I recently went to your Lake Worth location and I must tell you that your Manager Nick is amazing. He is a customers delight and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Please employ more Nicks and your retention and business overall will increase. He turned a frown upside down

a completely dishonest company. its a shame when dishonest capitalist (redundant) destroy whole industries with greed. I did not get what i ordered or paid for. I ordered flower on many occasions and received minis, a substandard part of plant that cost less. the product details listed on the lab reports are also consistently incorrect.

They rolled out a new rewards program. They NEVER communicated to us that we would lose any existing credits that were on the account. Over night I lost over $1500 of credits. I emailed them and NEVER got the courtesy of a response. Why be loyal to a company that does not care about it's customers.

I made my appointment just as I was getting low on product. I have a herniation in my spine so I have a back injury and I waited for about five minutes for my appointment and my doctor never showed and five minutes later. I got an email saying that my appointment had been canceled..Everyone here is a lame flipping A-Hole For what you put me through and I am gonna dog you every chance I get because you suck big sets. I hope everyone here knows how simply greedy you are and that’s all you are you don’t wanna help anyone you just want the money because you’re so flipping greedy

Trulieve was awesome with their customer service!I have an old iPhone and couldn't find my newly renewed card. Ashtin at the front desk was truly wonderful-she took time and found my new card, and set it up on my phone so that I don't have to panic every time I use it! And Kevin fulfilled my medical order quickly and perfectly! Many thanks for these people and their customer service skills and kindness. Thank you again!!

Beneva Location in Sarasota. Order was ready and Danny was very nice, I chose this location over Osprey due some unpleasant experiences.... the WORLD is corrupt....businesses have to follow suit. I am hoping for some future freedom when it comes to being able to purchase cannabis .... :)

Reagan spent a fair amount of time helping me choose a product to suit my medical needs. She was then more than patient when I had to slip out and be re-admitted to the sales. I'm old, and have only had my card since early June. I don't know the drill yet, but the well-trained and helpful staff are providing great guidance. They'll show me the (hemp) ropes, I'm sure.

Everytime you preorder they cancel it and you walk in they sell you the old flower you can never get the new arrival and you can tell all the worker are stealing from the business like its run by a gang. Great products but horrible service. Very nice employees but extremely slow at processing anything. BE PREPARED TO WAIT OVER EXPECTED WAIT TIME. Doesn't matter what truelieve location. All is 45 minute wait. Express pick-up does not change wait. Especially since most customers are now doing express in hopes of faster.

Trulieve was a great dependable company who I stayed true to, over 5 yrs, spending serious cash each month for relief. Great staff and I was a customer worth keeping. Then, I made orders ready for pick up, usually sales or great bud, but when I arrived only to find my order decimated by ??? Staff! 😥 This is after verifying email/ text saying order filled.They can't seem to make any deliveries from Gainesville hub and rudely leave patients hanging all day then they cancel. So unprofessional I realized they don't care it's all about the cash. I sure hope recreational ballot fails. TL banking on rec and lobbying with $$$$! to make it happen. So medical patients please know they don't care about our needs! Its just a greedy big ruthless corporation after profits hoping to expand their business into recreational. They did steer me to wonderful dispensaries that treat me like a customer they wish to keep! Reason for the 🌟

Ordered one specfic item shortly before the HBG store opened. Received a message stating "Order Is Being Processed". Since I'm almost 30 minutes away I left home anticipating picking up my goodie. Got there around 9:30. When I was called back to the pick up area I was informed that it was out of stock. All they did was try to sell me something else. VERY DISAPPOINTED .. I will never shop that location again, not reliable in supplying me my medicine.

They gave me medication in someone else's name but it wasn't just 1 time, not always, my wife always checks the files and she was the one who told me go and return it, that's a problem if the police stop you with that, it's not yours, I went to return it and The SUPERVISOR: DRAD MAYNARD and BRADLEY SMITH did not want to change my medication and treated me with racism. He argued with me. He didn't believe me. Only 2 hours passed and he told me I have to check the cameras. Well, they don't work.

Cape Coral, FL location is always understaffed and rude. Express pickup takes 30 minutes. Manager doesn’t respond to suggestion or issues. During my transaction, I had a panic attack and got a little bit anxious and they threw me out. I said if I didn’t leave they call security I’m gone from this location and Trulieve all together.

Scammers...bait and switch. Ive been a customer since Trulieve first opened its doors in FL. I have over 1000 membership loyalty points to use towards purchases. I only purchase their Trupod vape products, from which I earn points. Last week, I went to use my points to purchase, and they declined, stating sale items are not available for points purchases. The scam is...the trupods are ALWAYS on sale. I called customer service and they offered NOTHING, except buy something else, and argued with me to make my customer experience much, much morse! Trulieve, you owe me!

Let me start by saying I really like Trulieve products and I visit the Port Orange dispensary. Whenever I arrive for my pick-up or express pick-up order, I am waiting at least 30 minutes before I enter the main room. When I arrive in the back room, there are only two clerks assisting people while 5-10 people are waiting outside. How about hiring some more staff??? This has been the situation for the past year. I'm in and out of the other cannabis companies dispensaries in ten minutes.
