truelancer.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives truelancer.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 91.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Trustworthy. Quality. Safe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this high score? We came up with the 91.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to truelancer.com's industry. The algorithm detected no high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Trustworthy. Quality. Safe. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning truelancer.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between truelancer.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of truelancer.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of truelancer.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. truelancer.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether truelancer.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether truelancer.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, truelancer.com.

You can easily connect to clients from any country, complete assignments, and get your payments instantly. Truelancer has helped grow my business by 200%. A perfect five star rating for this platform!!!
Some job posts are just fake. For e.g.,Posts a typing job, and attaches the image in the project description. When opening that image, then there are links to telegram channels to contact them. There are many projects like this. Controlling such projects would make a platform even more better than it is now. Thanks for this platform. I got handful of jobs here.Thank you again!
The platform provides better visibility for freelancers with the clients. The interface is simple and clear to use. Able to connect with new clients and no worries related to payment
I got a notification from LinkedIn, about a fulltime job opening, and when I clicked on it, It took me to truelancer's homepage. I initially thought that the platform itself needs to hire my position, because it looked like it, but when I clicked on apply, it took me to a place where it asked me to complete my freelancing profile. This is a massive red flag for me, and I am sharing it on all the communities that I'm a member of.
Great platform for freelancers just starting their careers. On other platforms, I was bidding for almost 7 months but got no job. I even bid with completed projects, but still no project received. I love Truelancer for giving me a chance to prove my skills. Thank you, Truelancer. I have one suggestion: please work on the website to make it faster and easier to use. For iOS, please make an app. Clients prefer an app over the website.
I've been associated with trulancer since 2 years. It's been a great experience especially with my relationship n project managers. They are very helpful while dealing with clients. My journey as a freelancer couldn't have been fruitful without their support. Special thanks to Sagar, Himanshu and Nancy for their recommendations and trust in me.
Truelancer is one of the best freelancing platform and its really easy to use their website or mobile app. I am working on Truelancer since 2019 and its really great experience. The Truelancer team is really supportive and helps at any situation.
My client has approved my payment but it's been 3 days and it's still hasn't been released by truelancer. They said it will be released within 24-48 hours. Been contacting the admin and their support but i heard nothing from them. I've earned that money and my client already paid me for my work. This just doesn't make sense
Truelancer.com is a great platform for clients and especially freelancers to increase their market reach. It is also a really great platform where freelancers are able to connect with companies globally. It is a perfect fit for those freelancers who are looking to expand their freelancing business.
Truelancer is a great platform for both clients and freelancers. It is hassle free, fair, and quick. Much recommended from both the perspective of a freelancer and a client.

Platform is really good no doubt on this. If anyone new person looking for any freelancing platform must try it .Only problem less Clint
Easy to find a lot of freelancers
You're there to send proposals to those projects opened in the last 4 months and they haven't hired anyone yet. It's a waste of time. More than 80 percent of projects are the oldest. Even the latest projects are posted at least 5 months,4 months ago, in terms of months not days. I hope you understand guys.
Good platform for both freshers & experienced freelancers. In my personal experience working on different platforms over the years, so far Truelancer has the most reasonable membership pricing compared to others. RMs are helpful.
Pathetic ServiceI created an account and posted a project. They kept removing it even though it was detailed and following the guidelines. Eventually, I got a freelancer and started the job after posting it for like 5 times. The project was still deleted afterwards but everything continued fine. After the work was done, I paid the freelancer and rated for the work. A few days go by and then an admin decides to refund the amount and set the rating to 1 star. Now the freelancer doesn't have any payment and is left with a 1 star review on profile, and I am left with what I invested -10% that went to the fees. They are not replying to me as well. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience.
I engaged freelancer Srimanthi chakrabort on Truelancer for a logo design and HTML template development project, expecting unique and original work. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and concerning.Srimanthy delivered a logo that closely resembled an existing design, as evidenced by clear comparisons I provided. This raised serious doubts about the originality of her work. Moreover, the HTML template, for which she charged a significant fee, turned out to be sourced from a theme available on a black market platform. The similarities were undeniable upon closer inspection, undermining her claim of custom-made work.I promptly raised these issues with Truelancer, seeking their intervention to investigate the matter and take appropriate actions. I emphasized the need for a thorough review of Srimanthy's conduct and deliverables, an impartial assessment of their originality, and guidance on resolving this issue swiftly. The situation highlights a breach of trust and professional conduct on Srimanthy's part, leading to a regrettable experience for me as a client. I trust Truelancer will address this matter seriously and provide a resolution that upholds integrity and fairness for all parties involved.Yours sincerely,Rishi
I have a nice experience hiring and working on Truelancer. I have completed three jobs there everything went as expected. I have hired two freelancer on platform, both did exceptional jobs.Pros:- Easy to Use website & Mobile App.Flexible It Paid on Time.Cons:- The sales manager that made me purchase pro plan and promised new high paying projects never called back after purchasing it.They should improve their website in order to beat industry leaders.Overall I am satisfied & happy.
I completed a project and submitted it to the client. My amount was credited to my account by TrueLancer but within a few minutes my amount was returned to the client's account by TrueLancer. This was a complete fraud on me. And now the client's profile has been locked and there is no response from Truelancer either. I am very angry.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
