Is ukpreppingshop.co.uk Legit?

They sent faulty Cobra Aluminium Pistol Crossbow and offered replacement ( only a new limb I needed ) but never received it. I definitely don't recommend this store.

I’m leaving soon on a 3 month trip to east Africa. I was getting concerned that the short wave I ordered wouldn’t arrive in time for my flight, Justin went above and beyond to get it to me. I definitely recommend UK Prepping shop and I will shop again. A great supplier with great staff. Thank you Justin.

Amazing service! Bought a few things in the May sale at a good price, on delivery one item was incorrect. One quick email and the right item arrived next day! The courier didn’t take the incorrect item and after another email UK Prepping said don’t worry about it - amazing! Will buy here again and would certainly recommend.

Good company overall, packaged pretty well but the “professionalism” is lacking a little. Emails weren’t very helpful when a delay occurred, and there’s a small amount of rust on the screws for my bow? Not greatly impressive, but a great product nonetheless and it arrived safely. Solid 4 stars.

Have ordered twice now, they’re reliable and the efficiency of the process is like no other..Placed order in the morning on Thursday and received parcel the following day, how often does that happen now days… The age verification process was quick and easy, customer service kept me up to date every step of the way.Will definitely be back… 100% recommend!!!!

Purchused an item that was faulty. Got in touch with customer service. They "apparently" sent it.Been waiting for 3 months now. I've asked for the tracking number and have been ignored every time i ask. If I write anything else they respond.They will respond with "we've sent it" Obviously not providing any evidence... Will not be using or recommending them.

I've been using UK prepping shop for just over a year now, WOW great prices, reasonably priced compared to other prepping sites and only stocked with useful quality kit. Justin and team are excellent, knowledgeable and professional. The website is a dream to use and products are always dispatched promptly and tracked from store to my door. I 100% recommend using this site! On the rare occasion I've had a problem with a delivery Justin sorts it immediately no questions asked!

Recently made an order with these guys, despite myself not reading that they only ship to mainland England (I'm from NI), Justin was very quick to reply, very helpful, and was quick to come up with a solution that suited us both.So far can't fault them at all, super helpful, especially as we were talking late on Christmas Day.Since I only ordered today, obviously I have not received the order yet, however I'm looking forward to getting the product as I have no doubt it will be pristine.Thank you Justin, so far I highly recommend you guys, not a lot of businesses will take time late on Christmas day to reply to and help their customers!

Good shopping experience, Easy to navigate website, clear and concise. Fair choice of products and good on prices. Parcel was delivered fast, arrived safe and sound. Very happy with the items, my favorite being the seven seas 72hr biscuits.

Excellent from order to receiving my items, very fast postage and outstanding customer service. My order was sent in two parts due to requiring identification for one of the items, and I was a tad worried that a mistake might have been made which wasn't the case. I emailed Justin and he let me know what was happening and arrived within the next couple of hours due to it being a different courier. I genuinely cannot praise this company highly enough, not only for their pricing and speed of delivery... but also due to their top notch customer service. Quick delivery and good prices.No complaints, and got a nice follow up email to a follow up email that I responded to. That sounds more convoluted than I meant but least proves I'm a real human! Was free delivery as well which only took 2 days. Would definitely do business with again and would recommend.

The reason why i am taking time to leave this review is because their customer service is excellent and for those who are new to prepping and need advice, this company will try and help you the best they can.Also their prices are not inflated like some other stores, so that's 2 reasons to buy from them.

This was the reply I got from a review and what they say in it is a lie anyway obviously butt hurt by it and can’t take criticism bad customer service .“Hi Firstly UNTIL you send ID for the crossbow it wont be leaving us, you sent ID days later and then we dispatched, we had been emailing you for ID...nbot our fault there. We dispatch archery from a different warehouse for insurance purposes it cant be with our usual stock as a restricted item, sorry you feel the need to leave an inaccurate review.” After all this they flagged my review I’ve sent proof that the dates correspond sent ID same day rude people

I placed my first two orders with UK Prepping Shop a few days ago. Based on their positive reviews I put my trust in them with just over £4k in orders and they delivered in spades! The freeze dried tins/kit came in to stock within a few days [as promised] and were immediately shipped. All 99 cans arrived in perfect order, inventory 100% correct and very carefully packaged. My crossbow also arrived within 48hrs. Love it!I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions on how to improve the service I received. As a side note, Justin was prompt to help and offered advice on three separate occasions. I’ve found myself a new and improved store for my prepping supplies and I couldn’t be happier! I’d highly recommend you buy from the UK Prepping Shop! You won’t be disappointed 👍

I ordered Freeze Dried food in August and got it at the end of December BUT I was kept fully appraised, I could have cancelled if I wanted to, all of my emails were responded to (even late night ones) and finally when I saw the product was back in I contacted Justin to ask where mine was and it had already been sent, tracked. None of the above was UK Prepping Shops fault and it was all to do with the Pandemic and production. I would definitely use again because if the SHTF Justin would be the person to be so tenacious as to get the job job done, no matter what!

I have used UK Prepping Shop on plenty of occasions. Can't fault any of the processes, and the customer service given is fantastic. I've used others in the past, but have found my go to place here. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again.

Great customer service and fast delivery. I had a minor issue with my order but that was revolved. All my emails were answered promptly even though they were a man down at the time. I highly recommend this company and would like to specifically thank Justin the director of sales for his great customer service.

Both the service from UK Prepping Shop and the Royal Mail delivery were excellent but I could not charge the battery usng the USB.
