Is trustowl.co.uk Legit?

The tracking was good as well as it said exactly where my dress was and when it arrived it fitted perfectly and the material was very good as well! And they even included a necklace which I could wear with the dress! I would definitely highly recommend this website! Very very pleased.

The dress we received looked nothing like the photo of the dress on the Trustowl website. It is a poor replication, like a costume with gaudy beads and poor fabric. The dress is garish. They will not give a full refund, and it is upsetting because this is not the dress we ordered.

My dress arrived on the right date (about 3 weeks after I ordered) I was emailed all the way through as I had made a mistake with my measurements so they let me know and changed it for me! If I had any questions they were answered in a few hours!

My daughters homecoming dress was horrible. It was nothing like the picture. The material was pathetic and they WILL NOT REFUND ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!.

I ordered this dress with floor length and I am soooo happy with the colour and quality. I ordered 2 dresses in Trustowl.

Ordered a Father’s Day card, one where you pull the tab it doesn’t stop with glitter in, the one I ordered was different to the one I received, the quality was shocking, all open so could see the glitter, had to give it straight away as it started going off when writing in it, Tracking wouldn’t work either, complete waste of money, contact customer service and either ignored or just told that the item has been delivered

I ordered a jigsaw advent calendar on 8th November. After 10 days, having heard nothing, I emailed and they responded fairly quickly. They had to be asked for a tracking number and I gave up hope, but on 2nd December it appeared like a miracle. Great product. Lost a star because of lack of communication about how long delivery would take.

Dreadful company. Items come from China and so far have taken over 12 weeks to arrive. Ordered 3 chrustmas advent calendar back in early Oct - tracking shows items still in China. Their support do respond but advise, its because item is so popular so nothing they can do and no refund available. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT 2-3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. They are still advertising this Christmas item. Zero stars

ZERO STARS.. AVOID!Ordered an advent calendar early nov, their website said to allow 7 days extra due to high demand. I still have not received it, ended up getting an alternative and requested my order is cancelled and give me a refund… not getting any response from customer service. Awful company, unreliable and not trust worthy.

I ordered a novelty Father’s Day card from them on the 4th June. I emailed them on the 13th June as the tracking number they had sent on the email wasn’t working so I was unable to see where my parcel was. I didn’t receive a reply but the package was delivered later that day so wasn’t too much of an issue. Until I opened the package. The card I had ordered was one of those that plays a noise continuously once the tab is pulled until the battery runs out and has glitter inside. The card is so poorly made that the back of it wasn’t lined up properly or stuck down along the edge, leaving about a 2cm gap. The only part of the card that was stuck down was the removable tab to play the sound that now cannot be removed. I have sent them an email which I got no reply to, so sent them a message on their Facebook page. I got an automatic reply asking for order number and name on the order, then hours later received a message back saying it had been delivered. I sent them a reply stating that I was aware it had been delivered, but it had arrived damaged and am yet to receive a response from them. I have been on their website to try and find out how to claim a refund, but it just gives information stating that this must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and products are very poorly made products. I will be avoiding this company and you should too

Elf on the shelf kit - took forever to arrive with no communication or tracking email. Box full of rubbish, the cards don’t match any of the items and so many spelling mistakes and none of it makes sense! For over £20 this was a complete waste of money. Company needs shutting down!! They only publish positive reviews on their website.

This company is FAKE! Completed an order over a week ago, received order confirmation but this is the only communication. No dispatch/ tracking confirmations. They have taken my money and no product received. Now have to go through process of reporting to credit card company to get money back! Don’t be fooled like I was!

I have to give one star but it should be zero. I ordered some goods on 11th January, today 10th February I still have not received them despite a tracking app saying delivered by local delivery company yesterday, so they have not even named that company, possibly because it’s fake tracking.I have emailed twice asking for my money back and the reply I got was wait up to 25 days for delivery, well that’s been and gone, now they are refusing to refund me.Please do not under any circumstances buy from this company, they are a complete fraud and have no intention of sending you goods which you have paid money for.

Ordered an elf kit - arrived late and has missing pieces - not at all like the lovely photos on the website! Asked for a refund twice and still no reply. Really disappointed with the whole experience!

Product arrived in good time but was not as described. I enquired about the returns process and they told me I would have to send it to an address in China. This would cost me more than the original purchase. The delivery label indicates this was posted from Leicestershire. They have offered me a 30% refund but I doubt I will ever see this.

Scam. Bought the advent calendar puzzle, got order confirmation email. This was 3 weeks ago and no product has arrived and the order tracking has no tracking number. Don’t do it, avoid

Paid for an advent calendar in September and since no communication, no order received etc. It's clearly a scam. They were advertising on Instagram and I've clearly been conned.

I ordered the 24 days of Christmas elf pack and I am so disappointed. Some of the stuff is missing such as the magic snow, and the pictures don't match up either. It all looks and feels very cheap to be honest. Such a shame as this could have the potential to be such a good idea. Just not worth the price at all, and I bought it on sale for £29.99. Delivery took forever as well, I was half expecting it not to come. Would not buy again and would not recommend.

SCAM - I also ordered Advent Calendars 2023 at beginning of November and they have not arrived. TrustOwl said that due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot delivery before 15th December, which is obviously useless. They are still advertising these Advent Calendars today - 27th DecemberTotal SCAM
