DO NOT BUY from Trong Cavalry !!! Their website looked very well done with great pictures at low prices. And I checked their return policy which was 30day full refund - so I assumed they were a legitimate business. I ordered a pair of US (10.5") shoes and the shipping cost was $7.50 shipped from a US based address, namely: After ordering their product - I waited 2 weeks and had to send an email back about the late order. Then 2 days later (priority US Mail) the product was delivered. The shoes are marked as 44(EU) which I understand is supposed to be equivalent to a US(10.5), however the shoe size was 1/2 inch smaller than my US(10") shoe. Plus, the shoes are inferior quality - nothing like the photos on website. When I attempted to get a refund (based on their 30day refund policy), I received emails from what I believe is a 3rd party distributor: Customer Service Team - some guy who said he's Oliver - who at first told me "There are no refunds, give them to a friend". Then followed with "We can offer only a 10% refund". Then, after sending an email directly to the company at service@trongcavalry - where I complained about the treatment, I continued to receive emails from "Oliver" who then stated you can get a full refund however you must pay return shipping. I thought - no problem I was charged only $7.50 shipping to get them from a US Address: JENS 2701 Pellissier Pl City of Industry Whittier, CA 90601 But they wanted me to RETURN the item to their Chinese address(see below) at an exhorbitant price. (I went to the post office and the shipping cost was going to be MORE than the product value. Consignee: sys Street address: Wancheng Building, Longhua Street, Longhua District Postal code: 518000 City: Shenzhen State: Guangdong Country: China This company does NOT stand behind their refund policy and also have inferior products. AVOID Trong Cavalry at ALL COSTS (even though they have a pretty online store presence).
I agree with everything the buyer above me said. It is impossible to return the item even if it does not fit. This is a scam.
It happened to me too. Stay away from them.
Trongcavalry are criminals who are ripping people off on the returns. They first offer you 10 percent refund, then 20 if you’re really upset, then 30 percent. These shoes are garbage. So, of course you want your money back and they bank on that. They use the name Happy Culture Media when I paid through PayPal. Then, when I tried to get a return going, they called themselves Oliver through Scenery Trade Co limited. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
