Is turnermotorsport.com Legit?

Ordered the turner race control arms (front) and monoball LCAB for my e36. Put them on and the castor is way too positive. My wheel sits so far forward that there’s no way it’s drivable unless I remove the front bumper. The issue is that these parts come as a bundle and it seems turner doesn’t have a good idea what they’re selling. My guess is these arms have the 95 m3/non-m geometry which use off-centered LCAB. Turners monoball LCAB that come WITH their control arms are centered. I reached out to them to see if they had any idea or recommendation and they told me to give them details about my car which I provided and they never responded. The quality is good but please educate yourself on the products you’re selling. These are useless to me. $500 down the drain. I’ve tried to give my business to these guys but I’ll be sticking with FCP euro moving forward.

Ordered on 4/14 was emailed on 4/16 that a part was missing. Was told it would be in and shipped 4/16. 4/18 label created not shipped. On 4/19 opened chat at 0830 EDT waited until 1030 on next available agent. Called to cancel order only menu option that worked was sales, they transferred me to support waited on hold 49 minutes, never answered so hung up. Received UPS notification at 9:32 pm EDT order was picked up. 5 days to ship order that was in stock when ordered. Recommend not doing business with this company, they are unresponsive on orders, hate to see what product support would look like.

Company says it will ship “today” doesn’t ship out today. Will put your order on hold until they can get it sourced. Customer service will put you on hold for long periods of time over simple issues. Generally a poor experience. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what. But I’m in for an hour and a half wasted on in time dealing with these people. DOUG was not helpful. James handled my request within 5 minutes after I hung up on Doug.

Ups accidentally mislabeled my packages and instead of TMS returning my package, they steal the item and exchange me an item $350 cheaper, then say they can’t find the item that was accidentally sent to them. Bad customer service, dishonest employees that will steal from you if they can get away with it. I’ve been ordering parts from TMS for years but not anymore. I will no longer do business with them.

All around terrible experience with this company. The product I purchased from them broke my vehicle. Spent several weeks troubleshooting with them which they only allowed via email and even then I'd constantly have to ask for updates. In the end they put the blame on me and refused to provide a refund. I now have a product I paid for, that's not installed, that will cost me several thousand dollars in repair.

Because this company doesn't deserve anymore of my investment than I've already given, I'm pasting this from my Yelp review. Thanks.Decent pricing, and some cool stuff...sometimes. That's about all I have to say about Turner that is good.My impression is that they are affiliated with ECS, and seem to have taken the same politic when it comes to client care, which means, NONE.I cannot tell you the amount of money I have spent at both firms, which really shouldn't matter (and clearly doesn't to them), only to be treated with complete apathy and disregard.They constantly mislead on availability and shipping speed (currently still waiting for parts on Oct 13, ordered on the 1st that said they ship in 2 days), and do not take ANY responsibility or express any empathy for anything. Orders, house-part failures, you name it.All I can say is that this business model may be successful for them, but sooner or later, enough of us will have had enough, and they'll be wondering why they're shuttering the doors and putting the race-cars on EBay.

Although I verified with Turner Motorsport that the brake pads I ordered would fit my vehicle, the pads that arrived did not fit correctly. They would not accept a return, even after a 40-minute phone call.

I purchased a skid plate kit from these people in March for a 2020 BMW M340 and specifically told them that my car had the high performance cooling kit with the extra oil cooler. I was assured several times that this was the skid plate for that car. Shipping was a nightmare and when received it was discovered that, in fact, this did not fit the specified vehicle. Customer service is horrible, The representative Chris Edith lied to me repeatedly then just blew off my attempts to contact him, ducked repeated phone calls and ignored all emails. I am now stuck with a worthless product and they refuse to refund the almost $700. Beware of doing any kind of business with these thieves. Just as a follow up. They asked me to contact them to get a resolution. I did as they asked and they NEVER got ahold of me even though I was told management would contact me within 24 hours. Basically, I was told to go screw myself, in much ruder terms.

Absolutely garbage customer service. I was looking to purchase a whole heap of interior trims and like any diligent person I inputted my car specs to filter through compatible parts. When I soon came to realize post purchase is that Turners shows you things for you car that aren't even compatible even if it says there are.Naturally I ordered $3000USD worth of items thinking I have done my part and selected the right gear according to their guidance yet this would be the start of my problems.The order was dispatched and I received 2 defective products and 2 incompatible items. I followed up so many times about this mishap and they refuse to reply to any of my emails. Only as of today did they acknowledge to potentially process my refund if I ship the items back at my own expense! Shocking treatment it does not matter if you spend 300 or 3000 they treat you like trash because they know they can get away with it. STAY ABSOLUTELY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!Try Hubauer for your BMW parts, they seem decent and have the review score to back it up.

I had a very poor experience. Placed several big orders at various vendors for a rebuild in which I needed everything in a one week time period.Facts:Turner was the first order placed, slowest to ship, last to arrive.I was not kept appraised of arrival by TMS or their shipping partnerI was not given a realistic shipment time for.my packages, it all literally arrived after I finished the rebuild and most still hasnt gone on the car.I contacted the vendor 7 days after my order was placed and the young man who answered was discourteous.I will not order from Turner Motorsport again unless I have no other option (say trhan ECS who is also terrible with order shipping).

I have placed two orders in the past year with not that great experience either time.Placed order for Supersprint exhaust last November and did not receive till April. First one came in March, but someone mysteriously stole it out of there warehouse before it got shipped out to me. So they had to order another one from Italy and finally got it in April. Car was totalled in May before I could even get the exhaust on :(Just recently ordered some Lux LED Angel Eye bulbs and I ordered over the phone because I wanted to ask some questions before ordering and they charged me twice as much for shipping compared to if I would have ordered online. I really want to like these guys, they sell really great products, however I am less than impressed with my experiences. I will probably be looking elsewhere in the future, sad to say.

Buyers beware. This company is a scam. Ordered item which they had listed as in stock. I received an email 2 weeks later saying the item was not in stock. So I called and spoke to an agent to cancel the order to get a refund and they wouldn't issue me a refund. Gave me a bogus excuse about the vendor they drop ship must cancel the order first. Uh, excuse me you sold me an item you don't have in stock and you are then telling me you have to wait for the vendor who doesn't have the item in stock in the first place to cancel the order before you issue me a refund? Get real. Had to a file a payment dispute from my payment institution to get my money back. Stay away from this company if you like your money.

I race in WRL.and NASA, so parts availabilty is an important factor for purchase. All items were claimed to be in stock. The night before the ship date, i got an email notification that the parts were backordered. This happened 3 times until it took 4 weeks to get the parts. If it were the middle of race season, I might have missed a race. If youre a tuner, they have a great catalog, and may be worth the wait. If youre a racer, go to Bimmerworld. Much better experience and much better communication.

Ordered a tire kit suggested by sales. When my “kit” was received, there was only a spare tire. When I communicated with Turner Motorsports they informed me a kit means the tire is included with a wheel, not a spare tire “kit”. For $470 make sure you shop around for a real kit for the same price. They come with spare, jack, lug wrench etc.so you can actually change a flat.

Ordered an OMP steering wheel in September of 2022. Every few months I get an email update that it will ship later and later. Today is March 5th 2023. The last email said March 1st. I clicked the shipping link inside the email and now it says March 27th. I'll be updating this review on March 27th... stay tuned!!

I needed front and rear shocks for my 2003 Mazda B4000. Turner represents Bilstein. Turner had the rears but not the front. I ordered what Turner had. I ordered the fronts from Tire Rack (of all places). Got the fronts from Tirerack in four days. Got the rears from Turner in a little more than two weeks. Seems they bounced around from one warehouse to another. The people I spoke w/ at Turner weren't particularly helpful or apologetic. I guess they are good w/ BMW but don't sell me something if you can't do it properly.

Orderef from turners with a two day shipping expectations. 9 days later oreder still jasnt shipped....

Delay shipment and it take for every part to arrive. really bad experience to shop in this store

Ordered and paid for two front shocks and springs. The shocks are direct shipped from Bilstein, but unknown to me they needed to be manufactured in Germany.! Contacted Bilstein US and were informed it will be a month until they are in the US. No ETA from Turner. Bilstein do not ship direct so expect all communication from Distributors.I should mention that the springs have already arrived.
