I bought the first pair of shoes when Tropicfeel was a startup company. It was a great experience. Since then, I have been a loyal customer, always impressed by the quality, comfort and versatility of their products. Every new collection they release seems to offer something innovative and I trust them for both my daily wear and travel adventures!
I bought the sneakers two months ago and, a few weeks ago, the plastic that protects one of the tips of the sprint laces came off, and it's not possible to put it back on completely, so it's always coming off. Apart from that, I found the sprint laces too long to secure the shoes to my feet; I've tried different combinations with the top holes but can't find it to be comfortable enough, the shoes either end up too loose (or loosening as I use them) or too tight.Other than that, they're perfect.
Haven’t bought a bag yet but I pointed out a spelling error on the website and they were kind enough to give me a discount code to use when I get around to buying the bag!! Awesome experience so far, I’m sure the products are just as good as the customer service
Bought a pair of the water shoes AT Lites for myself and my wife for our trip to Croatia since it's mostly rocky beaches. For the most part they worked as advertised, but a few things to note: there can sometimes be an uncomfortable rub on the heel from stitching.....they need a day to dry unless left in direct sun, so don't think you're walking in the water with them then an hour later going to lunch with them dry. With socks they're very comfortable. Grip was secure even when wet. Look good enough to wear around town when not at beach.
Backpack filled with lots of innovative things. The shoulder and waist straps need more padding. We fixed it by buying wrap around pads for them, but for the price they are selling these bags at you shouldn't have to purchase another $30 item separately to make them comfortable to use.
Potential scam company - Ordered shoes and paid extra for 'express delivery'. Nothing has arrived and the tracking link is stuck on 'awaiting courier pick up' and we are past the delivery date. Customer service replied once saying they would look into it and I’ve received no response since, even with numerous follow up emails sent to them. At the moment it feels like they’ve stolen £125 from me! It doesn’t even let me cancel the order even though it hasn’t even been shipped. Only a label has been produced according to their tracking system.

I ordered a pair of All Terrains. And within weeks (of not massive wear) they were starting to split along the glue line. I dont go running in them, I dont do a manual job. So this was just using them as shoes. The damage continued so I requested a refund. Apparently no refund was possible, so I requested a replacement. I sent my old pair back, and it has now been almost a month and I have STILL NOT received my replacement. As per the tracking they look stuck in transit. I have now been requested by Tropic Feel customer services to fill in a form, sign it and return it so they can investigate. I am tired of back and forth and dont understand why they need a signed document to look at the tracking to realise it hasn't moved in weeks. I am beyond wanting these trainers now. Not to mention they aren't cheap either at £149. So I am now shoeless and penniless. And now I have to wait time and time again for customer services to TRY and help.

“Tropicfeel thinks Law does not apply to them”

I purchased the Jungle shoes on 26-01-2021 they arrived on 13-01-2022 when opening the box there was a huge tear on one of the sides of one of the shoes atleast 2 cm. I send an email to Tropicfeel and supplied photos I got told that I owuld not be getting a refund or an exchange as there were burn marks on the photos. I looked at the photos I send and there are no burn marks the photos that they send me were of someone with black skin (which I do not have) and showing some kind of dark mark on the shoe. I invoked the 14 day cooling off period and want to return the shoes and cancel the purchase apparently Tropicfeel thinks they are above the law and are refusing to cooperate. According to EU Law I am well within my right to ask for a refund as we are well within the 14 day cooling off period. This company has no regards for the rules and laws.
