Is truetosole.hu Legit?

The respone of the emails took to long i have to wait to long until delivery + i wanted to send back an item didn t find how .......

the most disappointing experience with an online store and not only that.initially I went to the store in Bucharest and the employees had a horrible attitude, I wanted to buy from them, but I changed my mind when I saw that the employee there refused to bring me a size to try on, saying that she would only bring it to me if I bought it. totally unacceptable. I left the store disappointed, but I had hope in the website, where I received the defective product, wanting to return the product, I waited a long time for my email to be answered. In the end, after insisting and complaining, I managed to get my money back. I do not recommend this store.

Our experience was great. We went to visit on a really hot day and the tempature inside the store was perfect. The prices were also good compared to other stores in the city. The employees were really helpful and kind.

It was a mistake to order from them. I did ordered some products (Nike air force and some accessories) on 19 June and so far I have only received e-mails from them apologizing for the delay. Now I want to cancel the order but it is impossible to communicate because they not respond to e mail or by phone.True to Sole also have a store in Bucharest but the staff from the store cant do nothing!Later edit: they refund me in a very short while after this review with apologies for the delay due to the fact of employes holidays.Maybe i will try a new order in autum.

Best place to visit in Hungary for sneaker-enthusiasts.The staff was really friendly and helpful and the variety of items were extraordinary. I have never seen any sneaker resell store in this region with such a wide range of items to offer.Other than sneakers you can find accessories and both local and well-known clothing brands.Will definitely come back soon!

I had a great experience with True To Sole.The only problem is that they announced me that my order is still in progress only after asking them why is taking so much(I was waiting for nearly 20 day),but they told me that the shoes are coming from a foreign wharehouse.I placed the order on 7th of September and got the shoes on 4th of October.

Good staff and great shoes collection but i bought the nike jordan air 1 mid white from their store in budapest and i paid 85000 huf equivalent to 200$ and i discovered later that the shoes is worth 130$ maxI was disappointed and would never visit again!

Fast delivery, the webshop is easy to use, all of the products are authentic (I've bought sneakers two times from the webshop and once in their shop). Everything went perfect.

First I will tell you that I ordered a tee from them(This will be important later)I placed my order on January 8 and it arrived today (meaning it took them 8 business days, which is still great). I am disappointed with how they handle the delivery, because they don’t give you any details about it(except that I received an email a week later telling me that the tshirt is in an external storage). I contacted them and asked for more information, but they write me back after 3 days, because the t-shirt came to them. Today after it came I was so hyped to open, but to my surprise I discovered that it wasn’t double sealed and it was just put in the delivery bag. Another flaw is that because of their tag, there is now a hole in my shirt, which isn’t a big deal, because it’s not that big still it’s kind of unprofessional.However, I will still be doing business with them in the future

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. First pair was delivered a month after a purchase and another pair now 1.5month after still haven't arrived. Wrote few times for explanation but I didn't get it but billed both pairs together... So my advice would be to skip this webshop if possible.

The quality of the product was very, very nice. I gave two stars just because of the customer support, it was very bad. If they only could reply to the emails and keep you updated regarding your order, would be perfect. Also had a little bit of struggle with my refund, but eventually the money arrived in my bank account. All you have to do is to keep calling until they answer the phone, because that’s how you are going to resolve your issues.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find all the newest limited sneakers. Also, highly recommend to visit the shop if you are in Budapest, it is designed for sneaker geeks.

In my opinion, there was no problem with the delivery, my shoes arrived safely to me. It was delivered in just 5 days which I think is fast. I recommend everyone to shop at the True To Sole webshop!

Instead of getting the right model and the basic one of the shoes , I got the GS model instead of the normal one , and on the site they say is the normal model , and is the picture of the basic ones too , not the GS’s :))) WHO WILL BUY THE UGLY GS’s ???And I told them about the fact that I received the wrong shoes , and they said nothing , just “check the size on our site” , BRO I GOT THE WRONG SHOES NOT THE WRONG SIZE 🤣

Excellent, was reticent at first but I would definitely order again! Shoes are in stellar condition and the shipping didn't take too long either.
