I have had a horrible experience with Uptownie! I placed an order on 25th October and it still has not been delivered. There is no way to cancel the order once it has been processed. Customer care number is useless and I have received zero response to numerous emails sent in this time.

Don't buy from it. They don't have any return policy even though mentioned it in their website about store credit. Once you receive the order they will not take it back. Their customers service is pathetic, no one going to respond to you. It's total fraud website.

I have placed the order and there seems to be only delay and no further updates. Its been more than 15days now but still there has been no updates received from them. This is by far the worst site I have ever come across. My order was delivered to me after several complaints and in about a month whereas the estimated date was two days after the order was placed. They are such disgusting unprofessional and non existent company after making a sale . I have returned a product after literally begging for 1 month od receiving a defective product because their customer service is un responsive and logistic is basically baseless. Its very bad company, i ordered a dress , there was size issue so i returned, they dont refunded in the actual mode of payment. later i ordered a shirt for the store credit of the refund ammount, now they say 2 shirts at 1550/-, but you cant apply 2 coupon .ie my store credit coupon and 1550 offer, then complete flow is very exhausting. anyways, i ordered a shirt at 1390/- something, now the size is too big of the shirt as compared to size chart.Again will be following the same process to return it.very poor customer service and maintainace of site
