Really happy with this firm and their service. I wanted the watch engraved but stupidly ticked the no engraving box as well. I received an email from Ticker tree next day saying what I'd done and so was able to confirm I actually did want the engraving! The watch was delivered well within the timescale and packaged sensibly. I would definitely buy from Tree Tickers again

Ordering was easy with quick delivery.It is a really good looking watch and appears more expensive than it actually cost.A couple of links had to be removed for a better fit but tool and instructions supplied could not have made this task any easier.

Excellent service, quick delivery and getting the watch dispatched just before the Easter break with engraving was excellent!It was a present for my husband for our Ebony anniversary and he loved it. Fabulous quality and he found it comfortable and light to wear.

Purchased as a Christmas present for partner, product arrived faulty. The points for the times where loose inside the face of the watch (told it was a possible glue issue) after images where sent to show the fault. Advised a replacment wouldn't come in time and would have to wait untill the faulty product was receive for the refund. Second class label sent to return with... Looks like someone won't be getting a Christmas present this year.

Bought a watch from treeticker last Sunday and I have small wrists so was unsure about the fairly chunky designs - so I used the instant chat to ask for some recommendations and I was recommended a ladies watch as it had a smaller face and looks just like the gents styles - it fits perfectly. The customer service was excellent and they were even trying on watches themselves and saying which ones sit best on a smaller wrist! Thanks guys, I absolutely love it. To think I found out about these watches from listening to old XFM shows on youtube!? At this price I will be buying from your site again in the future.Highly recommend if you find that metal bracelet watches can be a bit cumbersome or pinchy, perfect alternative.

Compared to some other wooden watch companies I found TreeTicker offered really good value for money. The watch arrived very quickly, well packaged & the engraving was neatly done. Haven't seen it in action yet as savior a birthday present.

I often lose my watches as I'm rather forgetful, but having my number engraved on the back means that this HOPEFULLY won't happen again. The price was excellent and the delivery was very quick. Plus the packaging was beautiful. Overall, a brilliant purchase. The watch is a little big on me, but that's only because I have a very small wrist! I still wear it daily and love it regardless. One of the watches I ordered was damaged and rather than just sending it out regardless (which a lot of companies might have done since it was the last one in stock) I was offered the choice of any other watch at no additional cost. Excellent service
