On Monday, March 25, 2024, my order #4119 for the F430 was confirmed and I paid the price including shipping. Request for delivery in days May 4, May 12, May 16, May 30, June 13, June 25, July 2, September 5, 2024.The model has not been delivered to this moment.

Recently, I ordered looksmart 499P #51 1:18, from Korea. I was worried because it was my first order, but I'm very satisfied! The product arrived without any problems and the delivery was also very fast. It is released in May after pre-ordering in February, and i received it a week after that. The packaging was perfect as well. Thanks to the Triple Crown Model for great service. I'd love to buy it back here one day!

Communication was great! I placed order right before Italy apparently went into a summer break! (So I was told by TCM) When model did finally arrive, it was well packaged with no damaga. However the box used was reused and threw up red flags to Canada Customs, who went and tore it open. In the end, all is well and I will happily order again!!

I have now received my model from tripple crown model Store Italy , ( Ferrari 126c3 Patrick Tambay No 27 ) , and am fully satisfied . It just took a little while , but now I received it fast and in excellent condition ! I will order again from this shop , even with a bit difficult communication !

Ordered from Belgium. The product ordered was no longer available and was replaced by another with my agreement, but I was also disappointed not to receive the product I had hoped for. A few weeks later (6!), the supplier contacted me again to inform me that the product I had hoped for had just arrived, without my asking. Of course I placed the order and I'm doubly happy. Absolutely no customer service! The store can't be bothered to inform you about the changes in your order. The don't reply on emails. Waiting fir my order 9 months now and they keep saying it will be at the start of new year, after April, late summer, 100% end of August. We are in September now and I'm still waiting.

I have bought several models from Triple Crown and each time it has been a pleasant experience. They are always very responsive and helpful.

The models are ok, but I consider absolutely unaceptable the delivery time. I had to wait one month plus one week just to get the confirmation that my purchase was on its way. During that time I had zero info about what was going on. I asked by mail a couple of times and the only answer I had was "next week" once and again. Far wide below the standards.

I ordered on this website 3 weeks ago now and still haven’t received anything! I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram and I’ve had no contact whatsoever from anyone. Will soon be forced to raise this with the bank and report.UPDATE:I have commented on their Facebook and Instagram and they have deleted my comments within the hour! Shame their customer service is appalling and I can’t get a reply as quickly as they can delete my comments. Will be reporting them for fraud.

It appears that the online shop lists more products than they have in stock. Despite reaching out about a delayed order, messages went unanswered for days. A refund was quietly processed without any communication from the shop provider.

2 weeks after the order, still waiting for the delivery. I have been sent a link which leads to a dead end with the sipping company (unknown parcel number)And when making requests by email, I am being told that this is not the company problem, it's been delivered to the shipment company....so furious, I can just recommend not to buy anything from this company

Fast shipping and item was impeccably packaged. Item is great, would definitely recommend this site and would be coming back to expand my collection.
