Is turquiesante.com Legit?

I am very pleased of my experience with Turquie Sante, so I'd like to express my satisfaction of the assistance I got from Turquie Sante team. I think that they found a great match to my case, situation and needs. Everything was organized well and went according the planning. I believe that in the time following my procedures I will observe a positive and satisfactory result. Unfortunately, I do not speak French, so I give my feedback in English.

I was happy with turquiesante overall, Kevin was very helpful and always stayed in contact with me.The quote I received wasn’t entirely accurate - hotel changed from what was mentioned and the price changed by an extra €500 which was only stated 2 days before departure. My procedure went very well the surgeon done an amazing job so I am very happy in that regards.

I used this service for beard transplantation. They offer a good deal and fast response. They can communicate English very well. For the medical service, I can’t believe they spent almost entire day for my operation (fell asleep by anesthesia at 10.00 and woke up at 7-8pm). I respect for their team effort. The postoperative care is also fine - they offer 3 nights stay in the hotel and transportation for clean up (but you might reassure this by checking on the contract before you signing it). The price is relatively cheap compared with what I researched. Today, it’s my postoperative day 17-18, so I couldn’t tell the final result because it would take a few months to see it obviously.

I was provided with a highly misleading quote. From the original price for fillers that I could pay in British Pounds, when I arrived to the hospital the price was over 5 times the original price and I was told I also had to convert £ into euros (hence picking the cost of currency exchange as well). Very disappointing experience.

I recently had a 3 part Penile procedure, everything went very well the staff doctors were very attentive.When it was time to leave they gave me a coarse of painkillers and antibiotics. The painkillers were fine but I had an adverse effect with the antibiotics. It appears that if I continued on with the antibiotics this could had a serious effect on me. Due to the serious nature of this I have tried to get an answer from my point of contact without reply.I tried calling the phone number of my contact but it appears that its a French number.My problem with this clinic is the lack of response

Good morning I am very disappointed with my stay there. Because the operation I did didn’t change anything, it’s the same as it was and I don’t think it’s normal that you can’t do anything. I already wrote to the complaints service and nobody answered me.

Extremely rude reception guy. Who speaks on whatsapp for appointments. When i asked him to change appointment he started being too rude and aggressive in his approach

Excellent, prompt, courteous service.Was promptly connected to a doctor that proposed an efficient treatment plan, and provided a precise quote with several options, depending upon what treatments ended up being needed.The agent at Turquie Sante was excellent at READING and UNDERSTANDING my messages, and relaying information CLEARLY and EFFICIENTLY between myself and the hospital. Note: I contacted several agents from different companies, and even contacted hospitals directly myself during my initial research process. The other agents and hospitals were dismissive, did not read or understand messages, and 3 of them all simply proposed the same thing: 'Come to Turkey and pay 1500eu for blood tests'... Which is laughable. First of all, I can get these blood tests done for free in my home country, and secondly - ummmm - so what is the plan when we get the blood test results back? Shall I just stay in Turkey for an indefinite amount of time and spend an indefinite amount of money? It was truly disgraceful. I did press one of these other agents for a further quote from the hospital, and they quoted me over 3 times the price that I was quoted via Turquie Sante. Over THREE TIMES the price. And it took 9days for them to come up with this exorbitant BS quote, and they didn't send me the actual screenshot of the doctor's actual note, like Turquie Sante did. There is a CLEAR ADVANTAGE to using this COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. I cannot recommend them enough.Thank you Turquie Sante!

Surgery went ok. Terrible after care though. In the hospital as well as after being released from the hospital. Very terrible. We had to leave Turkey early & go back to America. Going through that kind of travel after just having a double jaw surgery a few days prior was not ideal but I was concerned for my health. I did not feel safe. The (complimentary) hotel they gave us was terrible. Very small. Dirty. No freezer so I had no way to refreeze my ice packs & properly care for myself. I notified them I was coming there with my mother months prior. They gave me a hard time about having someone with me. Trying to say that effects the price of that terrible hotel they put me at which was completely different from the one I was told we would be staying at originally. Just misleading & terrible. I never want to go back…. Then to respond to this review trying to twist my words & act like you guys did everything correct & blaming me for the terrible after care is insane. A complicated surgery like that with no access to ice for weeks would’ve been torture. I left because I wasn’t being taken care of properly. It’s not just the hotel that made the experience bad. The person I was communicating with for months prior to the surgery happened to be fired or quit the day of or before I got there. It was sloppily put together. I even waited a few weeks to give this review to see how I would heal & how the surgeon would respond to what I needed during my healing.. he eventually stopped responding. The surgeon did his job executing the surgery well but gave me no real after care instructions at all. They didn’t care enough for me as a patient going through a surgery like this for the first time. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
