While some are self-explanatory concerning unitedcorporatehousing.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between unitedcorporatehousing.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of unitedcorporatehousing.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of unitedcorporatehousing.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. unitedcorporatehousing.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. United Corporate Housing has been an amazing team to work with! They have gone out of their way to assist myself and family find the best lodging fit, paid attention to details and have always been responsive to any needs and or issues. We are life long customers!
Not pleased at all with this company. Had one of their clients totally ruin my home and had to make extensive repairs. I took pictures and sent them to a representative and told them I was very disappointed on how property was maintained by their client. They promised to take care of damages. As of today nothing. Will pursue another route. Beware and be cautious. I could say so much more. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
United Corporate Housing had a seamless process of renting our home. We were able to meet the family moving in, payments were made swiftly and accurately, and anyone on their team is quick to help. I appreciate the partnership.
Sarah with United Housing was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. She got me into a beautiful home and made the process stress free!
Sarah Black is very professional and extremely helpful. She’s always available which makes it really convenient for me.
My Corporate Housing Experience was fantastic with United Corporate Housing. The place was super clean, the customer service was excellent as well. Thanks Jolene and Ryan for everything.
This company is a little newer in the neighborhood but the pros of that is they will do whatever it takes to make their clients happy. I have stayed with the company personally as a "test" to compare what sets them aside from airbnb is the 100% full customer service and OPEN-ended options to personize each individual's needs.Hotels: limited options and amenities, limited choices, limited stays-to -per diem, no customization- not cost effective.Rental housing / airbnb: no customer service, limited options, no options. United (corporate housing): LOTS of options and Lots of customizations. Flexible lease terms from 30 days to 3 years and can be month to month renewal or 1 year renewal - basically whatever the client needs they can work with you. LOCATION is flexible, you can opt for one of the existing inventories, or you can choose your own and they will provide all the amenities you need in one package, you don't have to do a thing. If the client decides to stay long term, they even have a real estate department to connect you with options of referral and military / non military client incentive programs. I have nothing but great things to say about this company that is new and up coming, I can see this company grow in the future years, just like all new corporates, they start small but as long as the culture is good, they will take care of their customers and that is KEY.
I am thrilled to share my experience working with Ms. Lisa Simonetti at United Corporate Housing LLC.Throughout the process of renting our property to her client, she has consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication. From the initial discussions to the finalization of the rental agreement has been incredibly attentive to detail, proactive in addressing any concerns, and adept at navigating any challenges that arose. Her communication skills are exemplary, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring a smooth and transparent rental process. Ms. Simonetti has gone above and beyond to represent our interests and client's needs.Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with Ms. Simonetti's performance. She has proven herself to be not only a skilled and knowledgeable agent but also a compassionate and reliable partner in managing our rental property. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.
As a leading corporate housing provider in the Pacific Northwest, Ibis Properties LLC has had the pleasure of partnering with United Corporate Housing. Jolene Gretz stands out as an exceptional resource, consistently demonstrating unparalleled responsiveness and a seamless collaboration process. United Corporate Housing's efficient business approach makes them a preferred partner, and we eagerly anticipate expanding our partnership with them in the years ahead.
I wouldn't trust this guy or his company as far as I could through them. I was by United Corporate Housing LLC after UCHLLC was hired by an insurance company for a guy after his house burned down. The tenant along with his partner and his brother completely destroyed my unit bringing in animals not allowed in the lease. They actually brought in a ferret and an exotic big ass bird and both were allowed to roam and fly around the apartment, crapping on floors and surfaces. What they didn't crap on they chewed. Not only was there ferret and bird crap but human crap as well. Expensive bedding, drapes, tables, games, wood trim, anything you can imagine was destroyed. My Ugg bath towels were used for bedding for their ferret, which of course was not allowed on the property. There was feces, urine and utter destruction of my property. A cleaning company came in and deemed it a HAZMAT clean and they were thoroughly disgusted at each disgusting find, one after another.I have over $9K in damages and he is trying every way he can not to pay for the damages. In my opinion and experience with him, he's a scumbag. Evidence of drugs that he tried to blame on the prior Travel Nurse. A can of "cooking" fuel along with pots and pans were found in a bedroom closet. Pot was hidden in mattress covers and report of this guy's brother trying to distribute acid (LSD) to minors. One of the minors actually showed me where the LSD was hidden inside the rails of my freezer. Thankfully I couldn't find more so hopefully he took his LSD with him.Ryan Hoover of United Corporate Housing has no honor, in my opinion, so let's leave it at that. It would take a book to describe all. I had to strip apartment to the bare bones. I would estimate that at least 50% of items I provided to guests had to be thrown out and replaced. I had to have the apartment bedrooms and living room repainted to get the disgusting stench out. Professional painter had to use special sealant and paint to rid the apartment of the stench caused by the people he sent my way. Took almost one month to put everything back in order. I wouldn't take a reservation again from this guy if hell froze over. I lost far more money than I was paid for this short-term rental from Ryan Hoover. Ryan Hoover has not even given me so much as an apology for sending these people my way. Those who use Furnish Finder to rent out their properties need to be very, very wary of a who you take your reservations from. For me I am only renting directly to Travel Healthcare from this point forward.Never in all my years renting long-term annual rentals, vacation rentals or short-term rentals for Travel Nurses have I ever seen this type of utter destruction. I will NEVER accept another rental from Ryan Hoover's United Corporate Housing LLC!!! See the images to see what Hoover's renters did to my apartment meant for Travel Nurses. If Ryan Hoover wants to do the right thing and pay for what his customers did without me taking him to court then of course I will update this review to say he did so.He found me on Furnished Finder where I advertise my properties for use by Travel Nurses. The worst day of my life was when Upasana Kumar contacted me from United Corporate Housing after finding me on Furnish Finder to locate housing for these dirtbags. I thought I was doing something nice and thought how terrible it must be to go through something like a fire. Proves the road to Hell is paved with good intentions. It will NEVER happen again.Based on my experience I would recommend that other property owners need to be very wary of United Corporate Housing. They say they will pay for any damages but when push comes to shove an entirely different story. The last few photos show the unit after 46 loads of laundry with and even with washing many of the items had to be. thrown away.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
