Is unilibro.it Legit?

Due ordini di materiali e libri in due periodi differenti, materiali e libri che si trovano anche in cartolibreria e non sono riusciti a farmeli avere dopo 80 giorni. Vergognoso! Mai più! Sconsigliatissimo!

Bought book not available, no refund for my payment!I bought a book and waited for the time the buying contract said I should wait for it to be delivered. After that, I got an email telling me that they will not send the book, but I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order, but no refund is issued, despite the fact that I never received any book. I am still waiting for the refund, but Unilibro does not communicate, they do not have an operative email to write back and their AI chat system cannot understand what the problem is. So I am under the impression that I will not get my money back and nobody at Unilibro cares about it!

I order my Trenitalia train schedule books from Unilibro before going on my trips to Italy. I study the schedule so that I know where and how I am going on short trips while in Italy. The service to the United States and the response to my questions from Unilibro on Facebook have been excellent. I would recommend that anyone looking for Trenitalia books try Unilibro.

Overall was great, easy to purchase online and delivery free. It came in a nice packaging, well kept and nicely wrapped for my husband present with a handwritten card with the message O requested. The only problem is that took a little bit to process and arrive. Overall almost a month. My fault that I did not wanted to purchase the Express tracking expedition, didn't think it was worth to pay almost half of the value of the book in delivery.

no problem with the shopping experience, except that I find the choice of Adobe Digital Editions problematic. I would like to be able to read the ebook on my phone, tablet and computer and have been having a lot of trouble accessing it from the other machines. It works fine at the first one I downloaded the ebook, but it has not worked on my chromebook or phone. I am quite dissapointed with that.

I recommend ordering books from Unilibro. If the book is not available or the status is "uncertain" you can order another books and the delivery to Europe is very fast (I got it in 2 working days)! :)

A great range of books and other items such as DVDs at very competitive prices, and I was very happy with my order which was made before Christmas and all arrived in time.A slight problem was the checkout which didn't include the discount that I was entitled to and so had to claim back later (it was paid back immediately so well done to Unilibro for that). The system for contacting them is poor as you are forced to use the contact form and no email address is supplied, and when you get a reply you cannot respond to that reply but have to go back to the contact form again, not very customer friendly.Overall, I will definitely shop with them again.

Thank you!I got the book in Portugal 15 days after my order, but the book was delivered with the cover torn from the first page. It was the only thing that did not go very well.

I ordered two books in DECEMBER; I have been kept on 'pending' for months for one, that I have just asked for full refund of (surely that will not take long...). The other one has been shipped after more than a month (I only received an email stating that it had been shipped with no tracking and the reassuring reminder that it could always get lost); I haven't received the book, I can't ask for reimbursement for this one because I'm not given the option; I was told I'd be contacted but I haven't and there is no way of contacting the company. I want to be refunded for both books and I want nothing more to do with this company

It was quite difficult to download the software , but I did it. So now I am reading the book. I am just starting learning Italian .

I ordered an older book (publ. 1998), was happy to find it there. Cost of shipping was higher than price of book. Delivery from Italy to Germany was very fast. Very satisfied!

Unilibro is a comprehensive source of Italian books with reasonable prices and reliable delivery to the US. They are my preferred source.
