Tulle & Chantilly is nothing short of amazing! The ordering process was a breeze and my package came days earlier than expected, which is always a good thing! When I had to make changes to my first order, although they unfortunately do exchanges or refunds, the Customer Service team was great with communicating with me and getting me a good discount and rushed shipping!Their dresses are gorgeous material and are so flattering! I highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Bridal party of six ordered individually but our rep was so helpful and coordinated the orders including a custom size for one girl. Shipment time ranged from 3-5 weeks as stated. Color and style are beautiful. Fit was great (once we got everyone to understand you need to order by measurements!). Can’t wait to see these at the October wedding !!!

Just received my dress and it fits perfectly.Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful with helping me figure out my dress size.Dress is great quality and very sturdy material. It will definitely keep me warm for the winter wedding I am in!

I received the dress today & it’s beautiful & fits perfectly! Thank you Tulle & Chantilly!!! The dusty blue color is exactly what my sister (the bride) and I want. After place the order, they send me an email with details listed and Sophie suggested making custom size (no extra fee).I followed their measurement and give Sophie my sizes & then confirmed the order information. The order was placed on Jan. 4th and received today. Thank you!!!

Dress did not come at all like it was described. And per the recommendation of the customer service, they added an inch to the waist which made a standard dress "custom" and then voided any potential to return. They won't offer any return for the dress and told me to try and sell it and order another. Don't order!!! So many other sites out there that are better.

I was the winner of 6 free bridesmaids dresses from an online giveaway. I chose the Sleeveless Tulle Long Bridesmaid Dress with Halter Neck TBQP359, in Burgundy and the dresses are actually far more beautiful in person then they appear online. We were pleasantly surprised! The burgundy color is absolutely perfect! Customer service was also very responsive and easy to work with. 5 stars!

Working with this company was wonderful. Communication was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The dresses arrived faster than expected. The dresses are beautiful and look as advertised. I’m thankful that the team reached out and asked me to send my measurements. Both of my dresses fit perfectly. Very satisfied with my purchases. Will order from this company again.

If zero stars could be given, I'd do that. My fiancée ordered outfits for her bridesmaids for our wedding from Tulle and Chantilly and the experience has been awful. The website advertised 4-5 weeks for delivery, and it has now been 8 weeks and we have nothing. My fiancée has emailed them many times, and Sophie the customer service rep is very wishy-washy about delivery, not ever giving us a set date for delivery, even hinting the clothes weren't even done (8 weeks after ordering......). Apparently from other reviews on this site, this is a consistent problem. They're not worth the time of day, let alone your business.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had a very poor first impression with them and their communication/customer service is terrible. You will also see a surprise international transaction fee on your bank statement too- something that they do not tell you about. I will NOT be buying anything from them due to this. Save yourself a headache and heartache with trying to work with this overseas company- not worth your time or stress. As a bride, you should enjoy this journey and not deal with terrible companies such as this.

My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago. The staff communicated very well to ensure all questions were answered. The dress delivered in less time than anticipated. It arrived with the size exactly right, beautiful color, and very stylish. Very happy! My daughter is so excited! Thank you Tulle & Chantilly!

TulleandChantilly provided me and my fiancé with EXACTLY what we wanted. These invitations are even more beautiful in person and such great quality. We would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!!! Very timely responses and quick turnaround from purchasing them to having them shipped. We do not live in the US so we were taking a chance ordering these online but we couldn't be happier! Can't wait to use them again in the future!

I honestly was super skeptical of ordering a dress online. I am 6’6” and finding dresses for my super tall frame is hard to find.My friend told me that she wanted these dresses for her wedding and I submitted a request for my measurements. They emailed to double check and made sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. I got my dress and it is absolutely PERFECT. The length, where it hits and it is so flattering I cannot wait to wear it. Thank you so much for being so flexible and communicative!

What an awesome experience that I had with Tulle and Chantilly. At first I was worried about sending my measurements off over the internet and scared that my bridesmaid dress will come back either too big, too small, totally not what I ordered or different colour etc everything was going through my head but I was totally wrong about everything. Great communication between Sophie and I, the dress arrived so fast, exactly the correct measurement's, the colour was perfect and just amazing!!!! Thank-you Tulle and Chantilly :-)

I ordered 3 wine coloured dresses for my bridesmaids 45 days before my big day. They selected their style and fit as I didnt want it to be a one time occasion dress. Customer service was regular and constant. Delivery was on time and when the dresses arrived, all four of us were mindblown. A few specific alterations had to be made but nothing major. The colour was lovely and perfect. Wish I could add pictures.

I love my dress! And more importantly, the bride loves it! Its the perfect color, arrived very quickly (because I didn't do custom, I just ordered a size up from my usual size) I need a hem and a little taken in but that's because I am done nursing my youngest and wasn't sure about the boob situation. It's beautiful and really great quality.

I hate not being able to try on dresses but the bride insisted we use this company. Delivery came way sooner than expected and the color of the dress is exactly what the bride wanted. Having given them my exact measurements the dress is too big in my bust and waist and basically looks like a am wearing a curtain. I'm just disappointed I have to spend more money on alterations than what I paid for the dress.

I needed to order dresses for both of my girls and unfortunately, neither fell into the ‘standard size’ category. While I had just accepted the fact that I would be paying additional money to have these items altered once received, I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted about the size choices I made and it was suggested that custom sizes were used instead. Both dresses came super quick and fit perfectly! You don’t find this kind of customer service much any more and I found the experience to be truly satisfying. I would highly recommend!

I ordered a dress with custom sizing and it fit perfectly and arrived way quicker than expected. Probably around 2 weeks. The bridal party I was in all ordered different dresses, even in the different materials, and the colors all matched exactly. Great service, and the bride loved them.
