Is trumpvancesign.com Legit?

First of all, it took an inordinately long time to receive my MAGA hat, no reason for that. Secondly, instead of just paying a few more pennies for a proper sized box, TrumpVance.sign essentially crumpled up the hat to force it to fit in a tiny box, ruining the entire structure of the hat which is now permanently misshapen !!They should at least give the customer the option to pay a little more for a bigger box so that the hat wouldn’t be ruined ! Not good business in my view 👎🏽

Horrible quality. I bought a caramel MAGA hat and it was yellow, the letters are crooked. Terrible, terrible quality and response time.

I ordered two hats on November 2 and still haven't received them. I have constantly been emailing them only to hear the same response ( sorry for the delay we have sent another order). I believe I have been scammed. And then they claim to be a veteran owned and operated company. I'm not happy..

The packaging is terrible it was shoved in a box half its size and is not the quality of a 40 dollar hat. I emailed customer service with pictures and I haven't received a response

I had an absolutely terrible experience with TrumpVanceSign and feel compelled to warn others about their poor quality products and abysmal service. I purchased a hat that was priced at a premium, expecting a high-quality item, but what I received was nothing more than a flimsy, poorly made piece of cloth that lacks any structure or support. The product is nowhere near worth the $50 price tag—they're selling something you'd find on Amazon for $10.When I reached out to them to express my concerns, their response was condescending and dismissive. Instead of addressing the obvious quality issues, they blamed the packaging and claimed the hat would regain its shape with "normal wear." This is unacceptable for a product that should have been high-quality from the start.Their proposed solution? A measly 30% refund, which is frankly insulting given the poor craftsmanship and inflated pricing. I still haven't gotten my order or any communication except an email saying it never got sent out and now they will try and send ASAP. It's been well over a month already. very dissapointing. Not a good representative for MAGA!

Horrible product, I ordered a hat from the site and it took them almost a month to get it to me “supposedly” from Texas that I do not believe. There’s no tags anywhere saying where it was made it looks nothing like the photo the Fiona is off, shape is off, materials are cheap and horrible made heat treated like trash and jammed in a small box and is all damaged and misshaped now and looks very very bad…… I was charged 40$ for this hat and they have horrible customer service and refuse to give me a refund after this horrible experience and me saying I will send it back. Not happy at all do not waste yo ur money on this scam site they do not put Americans first.

If I could give this negative stats I would. First it came shipped in a TINY box, with the hat stuffed inside. No way the hat bill would ever reform correctly. Now to the quality, this looks like something you’d buy at a flea market, that someone made it out of their garage. This is top 5 things I’ve ever purchased that I would consider nothing more than a total ripoff, especially at 50 bucks. Much better buying something off of Amazon or eBay for 10 dollars, I guarantee it will still be better quality than what this company shipped!!

This company is a SCAM. They're very unresponsive with their emails. It has been over 17 business days since my order was placed. I received a tracking number but the tracking information has never been updated. I have repeatedly asked for a full and complete refund and the organization is unresponsive and does not take concerns seriously.

I haven’t received my order. I placed my order on November 5th and still haven’t received a confirmation email or shipment confirmation nothing, I spent $300 and I can’t even get a response from you guys!! Super disappointed:(

I bought my hat thinking it was made in America as it is advertise. I just receive it after ordering on Nov 8 2024. I look for the tag and found no Tag where it was made and the address on the package says HONGKONG YUNEEXPRESS LOGISTICS LIMIT. It looks like this hat came from China. That's why it took 3 weeks to get here. I would have never bought this hat from China. Very Disappointed...

It took forever to get my hat and when i got it it was in a box that was too small for the hat now i have a $40 hat that looks beat to shit. yay me.

It has been almost 4 weeks since I ordered the bedspread set from them and they keep saying it's about to ship. They have till 12/8 and I'll be demanding my money back thru Paypal.

Hat came smashed in a tiny little box, cheaply made, shipping took weeks (prob came from china). Website vanished after ordering.

Emailed that I haven’t got a tracking number and I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Starting to get worried that I won’t receive anything.

I don’t get any updates on where my product is. And my product still hasn’t shown up.
