Is trendyol.com Legit?

The clothes they sell are excellent quality.I am so glad that I found this store on the net. Keep it up Trendyol even when you become more famous then you already are. Always keep your customers satisfied.

When I ordered it was clearly written "Easy and free return in 15 days", then tried to do the return, it was charging me the price of the clothes. Contacted their customer support and he said that is the policy, I am sorry if it was up to me I would refund you.

none of the item match the description of material. cotton is actually PBT (plastic) or acryl or viskose.i bought as described 100% cashmir and it was actually only 5%low quality products!!!!

I am terribly disappointed. My package has been stuck in the “preparing” phase since December 17. Customer service “looked into” the issue, but they couldn’t provide any meaningful information. Their only suggestion was to wait until the package arrives…Ridiculous!I ordered the package as a birthday gift, but now I have to find a new one. The courier company is not listed, so I can’t even inquire with them. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never order from this site again.

If I could give 0 star, I would do so. Ordered clothing for 140 EUR. They split it into 6 packages. I received only 1 (even that one was delivered to my neighbor without any prior notice that I should expect a delivery). After 1.5 moths of waiting I received a mail that the rest of the packages have been delivered. Neither I or my neighbors have it. After 2 days I was finally able to chat with somebody on 'live assistant' and ow I'm waiting for my money. The shittiest delivery service I've ever experienced

I placed an order and it's been one month and it is still in the sorting center. I can't find a way to contact to anyone for help. Won't buy from them again.

Update finally got my parcel and am okay with items I received there are a few things that the quality isn’t the best but the price says it all. However they should improve on the communication part it’s shouldn’t be this hard to be reachable. Delivery company should also communicate when they are delivering.

I purchased Casio watch from Trendyol.com, using COD payment. I received in Ruwais (approx 250km from Abu Dhabi, UAE) within 12 days, thanks to the free shipping from Aramex. The price was fantastic, especially since I got it through a Black Friday offer. Physically, the item looks just like the original, although I'm not entirely sure. Honestly, I don't mind as long as it doesn't seem significantly different or fake. All the buttons are working fine, and it functions as expected. The shop is trusted, so I feel confident in my purchase. Overall, a solid buy, and I'm happy with it!

I made a purchase on November 26 and I still haven't received it. It was supposed to be delivered from December 6 to 11. They sent me an email saying it would take a little longer due to the number of orders. Last Sunday, the 22nd, I received a call telling me that my order would be delivered yesterday, Monday, and I haven't received anything yet. They should improve their delivery service.

I ordered coffee before two months and still I didn't receive even still didn't ship it yet.so it's a SCAM no way they are selling cheap pricesif you want to try use cash option. note: there is no customer support it doesn't exists LOL

Too bad delivery service and deserve zero rating. The courier contacted me on Dec 19 and said the order is on the way but nothing delivered. Again contacted me on Dec 24 and said "I will see if your location is near to me so I will bring the order" seems like I am begging his kindness. Again nothing delivered and the status on Trendyol changed to " cannot be delivered". I feel a great regret for dealing with such a company.Money not refunded, order is not delivered, no body cares for the orders of the customers or their time value, and they don't allow for complains on their page.

the products are OK in general BUT the delivery is way too late and although I pay for a door delivery they make me go all over town to search and retrieve my 5 or 6 packages !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yes,1 order can be divided up to 5-6 shippments) which is VERY UNACCEPTABLE and is why will never shop again! not the products or the quality, such a pity

The quality is good when it comes to the brands! Particularly liked the 100% Authentic stamp! But the delivery still need to be improved. Aramex always denies to deliver to the destination as all other agencies are serve to my address!

I had order one item from trendyol. I still didnot get the items but they took my money already.. its been 14 days already noone sort it out and item is still not deliver and now i cannot do cancel and refund because they said item not yet deliver just wait for the delivey but they just said wait for the delivery but when is the delivery .. very clever mind.. my worst online shopping experience

Trendyol is an online market where you can buy from different retailers.Depends on retailers how are the clothes, deliveries, refunds, etc.I bought a blazer and it had arrived in the exact period they mentioned. The blazed looks great but it doesn't fit good on me.I decided to make a refund.Even the app wasn't updated on my refund, they initiate a refund before the term mentioned in the FAQ section.I would definitely recommend the app and some retailers.Thank you and have a great shopping everyone!

Compensation for the delivery of wrong or defective items is poor and does not meet the standards set by other e-commerce platforms. The customer care representative is very slow in responding to your queries.
