl if shrinkflation has hit all their shirts... The sales people definitely know their clothing is now worse than Zellers.
Horrible return policy. Had to pay for my own return. That return label was more than the item itself. Doesn’t give you a return label like all other companies. I don’t mind if it’s bad quality, as this company is known for their degenerate quality, but at least give us free online returns during covid, as stores are not open.
one of the worst online shopping exprience.Bought a jacket and it doesn't look like the online picture at all ( it is 60 bucks). Its way too thin!!!!Funny enough, after i bought the jacket, they removed that item from the website. Was i the lucky one and bought the very last jacket ??and when i tried to return it, just found out that if you paid the order using installment method (Klamar) you CANNOT return it in store. you have to ship it back with crazy expense ( at your own) + you have to pay them $5 + original shipping cost to you.So basically they tell you f*k off and dont return it
Why they asking customer for their personal info ( Name, Last name and phone number) They are punishing people for exchanging clothes. There is no reason for asking personal info. why people dont complain about these policy?
Hi..This complaint is regarding pathetic and awful customer service I experienced yesterday evening in store. This happened in store - 580 urban planet, central city, 10153 King George Blvd, surrey bc, V3T2W1 on 6/10/2021, time- 6:42pm with cashier- 924661 (store- 1580). Firstly we including other customers were waiting in line for cashier to come to his desk and do the billing but no one showed up for 8-10 minutes and everyone was thinking if there is anyone in the store as it was about to close in few minutes and after 8-10 minutes a guy came from back and started doing billing without any apology, still acceptable. Then when he was doing my billing, he told me my total was $11.19 to which I asked him how come ? as I took this t-shirt from section where it shows $7.99 and there were many t-shirts of same kind with $7.99 and he started arguing with me to which I was so surprised that I should be the one arguing but he keep on throwing statements on me. I told him may be you guys should not display that like this as its showing wrong price to customers and he said to me “MAY BE YOU DIDN’T CHECK IT PROPERLY”. I said I picked it by looking at the price tag and he replied “IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO CHECK THE PRICE THAT’S NOT MY MISTAKE, BETTER OPEN YOUR EYES.” I was like seriously this person is talking to me like this, someone who is meant to provide good customer service treating customers like nothing. Not acceptable at all.Top of that, he purposely doing billing slowly and didn’t even gave me my receipt so I walked away after paying for the item and he then yelled by saying “ HAVE A GOOOOOD EVENING” as if some one singing and taunting you at the same time. I came back and asked him for his name to which he replied “I DON’T THINK SO I SHOULD GIVE YOU MY NAME, GO AWAY”. Again I asked for his name and he said “NO I AM NOT PROVIDING YOU MY NAME “ and started talking to other customers. I felt so embarrassed so I picked up my receipt and walked away. I request to the manager that action should be taken for this kind of behaviour. I don’t want any reward or coupon or discount but people doing this kind of customer service should not be working in this industry. I am a regular customer for urban planet as I always love their style and variety including price but now its forcing me to give it a second thought not to go there anymore. Thanks,Rajni
I was scammed by this company. the clothes they send you from the online store aren't the same quality as the ones from the retail locations and they don't even look like the pictures. They block you from sending them emails so I had to go through PayPal's dispute process. They delayed the process and took for every to respond to PayPal each time but I still won all of the disputes and was refunded.

- Score:
“Missing items, damaged items, not like picture, No refund, No customer service”
Order #1 - one item missing the other is cheap quality, not what I expected. Order #2 - Oversized, the large is like an XXL one of the dresses has stitching issues stitching issues and neither dress looked like the pictures, it had puffy clownish looking sleeves. I emailed and kept getting unrelated automated messages, eventually a rep replied asking for pictures but blocked me from replying. The company's return policy, doesn't refund return shipping cost and there's no customer service. I'm shocked and will never buy from Sirens or Urban planet online.
“Trendy clothes for a good price”
Love the clothes very trendy decently priced however they need a bigger selection of plus size. I would love to bring all my business to Canada but we need a larger selection of clothing for curvy women.
“CRAP WEBSITE & CRAP instore SERVICE”
Bramalea City Center Oct 3,2019. At least 8 or 9 staff stocking store. BUT TOO BUSY TO HELP A CUSTOMER "No", "over there maybe". WOW Went on the website but it is ABSOLUTE CRAP. COULD NOT FIND NEW, only Sale.
“Affordable and stylish”
Nice, affordable and stylish from teenagers to all ages. Customer Services or Sales girls are helpful.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
