Top notch service from this company. Have tried other Upvc spares companies online but upvcspares4repairs beats them all handsdown! Ordered winkhaus door lock which was replacing an almost 15yr old original one. Arrived well packaged bolted to a 6’ length of wood and strapped at both ends to prevent damage with cardboard and in waterproof bag. Definitely recommend and would use again!

The only company out of a large number that had the exact item I needed. Ordered but then thought I would try and get it done under warranty so cancelled. Turned out I was not covered so went to re-order and they had already refunded me for the first order within a couple of hours. Ordered a little after 2pm on Friday and parts arrived 10:30 on Saturday morning. They will be my first stop next time I need UPVC parts.

Contacted the company about a draughty upvc door expecting to purchase new seals (or ultimately a new door). Replied asking for a telephone number. Michael called moments later. He talked me through diagnosising the source of the draught and adjusting both hinges and fasteners. Approached the door this morning with business card (diagnostic tool) and Allen key (remedial tool). Less than five minutes work and the door is fit is perfect. Words do not describe my pleasure at the outstanding customer service. No purchase, no cost, simply a request to spread the word. Magical.

Came across UPVC Spares4Repairs while looking for replacement gearboxes for windows and front door. The front door gearbox was no longer available, but after much back and forth with measurements and photos, they managed to find an alternative for me. I had an issue with delivery and contacted UPVC, they resolved the delivery issue so quickly for me. With their easy to follow 'How To Videos' on their website, I was able to easily change the gearboxes myself with no issues what so ever and with no experience of doing so. Would highly recommend UPVC Spares4Repairs, would give them 100* if possible.

Needed a Rail Window Lock (MACO GR4 800) to replace a broken one and found one in stock here. About the only place that came up with one on my browser. Not used this company before so naturally apprehensive ordering online. Website gave detailed spec. and dimensions so was fairly confident I'd found the right part. Ordered before midday on Wednesday opting for free delivery and DHL delivered it at 1:30 pm Thursday. Fitted window perfectly and all done in 10 mins. There was no need for me to have felt apprehensive. Exceeded my expectations so have to give 5 stars for a seamless process and speedy (free) delivery. Thanks.

I needed to replace a handle for upvc French doors. The installation company no longer uses or supplies the handles, so told me I needed the Mantis 2 handles.This website popped up with the colour I needed and at a great price.I placed the order early afternoon and the parts had been delivered by DHL by the same time the following day.The packing was great and the instructions for installation were clear and helped with a DIY replacement.Highly recommended company for supplies, services and assistance.

I ordered some replacement vent caps for my front door. They were despatched in hours, but I didn’t receive them due to the appalling service at FedEx, who returned them to upvcspares4repairs two weeks later with the packaging ripped. Jonathan from the original seller rang me, and very kindly offered to send them again via Royal Mail, and the package duly arrived the next day. After spending three hours trying to hunt down a replacement door handle for my Upvc door from the popular diy retailers with no luck I found these guys on a google search. I found the item pretty quickly and paid for express delivery, the item is delivered and installed within 24 hours. This is great service and gets me out of a jam! I needed a replacement gear box for a rather old tilt and turn double glazed window unit. After contacting several local repairers who all promised to visit and quote, and then failed to turn up, I searched online and found this company.I completed the online contact form and received a reply within 5 minutes asking for photos and further information from Allan. He then replied to the photos recommending a gearbox and fittings within 20 minutes. Our UPVC back door gearbox lock was broken.No body would give me a quote without £70 upfront fee.So l decided to have a go myself.After looking long and hard on the internet spares4repairs came to the rescue, sent them pictures of the lock/gearbox and lo and behold they came up with the answer. Had to find a replacement gearbox for an obsolete unit which had failed. Contacted Spares 4 Repairs by email on their site. Replied within 1/2 hour, suggested a suitable replacement and described how I would have to make a couple of minor hack saw cuts to make things work. Delivery of parts on the button and all as they described. Done job. Use them they are excellent.

What fantastic service. Having spent many hours searching for the particular gear box, I eventually contacted this company sending a photo of the door edge and asking if they had this one in stock. Within minutes I received a reply from Allan, who sent a link, pics and advice on a couple of measurements before I ordered. Perfection, so ordered it which arrived the next day and fitted. Just as a precaution, in case I needed the rest of the multi point locking assembly, I asked Allan if he could let me know which one it is, again within minutes received the reply. I am refurbishing more patio door and hinges, without his help and direction this would not be taking place, I now feel able to order the 15 hinges from this Company in June. I wasn't sure which kind of door hinge replacement I needed, so I sent some photos to Alan and he was incredibly helpful! Not only did he identify the part, and show me a link to a replacement, he also offered lots of very helpful advice on how to install it correctly, and even offered to let me contact him if I had any trouble.
