Is tuxedoaction.com Legit?

Do not order from this company. They are complete frauds. I ordered 3 suits. I received three jackets and one pair of pants. I’ve reached out to them so I can send the jackets back that are missing the pants. I reached out immediately, the day I received my package. The 10 days will expire this week. They have yet to send me a return label. Please do not order anything from these people. I paid $20 for expedited shipping as well.

The shopping experience so far has been pretty good. I accidentally purchased the wrong suit, noticed before they shipped the item, and they replied to my cancelation request within several hours. The process for exchanging items is a little bit confusing, but talking to a rep on the phone clarified the process. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again if needed. A bit out of my price range normally.

This company is messing with my refund. I followed all their ridiculous refund rules, but they’re still giving me the runaround. I’ve emailed and called twice, only to be hung up on by someone named Gerline. I’m beyond frustrated! Their return policy is a scam. Please do not support this company—I won’t stop fighting for my refund!

I bought a jacket and returned it on August 16, but still haven't received a refund. The customer service has been terrible.

I paid an additional 20 bucks for expedited delivery...5-7 days and came in 10. Asked for a refund and never got one. After emailing support twice with no answer I called and horrible customer service and you can't even understand the person on the phone. Secondly I received a "combination special" and was gifted a free pair of pants...well that didn't come and I asked for another pair and they said no. Lastly, they charged 4 dollars for a worry-free purchase, including a FULL refund if DELAYED or order "DID NOT COME AS DESCRIBED" which both happened to me..yet I got no refund...Waste of money and all they do is lie. Do not buy from this place. All they want is your money, they do not care about you as a customer and will not respect your simple requests.

Paid for order through Paypal on 1/22/2024, paid for expedited shipping of 5-7 days.... Date passed without product ever getting shipped.... E-mailed company on 1/29/2024 about not receiving order, no response.... Disputed through Paypal on 1/31/2024, company never responded, received refund due to no seller response on 2/18/2024... Company seems to be based in China.... Avoid at all costs

Hi I had an issue where my tux arrived later than expected. The tuxedo was of wonderful quality. The only issue is that the event that I needed it for had passed. I contacted customer service and spoke with Geraldine who immediately put my mind at ease. She took the time to truly understand my issue and authorized my return request. She made me feel heard and I’m grateful for this experience.

Hi Extremely wonderful site and very understanding team who are also ready to help with solutions. The blazer is extremely well made and light weight, my husband wanted one size bigger as the one what I purchased was smaller they immediately understood my issue and agreed to help . I found TuxedoAction while shopping online for my son's prom attire and was not disappointed! We ordered a few options to see which best matched with his date's dress, and the suit quality was great! Sizing and coloring were true. Shipping was fast and we were able to return the suits we didn't need with ease. Not to mention, the customer support was prompt, detailed, and very responsive. This has been a very challenging process. We ordered a tuxedo but the jacket was smaller than it measured. I asked for them to provide me the information to exchange and they stated that I had to place a review take a picture and send it back before instructions could be provided. I'm still waiting on instructions. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a full refund at this point. I have never experienced an exchange this challenging. WOW!!!

The size was perfect and we received the tux in 7 days! The tux is high quality and didn't need tailoring or pressed. We measured his size using the chart and instructions on the website. We also paid for expedited shipping and it came on the day we selected. We are very pleased!!

I had a great experience dealing with Tuxedo Action. The jacket was very nice and a reasonable price, and it fit great! While the color didn’t match exactly what I was looking for, I had a fantastic experience working with customer service in the return, and they made it super easy. If I’m ever in need of another jacket, I’d definitely come back!

Customer service was great. We ordered a suit for my son prom after being measured the first one didn't fit so we had to pay to return. They promptly exchanged it, and received it soon than expected. Due to the holiday we missed the return window but customer service stated they would work with us. Overall a great experience and would definitely order from them again.

We ordered a suit for my grandson’s prom and it was huge. We immediately emailed the company about returning it and waited 3 weeks for a response. We were given a return address for California and had to pay to ship the suit back to them with no offer to refund the cost of shipping. They emailed us and said that they received it and everything was in order and we should receive a refund in about 10 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund has been received. This company is scamming people and when you request a refund, they send you automatic email responses saying they’re working on it, but nothing ever happens.

I received my package and instantly tried it on, it was a perfect fit. The suit was folded in a large bag and had obvious line creases but nothing dry cleaners can’t fix. Once it is ironed, it looks like a very expensive, well-tailored garment! We're very satisfied. The cut leaves room for tapering. Cant wait to order again for prom. The suit looked and felt very nice, the color is exactly as advertised. It is great for the price, but I highly suggest steaming the suit to remove wrinkles, do not iron because there is some polyester fabric.

I recently ordered a tux jacket for my son's high school prom. The quality of the jacket was excellent, fit well as described, and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the color did not match his girlfriend's dress as closely as she wanted and Tuxedoaction was very accommodating helping us return the item. It matched the description perfectly including the color, but it just didn't sync up with the dress color. Will certainly order from Tuxedoaction again.

The suit I purchased matched the photo on the website exactly. The blazer and vest fit perfectly, unfortunately the pant size I selected is slightly too small. Customer service quickly responded to my request to exchange the pants for a larger size.

Suitcoat is made nicely. Comes just as pictures show. Good quality. Customer service has been prompt and very friendly with answering any questions or concerns. Would definitely order from them again.
