Is trendyol.de Legit?

I ordered three different items (north face, Roxy, la Martina), they were very heavily discounted and a day later they cancelled my order. I did get a refund but it is still frustrating.I had also ordered before a pair of Nike trainers 10€ cheaper than in the Nike store and this order had gone well.

Trendyol again, I am struggling to get my refund done but in vain, although I returned the item, the refund hasn’t been reached my account after 16 days since then. I emailed them several times but no response what so ever This company started with no vision or clear policy

I ordered sunglasses that eligible for return and when they didn’t fit the shape of my face I asked for a refund. No one ever came and picked it up and everytime I contact them they claim they will create a new label for refund and they never do. And they terminate the chat !!! At the end after stalling for ages they were like sorry we can’t do anything because the refund time is over.

Product like described - top quality.Delivery even faster than initially stated.

The products are fine, but:- the coat I bought came stinking. Someone has worn it, it smells of perfume and body. - customer service is unavailable.

Trendyol is an online market where you can buy from different retailers.Depends on retailers how are the clothes, deliveries, refunds, etc.I bought a blazer and it had arrived in the exact period they mentioned. The blazed looks great but it doesn't fit good on me.I decided to make a refund.Even the app wasn't updated on my refund, they initiate a refund before the term mentioned in the FAQ section.I would definitely recommend the app and some retailers.Thank you and have a great shopping everyone!

I'm using this app when I need a buy any sportsgear. Its usefull and many store can reach with one app. Also you can check multiple prices and find affordable one to buy it

I ordered basically the same item, in 2 colors. I received 2 very different colors, so basically, NOT what I ordered. Will never order from Trendyol again.

I ordered from Trendyol with an expected delivery date of November 7, but the item is still missing with no clear tracking info. The customer service team was unhelpful, only offering support through in-app chat and refusing phone or email communication. This lack of transparency and assistance has been frustrating, and I hope they improve their customer support options to make order tracking and resolution easier for users.”

Placed an order and paid online. The delivery was supposed to be 1.5 months ago!! They don't bother emailing or doing anything. Extremely poor customer service. Never again!!

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The goods were delivered in 3 days and in top quality. I bought a Valentino brand handbag, all original and top quality.

The site misleads customers when saying items are in stock, when they are not. Then when the delivery is late they insist on waiting a further 30 days if not more to start the refund process. They do not listen to customers who do not want to wait an additional 30 days for the item(s) to start the refund process, which takes a further 1-15 business days, and you have to then check that the amount is correct as they do not refund the correct amount.

My parcel was split in two, one part was delivered and another marked as delivered but never actually arrived. Customer service says nothing can be done about it if you don't reach out within 15 days? When asked if they can see that the parcel has been returned to them - the answer is that everything is ok on their end. This is why sites like Amazon are unbeatable, it's because of their reliable, trustworthy customer service that doesn't require finding a printer to fill out a form, scanning it and uploading it back. In current digital era, this makes 0 sense. I ended up losing money.Update: I would like to mention the team has reached out to me after this review and resolved my problem. trendyol gave a great service by providing multiple items in one website. Return and refund is easy to process. Usualy the predicted delivery time is exact, but sometime items received with damaged box and wrong colors. Usualy I don't mind to receive order with different colors but sometime it sucks!

I bought a pair of shoes and when received them I found them smaller size even though it was My size so I tried to send them back for a bigger size but they asked me to pay for the return postage but they have a free return policy which they not keep it. Therefore after that Im not going to buy anything again, and I hope they going to send me the bigger size shoes that they cost me more money that they promised.

Impossible to contact a person from support, just automated messages. I used the instructions from their app to contact them, they said I should call a number. No country code was available, I looked it up myself. When I managed to call, there was no answer, even though it was withing workin hours. Just a message in Trkish with no option of turning communication into Engish!

Bought amazing sneakers that are stylish and you can never slip ,only for 6€...do I need to say more?

The products,if they fit you,are ok…not the best but for the money you pay they’re ok.But if you want to make a return of the products they will never return you the same amount of money you paid,never.And the costumer service is very very unprofessional.In 2024 to find this kind of situations is very sad 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I like the offers I got from trendyol, so far as a first timer with them I am quite satisfied with the quality of items/products received. Their tracking can be bit confusing but good thing is, if there is a national holiday in turkey they will notify you in your order tracking section. Trendyol can improve their delivery time as I noticed when I placed my order my items were shown to arrive between 04 sep to 10 sep, but later they changed to 6 sep to 11 sept.Their return service is good too and hassle free.
