Is tvsupreme.tv Legit?

The agent, Peter, straight up lied. Told me charge would be under $25. Hit my AX for $199.90.Do not trust them, ever

I've been using for over 2 years now and it's been top service, I have also put other through and had a good service. Some emails when first sign up go to spam so check in them as I read some reviews saying no contact made, I've only had to contact a few time and always quick response. This is not a floorless service not everything works 100% but you must remember what it is they are giving you

I honestly can't understand some of these negative comments. I've tried out plenty of other services but TV supreme is the best by a country mile! Absolutely fantastic service when ever you have a question or should there happen to be any problems they are always there to help and the quality of the channels/movies/series on offer is truly amazing. Don't even hesitate about giving them a try you won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys.

Payed for a subscription on the 27th of December not received any email or any information on how to set up been nearly a week pretty poor for iptv service I've gone back to my original supplier I'll be asking for a refund when ever they decide to contact meEdit- No not had any contact regarding joining any support group you have just taken payment and not heard anything since

I have been using TvSupreme since April 2020 and full credit for the service 10/10. It does buffer from time to time normally when I've been connected to the vpn for over 24 hours so a quick refresh on that normally sorts it if not a DNS refresh will, failing all that you need better internet! The customer service is top rate the few times I've need to contact them problem resolved very quickly. I left BT and Netflix and joined this service and very happy I did

TvSupreme took payment for service but never provided it and never replied to any emails or IM’s vis discord or band messaging chat groups that they operate on.Update: 28/Feb/21Issue still not resolved and I’ve now received an email that my activation is suspended (though never received it) as they didn’t receive the payment renewal.Other than responding to this review, nobody has replied to a single message. I’ve also seen some negative comments in the chat groups too of the service going downhill.

So you manage to reply to Sally-Anne after a day, but here I am STILL waiting since 4th April. Only one reply to one of my several emails, which didn't even address the question. No response to my complaint on here. My order number is clearly there in my 'review' and still no reply from you lot. I will continually add a bad review every week until someone bothers to respond. So this is IPTV , the price you pay is far less than what you get, I see it at Netflix, sky on demand , prime all rolled into one, for 9.99 plus the bonus of every channel that works 95 per cent of the time it’s the nature of the game, they are contactable 24/7 keep you in loop can’t fault it . Trusted IPTV provider had my business nearly 2 years

My first day using, but it's exactly what I'm after! Can't get Sky in my property so we were looking for other options and stumbled across this service. Honestly, the picture on the Live TV is fantastic and the system is really easy to use. Thanks so much guys, so pleased! Saved us a bloody fortune on endless subscription services!

First time using a iptv service.They provide a very good service respond promptly to your problems and try and help you and point you in the right direction.It's a Monthly service and at £9.99 its excellent value considering all the tv and content latest movies box sets live tv all sports channels.If you request a tv channel box set movie or live sporting event they always oblige.I have nothing but praise for the amount of work they do and keeping us the customers update with everything they do.

I had purchased a subscription 18/10/2020, no information sent to email address, and they said I had to register to their page on 'Band' app, which I done and had not been activated for 3 days. Pretty unacceptable considering you're paying for a service which I didn't receive. Not worth it, find better provider.**Edit** 20/10/2020 - 14:00TvSupreme have now got in touch with myself after review and have resolved the issues I have had with them. They have accepted my activation and ran through setup, Currently all working.

TVSupreme and it's sister brand Tellytime.net are clearly scam as they claim to chase their technical support team and actually just rub their hands with glee with another scam service so go ahead pay for a service and join the TVSupreme band group as it will never ever get confirmed

Everything absolutely brilliant - however I subscribed in order to watch my team on ifollow and have only been able to receive one out of four matches. Response from admin has been great and they are working hard to resolve the issue. Had I been able to receive ifollow I would have awarded top marks plus extras. Wife and kids over the moon with the rest of the service.

By far the best Expat TV there is. Amazing amount of channels to view. Brilliant customer service. Yes a few problems but these are sorted speedily and the customers are kept in touch regularly. I would fully recommend this system to anyone wherever you live in the World. Fully satisfied.

Paid for this service and received nothing from the company. Don't reply to any emails I've sent and had to contact my credit card company to stop any future payments and get a refund.EDIT:Funny how you can reply to a negative review on here within 1 hour, but 5 days later no service, no refund and no reply to any emails.

I've being a tv supreme customer now for 10 mths and in that time I've had no major problems with the service and for 9.99 a month. you can't go wrong They also have an after service where can get in contact if got a problem with the service and some reviews on here saying tv supreme are scammers and con artists are mistaken. TV Supreme are all above board and are given a great service for small fee and I for one be staying a loyal customer and would diffenly recommend them if your looking for a good iptv service.

This is normally a great service with little to complain about but I missed a payment (to be honest the invoice didn't really say what it was for so got ignored). I went to TV via TvSupreme and wasn't allowed access (understandable if the bill hadn't been paid). Not knowing what the problem was I shot of an email asking for advice. I received a reply from Martin Bell - Sales Manager "Please pay your invoice from Content create and we will re-enable the account". I promptly paid. That was 2 days ago and I still have no service. Come on guy don't let your great name down.

Terrible service. Have paid a subscription, but after contacting them several times, 5 hour later I still do not have a link to start my service. Avoid at all costs.You can see the reply, saying they will sort the situation out. As expected, there has been no contact.This is a scam, they take your money, and do not supply the service, despite contacting them several times.

Unreal service, easy set up, easy navigation around all the apps. No complaints what so ever and for 9.99 a month a fraction of other subscriptions I have no faults. The guys always there for support if anything goes wrong and responses always promt. Great service 👍👍

Easy to subscribe, took 3/4 hours for the customer rep. to send my install/setup instructions on discord.Used it for a few hours and realized some channels I need are not available, so I asked for a refund next day and haven't used since. TVSupreme provide a 14 day refund, but they don't reply to your emails or messages on discord..... Seems like they are waiting for the 14 days to run out....UPDATE: May 7th now, still waiting for my refund. This is scam territory nobody from customer service replies. Apparently they were processing my refund 2 weeks ago. Dunno what transfer takes this long.... Unacceptable and possibly a scam. Wish I could give lower than 1 star.
