Is unisportstore.nl Legit?

I have ordered Real Madrid shirt number 7 Vini. Jr. After three weeks I have received number 5 Bellingham. Late and wrong delivery. Well done Unisport!!

My first order I have cancelled, next day received my money back. Second order came very fast. Super happy with everything.

1. Delivery (more than 1 week) not as fast as being claimed by Unistore. 2. A real dissapointment in the process of returning an article is the lack of a possibility to choose and order immediately a different (shoe)size instead of a cashback refund. 3. Right now I’m already waiting for a week and a half for a cashback refund on a returned pair of shoes. So slow!

I'd give them 5 stars ..but my order went missing.. however I don't know wether that was them or DPD delivery company..anyway thank you Paul

I bought the mizuno alpha elite AG version and it the quality us amazing! The boots where send in 1 day and arived in 2 workdays. I live in the Netherlands and the boots where send from Denmark so the shipping was very fast. As i said the qualty wa amazing and the commucation was very good and fast definitly a 5 star company!!

Had to wait 3 weeks until i received my football shoes, the shoes were ordered 26-11, and were delivered in 17-12. Only positive that i got an update every week. Nevertheless i had to deal with the fact that i had no footballshoes…No compensation or anything was offered unfortunateUPDATE: after above message Unisport got in contact with me and arranged a compensation. I think this is very decently from them. I am happy with the shoes and now also happy with Unisport!

It’s a good fitting boot, no complain about the material! Absolute great only downside was some blister on the back of my right foot, but it is maybe something my foot needs to get used to! Absolute fantastic performance

fast delivery, football boot is as described, good quality for a low price. it feels like it used to start with these shoes and probably end with them now. Definitely recommend ordering here

We ordered a pair of soccer shoes, the ordering went smoothly. When we received the shoes we noticed that there was damage.We contacted Unisport and we could return the shoes whiteout hesitation and received the purchase price whitin the same day.

Hummel's product: the socks were great. I was kept well informed of the developments surrounding my order. Unfortunately I only found out later that there was so much delivery time on my order, this should have been communicated more clearly during the ordering process!Fortunately, it was still in time for our tournament. I will definitely come back for another order.

Great experience every time. Great costumer service. The last time i ordered my football shoes they where sold out so i needed to order other ones. I called the costumer service and i told him which i wanted, he gafe me great advise about the size difference and it was a great succes. I love the boots and finaly have boots that fit great. Only down side is that when you order it for the netherlands it can take around 1 or 2 weeks before it has been delivered. But im willing to wait for the service and a amazing company that you get in return.This was in 2021, i think.

Even though my experience has only been online, the responses to my questions and support has been very quick. Deliveries come on time. I have been purchasing the soccer boots for years now with them.

The products (Football boots) are of very good quality. The delivery time was longer than expected, perhaps due to the additional print that was selected. My son is very happy with these boots.

Instead of receiving a refund after sending back a pair of shoes that did not fit me well, they sent me a coupon. I never agreed to this nor does it state anywhere that/why I would not be given a refund. When I try to call the customer service, it says that they are not available due to maintenance. Then after sending an email, I do not get any response. Terrible service, especially since it already took them a long time to process the return in the first place...

I’ve purchased over 3 times for the past 3 month with unisport,so yes I’m a loyal customer.I’ve ordered a pair of football boots for Christmas for my 11 year old boy in November,just to make sure he was going to have his present under the xmass tree.Unfortunately we didn’t receive the delivery and my boy is so disappointed and upset with me.He keeps asking me how come he doesn’t have the present he asked for, while his friends do.I’m very upset and disappointed 😔.I even sent you few emails but received only automatic reply.

Fair prices, but very bad customer service. Ordered 3 pairs of football shoes, and over two weeks later I got an email saying 2 out of the 3 shoes were not available anymore. As an apology, I received a 25% discount code. Which is somewhat of a nice gesture, but I cant wait another month for my shoes. When sending mails, they do not respond. They only communicate through automated mails.

I bought these football boots after seeing a couple of excellent Unisport video's on youtube. I had the feeling it would be the right boot for me and that proved to be right. Very quick shipment, easy shopping really. Great service!

Fast shipping and delivery. On the webpage there was a shipping time of 15 days. Because it was almost Christmas. The shoes arrived even before Christmas Great

Terrible exprience, will never ever order here again. I ordered my football boots lik 12 days ago nothing yet what so ever i mail, called and been told that they werent open even tho on the website it clearly says "Open from 11-12"
