Had a L2 RGB light and liked it, and I wanted a other bigger light so I got a L024 40W light, I am impressed by the light output and specially on the overclock setting, it is great for my macro photography. Also had some questions about there products and they responded straight away on my emails and got all my questions answered.

I bought an Ulanzi tripod (model F38 Quick Release Travel Tripod) over a year ago and was pretty happy with it until a small plastic part broke recently. Even though most of the tripod is made of carbon fiber and metal, this part is made of plastic and more susceptible to break. That basically rendered the center column unusable. I contacted Ulanzi's customer service and they were quite responsive in diagnosing the problem, sending replacement parts and so on until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I commend them on such a good experience!

I ordered the FX3 cage with the top handle combo. For some reason, the cage had a lot of scratches so I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the scratches. They sent me a new one, which is brand new like it was supposed to be. The quick-release system is also great.

I bought the Ulanzi Falcam GP toDJI Action Mount Magnetic Base 3234, but Apple Pay didn’t let me put my discount code for free shipping at check out. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me quickly, And resolved my issue. They refunded the shipping cost. Great customer service

Shipping was fast and the product itself was spectacular. It’s just what I wanted and feels like such high quality. The zoom lens are perfect for filming and I loved the cute casing it had with it.
