Is u-buy.com.au Legit?

Product faulty and dangerous, instructions say you cannot convert and electrician came out and confirmed, stated it’s dangerous!! Cost me $900 ($400 delivery) discovered parts missing, apparently I’m out of the window timeframe to return a faulty unusable product! Buyer beware, scammers that take your money?! That was money I saved to buy it!! Just devastated, and disgusted! They should read their manuals and not send faulty unusable dangerous products to Australia and then tell me basically bad luck, and anything else they could help me with?? Really!! It’s also an Australian website i purchased from!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!They do not honour there return policy! Under no circumstances do they allow returns for a refund even if there seller's falsely advertise there products.BEWARE!

Must admit after I placed my order I read some negative Ubuy reviews and was concerned as my purchase was $1300. No need for concern my item arrived from the USA in 13 days. Complete tracking history of every movement of my parcel and there was plenty in the USA. Item arrived safe and in good order. Couldn't be happier with the service. Easy to purchase items through Ubuy. They enable to purchase products otherwise wouldn’t be able purchase.Information on progress of order is fantastic along with update tracking on where goods are.

I bought a Harley motorcycle product online through Ubuy Australia. This product is not available in Australia. I was kept in the loop at all stages of the progress of the purchase and delivery. Buyer beware. Will never buy from U-buy again. We purchased a zoomer playful pup for our daughter for Christmas 2022. Because it was for Christmas we couldn’t open it to checked that it worked until she opened it on Christmas Day. After opening we realised it didn’t work properly. We contacted U-buy to get the toy swapped out (not a refund as the toy is very cool) and they had told us that the warranty expired and we were not entitled to a swap or refund which was extremely disappointing considering Australian consumer law gives you 1 year warranty as standard. U-buy will not reply or answer calls. Do not purchase from U-Buy.

While it was odd that the six boxes of syringes ordered were split in to three packages of two boxes each they were all well packed, well tracked and arrived within the designated time limit.

I bought a pet food item from them, after a few days they contacted me and told me they couldn’t ship it to Australia, I received a full refund. The shipping cost was astronomical.

Very poor customer service: beware!!! there is only a 7 day windows to return the product if not suitable. After that, there is absolutely no willingness to help you out!Another trick to their sleeve: if you contact them within 7 days, they just do not respond... I will never buy from Ubuy again!

My order was cancelled due to a shipping cost calculation error on the part of Ubuy. I had already paid in full, including associated international transaction fees. Was refunded, but the refund didn’t actually cover the true amount I paid. I pointed this out to customer service, who shrugged their shoulders.Bottom line, use extreme caution with this company. You might complete and pay for an order, only to have it cancelled through no fault of your own, and not be fully refunded.

I was hesitant placing the order as I wasn't confident with the delivery post COVID. The order was processed, regular updates via sms and package was delivered to my front door with no issue nor delay. Recommend using Ubuy for any purchases outside Australia.
