Avoid United Car Rental at All CostsI had a truly terrible experience with United Car Rental in Turkey. Upon arrival, I discovered the car was in horrible condition: it was covered in damage, had tyres going flat, and the gas light was on empty. To top it off, the trunk was filled with four bags of stinking rubbish.The pickup process took over an hour because they had none of my online reservation details. The staff member who assisted me was aggressive, making me feel uneasy and threatening me into accepting unacceptable terms.When I returned the car, I witnessed a couple in front of me arguing with the company about being scammed for damages that didn’t exist, despite having proof. I was promised my €500 security deposit would be returned within two weeks, but it’s now been over three weeks with no sign of it. Meanwhile, I rented a car in another country, and my deposit was returned within days.United Car Rental operates like a scam, and it’s a shame they seem to get away with it regularly. There appear to be no rules in Turkey, and I strongly advise against using this company.

United car Split, nous billed 450 euros for a 2 mm mark, we had a full insurance but we had to pay and then contact the insurance...when we left the car the gentleman took 60 photos but however he had no photos of when we took it… we could not prove that the mark was already there, the car was in very bad condition and we took photos of the most important bumps and the 2 mm mark was missed.AVOID, better to pay a bit more in bigger companies than to try to save some money and make your trip bitter.

Fantastic service, very easy to use and very helpful. Direction for collection and return were easy. Even helped out whwn I got stopped by the police for a wrong turn. I will definitely use again whwn visiting marrakesh.

The worst experience of my life with this company. An impolite hotline service. I don't know how discovercars allows this company to publish car rental offers on their website. They gave a car with lower performance compared to the one I booked, the car also had an engine problem. As it was the summer season, the temperature of the engine was too hot. As a result I needed to take a break each 50 km. When I called the hotline, the person wasn't professional, she asked me 80 euros if I wanted to get a new car.I don't recommend this company As Google rating I'll put 0.Have a nice day

Car rented through Booking and paid in advance.pick-up time scheduled 11.30 am.As soon as I get off the plane I reach United stand, where there is a never-ending line. The staff clearly looks extremely slow and unprepared for the large number of customers to assist. Almost one hour later, I finally reach the operator and he tells me it's too late for my reservation and the car is cancelled. He tells me, literally laughing at my face, that they can't do anything, even if I was in line in time. Apparently there were no other cars available.There was nothing in the papers I received mentioning the zero tolerance policy on the scheduled time. NOTHING. these guys are FRAUD and DISHONEST, after being totally disrespectful. They just want the money.At Calama Airport there is plenty of car rentals, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Hidden charges. Tried to provide half of a baby car seat (was missing the base which makes it secure and safe). A genuine health and safety risk for my child. They then said they gave the proper child seat to another customer earlier in the day despite our prior booking. They then refused to give me a refund despite their being in breach of contract.

Under no circumstances should you rely on the stated costs. The method used by this provider is to add as many hidden costs as possible to the price when you want to pick up the car. We rented a car for 600 dollars and when we got there the provider suddenly wanted almost 1,200 dollars for some dubious additional services. When we refused, citing the law, we were not given the car. Under no circumstances should you rent a car here!!!

NEVER AND NEVER AGAIN rent a car from these scammers!!! I rented a car but was given a wheelbarrow that should be in the scrap yard and not on the road! The employee insisted on selling me another car but had to pay €50 extra! I also did this because I had no other choice. I would like to advise everyone not to rent from these scammers! I rented a car for 7 days in Rabat, Morocco. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was late to pick the car by 2 hours and fifty minutes approx. I phoned the company office in Rabat prior to pick up time to advise about my late arrival. They advised I can collect the car for a fee. At collection time, someone from their airport depot contacted me. He said my car will not be available anymore. He said I'd have to pay €120 for an upgrade car (more than what I paid for the week long rental) or else lopse the money I paid already for the booking. I later checked and the car I was given was the same class / category that I booked originally. The car was a modern model but with very very basic spec. Overall, I will not book with United car rental again as I feel their business model is based on making extra money by such ways as I explained above.

Avoid this co.pany at all costs. Booked a car for 17.00 at Tivat Airport. The flight was delayed, I've notified the contact person about this in an sms. We were ready to pick up the car at 19. The office working hours are until 20:00. No contact person was in sight. Called him on the phone at 19:15, the guy told us that he couldn't help anymore. Luckily we found a different rental company near the airport that rented us a different car for a reasonable price. Do not engage in any business activities with this company.

I rented the car in Marrakech, Morocco. When I gave back the car they asked me for additional payments for car washing. The price they asked was 10 times more than the normal price. The stuff was very rude and impolite. Next time I will be more careful to choose a better rental car company than this one.

Rented car in Antalya.Rental made through Carjet.Warning: company at the limits of legality.I was forced to pay for their insurance (even though I had already purchased one online and didn't want another one). The company makes up that the credit card to pay the required deposit doesn't work, so if you want the car, you have to pay what they ask for in addition.

I have rented a car in Agadir airport. The experience was very bad. Honestly the the offer are very cheep but once you arrive in place they try to get money from you at any price starting by the type of credit card, the proposed car are different from the offer. Even after returning car without issue and with more fuel as i got it and the report says “nothing to signal” yhey take a part from my deposit. I do not recommend UNITED for you.

I was given an old car of a lower category. Afraid of the safety condition of the vehicle, I called and brought it right back after a couple of miles, only to have to wait an hour, and get an even lower category vehicle for the same price. I'll add that I had to wait for the shuttle at the airport before the long drive to the rental car location away from Casablanca airport. I paid for a diesel and ended up with a gasoline car.I have rented cars in Morocco many times before and this is the worst experience I've had so far. Stay away from this company!
