Encontrei o site da Trotinetich 20.01.26, entrei em contato sobre o modelo de um monociclo elétrico Kingsong S19 e escolhido tal modelo para compra falei com o atendimento do número onde consta registrado no site abaixo da Trotinetch, conforme os prints de tela já enviados anteriormente Foi realizado compra diretamente no site: https://trotinetch.pt com o modelo do equipamento escolhido. Feito pagamento, recebido por email confirmação do pedido. Logo após já recebi o ok de pedido confirmado no whatsapp também. Informando que no dia seguinte 21.01.26 até às 10 ou 11 horas o fornecedor iria passar o tracking (UPS PORTUGAL) conforme aparece na compra para rastreamento da encomenda. O comportamento foi ficando estranho a medida que fui cobrando o código de rastreamento e sempre uma enrolação a cada momento com uma nova desculpa para não ter o código de rastreamento (está tudo na conversa do whatsapp enviada). Ao ser questionado se já tinha o tracking de rastreio novamente o mesmo informou que era feriado no país do fornecedor e que no dia seguinte, 22.01 ele iria passar o rastreamento da encomenda, foi quando fui novamente acessar o e-mail recebido referente a confirmação de compra e ao acessar o pedido agora o site da Trotinetich é direcionado para o link da Shopify, porem esse redirecionamento só acontece depois de tudo finalizado. O que me leva a crer que o usuário entende de programação ou algo do tipo para montar tal redirecionamento. Foi quando já observei algo estranho, pois uma empresa de tamanho porte como a UPS PORTUGAL não tem qualquer tipo de envio sem rastreamento em seu sistema logístico. Ao questionar novamente o mesmo informou que já tinha sido enviado, porem ainda não tinha o tracking da encomenda e questionei novamente: Como sabe que foi enviado? - O fornecedor me passou por telefone. Como o fornecedor informa que uma encomenda internacional foi enviada e não tem um código de rastreamento? Foi nesse momento que entendi ser mais uma vítima de golpe realizado por essa empresa. Pelo modos operandi parece ser um procedimento já antigo de ir enrolando o cliente até chegar o prazo de receber o pagamento e assim o cliente nunca mais consegue ter acesso nem ao equipamento comprado nem o dinheiro. Meu primeiro procedimento foi entrar em contato vocês do suporte que tem me prestado um atenção enorme. Já entrei em contato com a Shopify informando todo ocorrido, já me passaram um link para formalizar na sessão de fraudes, o que já foi feito no mesmo momento. Também entrei em contato por e-mail com: Inspetor chefe de piquete da polícia judiciária diretoria do norte informando o caso ocorrido. Hoje pela manhã fui na página do Facebook e no Instagram ao mesmo tempo para registrar em todos os posts a seguinte mensagem: CUIDADO FUI VÍTIMA DE GOLPE. Comprei um produto no site trotinetch.pt, o pagamento foi processado pela Shopify, a encomenda foi confirmada, mas o produto nunca chegou. O vendedor não fornece rastreio válido e apenas adia respostas. Tudo já está sendo providenciado. O mesmo entrou em contato informando por mensagem que já tinha realizado o cancelamento do pedido, apagou todas as publicações que fiz e disse que já tinha realizado procedimento de cancelamento bancário. O que sabemos que não é verdade. Coloco abaixo todos os dados do site onde também podem ser confirmados na própria pagina. Espero que as informações sejam claras para que esse mal caráter não faça mais esse tipo de coisa com o sonho das pessoas.
