Is twistedpendant.com Legit?

Initially liked the look of products but after one week the stone fell out the pendan- this was covered by warranty and replaced. 6 months later after limited wear the chain broke- no replacement offered because I'm told that it is general wear and tear. Two issues in short a short space of time highlight the products are not very good. I raised with customer services and was told nothing else they could do as "small family business"- The fact they were small was why I purchased from them but after poor service and clearly poor product, I will not purchase from here again.

I bought a size 9 black signet ring, it was too big so, I bought a size 8, it was still too big. However, when I compared the two rings side by side they were exactly the same size. I contacted twisted pendant and told them the issue and would they consider sending me a size 7 just in case that was the size I should have bought from the start, as a good will gesture. They replied to me extremely quickly and posted me a size 7 straight away and it came so quickly. The quality of the ring is fantastic, the packaging is super and the little gift bag it came in was a highly professional touch. However, the size 7 is too small. The correct size in an 8 would have been perfect. Never mind, I will not hassle them anymore and it has not put me off purchasing from them in the future. Honestly guys, fantastic quality products and highly professional. Thank you Twisted pendant.

Twisted pendant’s website is easy to use. Beautiful jewellery at a reasonable price with a variety of size and length choices. They delivered promptly also came with a lovely gift pouch. Loved the fact it’s a family run business with great communication.

There is no option to cancel an order after you submit payment even if you request it immediately. So if you make a mistake the attitude is tough luck. You do have the option to return or ask for a refund which is a hassle.The mevklace I ordered was alot chunkier than it appears on the photo so I am worried the recipient won't like it. Its disappointing especially as it isn't cheap.

I like how the proudct I got was accurate to the display which is rare for jewelry.

Got my Earrings and rings a bit late but nice Quality

I ordered a ring for my godson for his 16th and omg, it’s lovely and it comes in a small pouch, which I think it’s nicer. The staff could be any more nicer, keeping me informed of what was happening with my order, yes I can definitely recommend this small family business if your looking for something unique

Ordered an item from this company for the first time on the 21/10/24 and it was delivered the next day. It was free postage so wasn't expecting but for a few days at least. Really impressed with the service I've received and delivery. Would recommend this company and would certainly buy again from them.

I ordered a chain from twisted pendant on Etsy and got the delivery very quickly and the item was perfect I then got a code to use on the website that all worked out perfectly The item is as described and good quality and delivery was good Very pleased

So I ordered a few items from these, and while it does seem like good quality beware of the chains. The rope chain I had just broke when I was changing a t shirt, and when I say minimal force was placed against it, it really was minimal. The rings seem fine, although, it would be pretty hard for a ring to break.

Spent £50 on a pair of earrings for a birthday present, both earrings were missing diamonds and proof was sent of this to the retailer. Very unhappy at the quality of the product considering the price that was paid. Will not be returning as a customer unfortunately.
