Horrendous do not buy never all my order. Don’t reply to any emails now going to get refund through the bank and urge others to do the same !

Unfortunately I read reviews and they were all positive so I ordered from this company. They were due to arrive on the 2nd September. I message every day and usually get a response saying to check shipping. When I do this with EVRI they still have not received the parcel. Never once have they apologised. I have requested a refund but they never acknowledge this request. Also the 5 star review is from someone with the exact name that I have been messaging from this company. Maybe it is a coincidence.

Weirdest company I've ever had to deal with. Placed order, did not receive a confirmation email but it showed up on the website and I had a reference so assumed it was ok. After 2 weeks nothing had been received. Tried to contact via website chat - no response, via Facebook - no response. There was no email listed but there was a number on FB so I messaged. There then followed the most infuriating Whatsapp back and forth for about a week and a half, where they kept assuring me they would "check" and then never followed up so I would have to chase them days later, they said it had been dispatched but would not provide any tracking info, I asked for a refund repeatedly and was ignored and throughout they would disappear from the chat for days and they kept switching Whatsapp read receipts on and off. Eventually I gave up and raised a dispute with my card company. This was my son's first ever online order and he's pretty gutted, really poor performance for a vendor of kids' toys.
