Ordered turbo for my VW it came quickly and the right one my car is running good so far only time will tell but overall I had a gd experience

Shipped fast, all the right stuff included, in the car now and working well.

I am very happy with Turbocharger Pros. We finally got our Land Rover back up and running. And boy it's fast. It's even faster from when we bought it from the Dealership. Turbo came in quick it was expensive but what turbo isn't but honestly it was a good price. I'll follow up on my review if needed in the future. But for real so glad my father in law showed us this website. You can trust Turbocharger plus!!!!

When I called for assistance, the knowledge of the tech helped in ordering the right Turbo charger for my Freightliner. Also the shipping was faster than anticipated, so my truck was only down 3 days which could have been longer. The pricing was about 50% below what the dealership was asking, and so far there is not one problem with the turbo charger.

I ordered turbo from these guys thinking the price was right, my only problem was I didn’t read these reviews. A hit and miss company. turbo came quickly (the only plus to this transaction) and mechanic called and told me it wasn’t even close to same turbo on my truck. You need to understand Spanish if you’re dealing with their customer service, plus be patient the day you call cause I was on hold for 45 minutes..((I’m not patient but I wasn’t gonna let them off the hook either))… I was told to take photos of my bad turbo and compare to the one they sent me…. Not even close. Sent photos immediately and Thus far I’ve been ignored, no response and next step is file complaint with BBB. This normally gets a vendors attention, for no company want the BBB on their butts. We shall see? I might be out $400 but they’ll suffer much more dollar wise! BUYERS BEWARE!!! I’ll remove this review once this issue is settled , if ever!

Ordered a Turbocharger CHRA which was not an exact fit. Need to improve their selection specifications for that vehicle. Executed a very "No Hassle" return. Then purchased an after market inter-cooler which fit perfectly. They were very good to work with.

was able to save money ordering turbocharged turbocharger on-line myself. Web site easy to use, part was delivered the next day- came with warranty. Our mechanic was able to repair the original part, so return was easy to Turbocharger Pros for a part never installed. Would definitely check their site and inventory available if needed.

Turbo got here quickly, was the correct part. Very fast service, included prepaid return label for the core. No hassles at all with installation, all gaskets, banjo washers etc were included. Thank you

Bought the Turbocharger Pro brand turbo for under $200 for my 2002 Saab 9-3 SE, which is the high output turbo model. This turbo is usually harder to find and more expensive. I already spent too much rebuilding this car and didn't want to spend a lot on a new turbo. One year and 14,000+ miles later the turbo is still going strong. Unfortunately, I don't think they have anymore of these turbos.

I was looking to get info on turbos for my BMW 335i but unsure of which brand would be best for my application. Austin in the sales department was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. He made it easy for me to choose the correct ones. I needed them right away & he made sure I received them overnight. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Turbo was shipped and received to the Midwest in 5 days. Well packaged, no product damage. Turbo was as described and fit well. Ordered the gasket kit with and warranty as well. 2005 Forester XT back like it should be now. Everything included to swap, no chasing parts or modifying to fit. Saved 4-5 hundred bucks over Subaru reman. Would do business again in a heart beat, just hope it isn't for this vehicle.

Sold me a bad turbocharger. They were fine with an exchange (No chance I'll be doing that!) or a refund. However, now I'm stuck with a labor charge for a turbocharger that's no good and possibly caused more damage. They said they don't cover labor but they'll sell you a bad part. Go figure. I'd like to say I'll never buy another turbocharger from them again but what's the chances that I'll ever need one again anyways. So my only recourse is to warn others. Very expensive lesson learned!!

Turbo arrived in great condition. All bolts tight and no metal shavings of any kind inside. Fit correctly and so far is running beautifully only time will tell.

No issues and product quickly delivered as promised. Others listed that they had it in stock but really didn't have it after I ordered.

Greate experience all around. Saved thousands on my Chevy Cruze turbocharger. Car running like normal, or better, than new. I recommend highly.

Theae guys are great!! Their easy to follow website easily guided me towards the rebuilt turbo I needed. They also offered the basic install seals and gasket kit for the install. They also included the shipping on the old core turbo to send back for the core charge. The rebuilt turbo looked brand new and is running great. They saved me a few hundred dollars.

I ordered a turbo that they didn't even have in stock even though their website said they had 10+ in stock. I never received a phone call or email to let me know this. After contacting them they were very apologetic but couldn't explain why their website said they had my turbo in stock when they really didn't. They were quick to refund my money after 2 phone calls. Very disappointed with them and will never use them again or recommend them.

My first experience with Turbocharger Pros. I just finished the installation. All is well. Order entry, site ease of use, and delivery were all excellent. I would recommend them, and if I would use them again if I have a need.

Bought your new turbocharger for my 2002 VW 1.8t. I am really happy. Your Turbo has worked out. Got your two year warranty included with the unit, but from what I have seen, there will be no problems. Had a little excitement at initial startup and hour or so of running time with residual oil from the air intake system clearing out of the exhaust. But it all went away with less than an hours running time. No problems. Very happy I went the extra bucks and bought your new unit. I recommend you to anybody needing a new turbo.
