Is unlockingonline.com Legit?

Less than reliable. I place an order on February 14th it showed a 1 to 5 days time to get the code. Today is March 3rd and Ihave not received anything. Besides it is imposible to get in touch with the company. The “Contact Us” link does not work, do not even bother to click on it.My advise: stay away from this company

Paid for unlock said instant code been processing for 2weeks tried Facebook message no reply no way of contacting them the contact us page is coming soon apparently what a load of bullsh*t just avoid at all costs!!! The site should be taken of the net!

Tried ordering a code off these for £4.99 supposedly instant code but just sitting there in processing for days tried calling them but no answer tried messaging them but the messaging page doesn't send did a search on companies house and not good. I the site is a fake and I presume they just hope no one is going to try and get them cash back. I seriously don't trust them and certainly don't use.!!!

Requested a unlocking code. Paid. The site suggested 1-6 hrs until code delivery. It has now been 19 hrs and still not heard anything. No way of communicated with them. I will be making trading standards aware of this. This is unacceptable

I initially gave this a one star review because I thought they were a scam company that had taken my money, having given me no code. My suspicions were raised because they were impossible to contact by email or phone. A month later however, and they have emailed me and given me a refund, saying they were unable to source a code. So, disappointing but no scam after all. It is the lack of communication that has been stressful.

Having ordered various unlocking codes before (from various suppliers) without a hitch, I tried this company, who quote a delivery time of between 1-12 hours for my unlocking code. The order itself was placed on another website (MobileUnlockCodes.co.uk) but generated via unlockingonline,com - both seem to be part of a company called Telcom Tasks Ltd. They claim to have a 'customer support' platform to deal with queries relating to orders. I tried this - the phone number goes onto an answer-machine and despite emailing them as well, I have received no reply to date. 48+ hours after placing my order, I have still not received it. Retrospectively (silly me!) I have read various 'review' sites on which other people have had similar, recent experiences when dealing with unlockingonline.com / MobileUnlockCodes.co.uk - order(s) not arriving and no reply from their 'customer support'. In conclusion ... AVOID!!!!!!

It was sooooo easy to unlock my phone! I had to insert the new sim card, enter my IMEA number in the online form, paid the fee (which was much cheaper than the local unlocking shop or even market stall) and within seconds I had the code needed to unlock the phone - and voila, fully operational unlocked phone! Can't praise enough...

In this day and age of easy scams how refreshing to see a website that talks to you with confidence, with support and fair prices. Communications were very good with unlocking code arriving in hours. Some trouble reading and understanding some of the instructions but maybe that's just me - look carefully for the offered unlocking codes for some strange reason they are right at the bottom of a very long page. That though is a small hiccup compared to the sheer delight of having an expectant grandson as the recipient of the unlocked phone! Recommend.

BAD COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WEBSITE TELLS YOU THE UNLOCK IS INSTANT.. THIS IS A LIEWHY STATE YOU CAN UNLOCK A PHONE INSTANTLY WHEN YOU CANT!!

Used unlockingonline twice now with success on both occasions. The second time was a little more troublesome where the phone appeared to remain locked. This was reported back to unlockingonline where the problem was looked into. Within 2 to 3 hours the problem disappeared and the phone worked perfectly on a non locked SIM.

I was a bit worried about using a third party unlocker, which is understandable I think. But I did it and am happy. I received my code faster than estimated which was nice. It was also cheaper than other places including the network I was on. I would happily recommend unlockingonline for anyone wanting to unlock their phone :)

In terms of cost, it was far cheaper than the other websites I looked at, and also cheaper than using a local specialist.
