Is ufcstore.eu Legit?

I give it one star and that’s being very friendly.I pre-ordered the UFC Noche walkout hoodie. I initially have problems ordering it because my bank decided to decline every single time, even though I had used this company many times before.Anyway I order the pre-order product and got my confirmation email. So far so good.No money had left my account but wasn’t worried as pre-orders don’t take money till item is ready to ship.Two weeks later when the product was meant to be here still no money was taken, I asked customer service and it appeared that my order was canceled I was NOT send at email to tell me and the customer service team said you can try buy again, as there was 6 in stock.I ordered it payment went through 5 minutes later cancels again. I asked why they said this product has sold out even tho it says 6 in stock.I asked about the same item but in white this time, as it says 2 in stock. They said check to website, I did and said it says 2 in stock, ok there must be 2 in stock. It add insult they tryed giving me a 30% discount for THERE COCK UP. To which I declined.Please don’t shop here just 20minutes with customer service takes 10 years off your life

Great store with fantastic service.Don't just look at the Negative comments.I ordered 2 items on the 16/11/23 and delivered today to Northern Ireland within 3 working days with standard delivery. Good quality clothing at good prices, Check out the sale section as I grabbed a couple of bargains.I would recommend this store as safe and trustworthy

Placed an order on the 4th December, no update on the order for two weeks. Contacted ufc eu for an update who only provided a tracking link which showed delivery attempts when none had been made. No dispatch emails or contact attempts made by ufc store.Customer service team do not address all points or concerns within emails leading to no resolution.

useless in everyway I live aus and can't get in contact with them this is beyond a joke it's been 3 weeks and my jumper is stuck in same place

Awful experience, I placed an order but I made a size error. As it wasn't already sent, I asked for the good size to be sent instead, it was refused. I ordered in the good size and had to refuse the first package. It's been more than a month, multiples e-mails to the customer service and no refund has been made. I understand why they don't use PayPal as they would Always been forces to treat thé client with a modecum of consideration.

Ordered two items and they arrived pretty quick. No issues for me!

Wasn't a long wait for the product considering time of year and delays but somehow got completely the wrong hat and their customer service line no longer exists? If they don't respond to email I will have to go through bank I suppose but very annoying. I don't seem to be alone reading these reviews and fairly expensive for the item plus delivery considering lack of care sending right item

Ordered midnight edition tshirt for sons birthday, three weeks before, so plenty time for delivery. No tshirt came emailed being looked into 6 weeks after order sorry no tshirts. WHAT, it’s took this long to tell me sons missed his present, they’re awaiting delivery so waited two weeks kept emailing no tshirts. Why advertise clothing you don’t have, told ufc store want refund that took another two weeks. Went on venum website ordered tshirt Monday had it Friday little bit extra but you get the goods. Told ufc store take me off your listings never use them again.Avoid UFC store at all costs.

Dire service 5 weeks waiting for a Xmas present taking orders for things they don’t have in stock because supposedly no crypto patches chose option to have it without over a week ago no news since. My advice order from USA store, not the first time had trouble with these jokers luckily paid with PayPal but someone not getting their present shamefull performance.

Till now very bad experience with this. I ordered some goodies on Dec 25th and still hope to get it before 20th January in Germany. As usual neither email with estimated delivery information nor feedback from customer service. What should you expect in this case? Yes, you won’t order anything in this site.

Buyer beware! Do not order items from UFC collectibles,they will take your money in a hot minute and prolong sending the item or tracking number which I still have not received either in 2 months of ordering,giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first email. I can no longer do so anymore. You’re better off sitting in front of the gym the fighters train at to get something autographed faster and for free. UFC needs to do better,especially with the revenue they make off of loyal fans..

Awful. Almost a month since I ordered and received nothing. Customer services say they can’t do anything other than forward my query to the relevant department. I have requested to cancel my order 3 times but they ignore and say they are forwarding my request to logistics but that they haven’t heard back. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible experience. Unfortunately let my fandom come first and made multiple purchases. Not one arrived unbroken, and multiple didn’t arrive at all. Their service is slow, they don’t even send tracking numbers unless one asks, and they do little to nothing to amend things. I sincerely hope the UFC finds an alternative way to sell memorabilia.

Received my order and was totally wrong size than advertised on the site, I’ve sent the item back for a refund 2 weeks ago and have emailed several times for an update and nothing! Will be contacting FSA soon as my return has been delivered back to their returns address and still nothing! Will not be buying from them again, i don’t know how UFC trusts this supplier

DO NOT buy from here I paid hundred for pair of shorts that never fit and three months later have still not got me refund , they blag you and blag you , I'm sick of these people especially Mohammad who keeps saying I'm going to get my refund, can't stand people who take good money of people and Rob you blind .I want to hear from people directly who have been scammed by these , contact Amanda copley on Facebook ok

Orderd a T-shirt and after weeks I started mailing them where my order was?Everytime the same answer: we have a delayed in specifics order and unfortunately you order has been delayed.Waited 8 weeks just so they can tell me the product is no longer available?! Soooo bad! Yes I understand after 8 weeks?!? Worst service and site ever would not recommend ordering here!

I have received an email that I was supposedly given a code it would give me 10% discount on my first order (welcome10).Following the link however and chosing the product when I am taken to checkout screen this code simply doesn't work.Absolute disrespect and an attempt to mislead costumer to a fake discount.I REFUSE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER

I ordered a T-shirt for €45, no confirmation email, nothing. I contact them and they say the order didn’t come though in their end. When I show them literall proof of the money charged from my bank, all they can say is that they can’t do anything because my order isn’t in their system. Unfortunately I paid via bank transfer and not credit card so I can’t get my money back. These guys are literally stealing money. Embarassing

Placed another order(previous 2 were great) on 16th June and still8weeks later nothing.Use the contact is and get a generic response. Ask to raise a complaint then nothing. Really disappointed as there were for my son who is a big fan.

I was a bit worried if it would be a reliable seller because ufcstore.com has a lot of negative reviews. However, I have a very positive experience and I am very happy with that but also a little surprised about it, haha. I ordered Conor McGregor's Funko Pop on Friday. 3 days later, on Monday, I received an email from ufcstore.eu that they had shipped my order, the tracking code was also in the email. I also received an SMS from RoyalMail with the tracking code. 3 days later, on Thursday, my Funko Pop arrived in perfect condition, at my home near Rotterdam in The Netherlands. Package box was not damaged, it had stickers with "fragile" on it. the box containing the Pop was wrapped in bubble wrap. both the Pop and the box of the Pop were completely undamaged! I am very happy with my order and the extremely fast delivery! Delivered in 6 days !!!
