I am technically illiterate and your website is difficult to use.If you saved Bank account information. This should make it much easier.Also having to put in a promo code to get the full amount of money is super annoying and I haven’t been doing it up until recently. Just give us the full amount.It makes your system very hard and I wonder if I should go back to Advanced diabetic they had a person to talk to.Every time I call, I get some stupid AI that can’t help me or a man that doesn’t know what’s going on. He works in a different factory or the actual owner.Is there no middle ground it’s nearly impossible if I make a mistake which I do. I have so much information I have to input every time. I have to login, but it never knows my address. You never know my account numbers. It’s just frustrating.

I paid for priority shipping myself, to get my Libre sensors to them before the 3 month expiration window closed. There was a delay with the postal service which was out of my control, but I was still paid the full amount because they could see it was shipped in time. Payment was almost immediate as soon as they received them!

Payment sent the same day my shipment arrived. Last shipment arrived damaged and company was nice enough to send my damage supplies back to me at my expense as a courtesy.
