Following up from my previous review. This one gets worse.I wouldn’t be surprised if all the other existing reviews where from the employees that made fake accounts to put in a good review for the business.Anyway here goes nothing. I contacted the company about my issue and was replied to within a few days basically stating a refund would be offered and here is why the products were faulty.After a few emails back and fourth, i was asked to remove my review as they clearly knew this would tarnish their company. Who offers a refund in return for a review to come down. No, thats not how it works. Use the review as a learning curve and develop from it. I told the company i was not removing the review and at this point the refund had landed back into my account and i was followed by a well rather questionable email back. “You better keep your promise” basically threatening me. Honestly the lack of respect, communication and common decency is beyond me. I do not know what went wrong with the hiring process for this company but its a shambles. The staff are ridiculous, they dont know how to professionally compose and email let alone run a business.Please PLEASE please do not buy from this company.Absolutely awful!

Not happy with what I received. I ordered tissue paper with my logo, and was excited to receive it. Unfortunately the logo was so light it was basically non existent. I could have just purchased plain white tissue paper. Very disappointed 😞
