This is a company i came across on Youtube when i was looking for a repair for my Cardo Packtalk Bold. Which had the usual usb charging connection problem.I got in touch and they sorted me out with a professional repair, better than the original usb.The communication was brilliant, i knew axactly what was going on at all times, saved me from buying a new one at stupid prices, really pleased.

Incredible service start to finish, quick replies on emails, NEVER take your scuff back to to scuff themselves. Uber micro repairs do 10x the job, fix things you didn't even know needed fixing, REINFORCE triggers so they don't break again AND for half the price, unbelievable service could not recommend them more. Tabatha is a Gangster on customer support also.

Sent my controller to uber micro repairs to fix my stick drift, they fixed and more! Did a great job so happy with it! Would defiantly recommend.

3 weeks and received back hall sensor modules for dualsense edge they are incredible and really shows what thumb sticks should be. Fantastic can’t recommend enough well worth the wait.

Great service from start to finish, lots of communication from them along the way. I have a refurbished controller back, all issues resolved (elite 2 Xbox controller with the left stick and number button not working right) and they changed the right stick too. Took a couple weeks to get it back. For the price I’m very happy.

I sent in 2 dual sense edge modules for repair from stick drift and had hall effect put in both so far 1 small problem but that's my own fault I messaged them and got help to fix it

After my wife's barely used customised Xbox controller got drastic drift for the second time, MS rejected it as the warranty had ended.Decided to send to Uber Micro after watching their video showing how to fix it and deciding 'screw that'.I sent it off for a left stick module replacement. They returned it with both sides replaced.Quick, friendly and excelleny communication. Also amazingly fair price!Definitely recommend!!

Excellent communication from the first enquiry to the last. An excellent video was available for the repair on YouTube. The timings given for the repair were accurate. Payment was only requested once the unit had been repaired and tested. Tabatha and Leigh are a top team and I would have no hesitation using them again for any future electronic repairs.

The new analogue sticks are fantastic and stable but my question is will they stop the dreaded drift? The new case feels good but the speaker doesn't seem to be working properly overall a brilliant service thankyou

Very easy company to deal from start to finish. Once I contacted them regarding the service I needed they responded very quickly and were very friendly. The repairs took just over two weeks which was quicker than they originally quoted. The cost for repair and return delivery was a fair price. Part arrived quickly, new laser unit for PS5, well packaged and signed for international delivery. (Slight customs payment due to Brexit) but that can’t be helped nowadays. PS5 is back in full working order. Thanks.

Fantastic service, with great communication from start to finish. Sent in an Xbox X controller that developed stick drift after 3 months of use. Once received it was found that both sticks were faulty and one of the buttons was sticky. New joystick modules and sticks were added and the sticky button cleaned. A variety of postage services for returns, and I have my now fully working controller back with 24 hours of payment (which isn't asked for until repairs are complete!)Special thanks to Tabatha for the great comms and Leigh for getting me back in the game.
