Is tredz.co.uk Legit?

Service from Tredz has been exemplary. The Bike ordered (at a cracking price) was delivered quickly, well packed and was pristine. Although an Allen key was missing, Tredz shipped me one out straight away. They’ve also provided invaluable assistance and advice, nothing seems too much trouble. Cannot fault a thing and will be the first stop I go to for any equipment/accessories.

Made a rather large order after a hiatus from cycling. Ordered Sunday evening and needed by the following Friday (after booking a last minute cycling holiday). Goods packed Tuesday morning and with me the next day. Excellent tracking/delivery process and everything as described. I rarely leave reviews but very impressed, how often do you see a company this highly rated on TrustPilot? Will be my go-to website for cycling.

Ordered an electric mountain bike using the Cycle2Work scheme. You can reserve a bike prior to using your voucher which I did. Once I had the voucher very easy to order. They changed the delivery date when I requested, I also asked them to install some mudguards onto the bike for me which they did. The bike arrived safely and was well packaged. All I needed to do was adjust the handlebars and put on the pedals. Used the bike straight away and works great.

Excellent service. Ordered a new bike on Thursday evening and it was built and with me on the following Monday. Arrived safely packaged and only needed a few adjustments to get out on the road!Would highly recommend Tredz; I’ll be getting any future cycling bits n’ pieces from them for sure. Website has loads of details about the products on offer and prices are pretty reasonable for what’s on offer.

Finding what you want is easy, have some decent sales as well , never a problem with any orders etc so overall decent place to get your gear from.

Don't like the fact they only allow you to use BlueLight card once.2nd order placed wouldn't allow discount to be applied.Because of this my further orders have been purchased elsewhere. Yes its not a massive saving, but any savings are better than none!

Great service from Tredz and well received new bike purchase. Swift process from order to delivery & well updated throughout. Had a few issues which were responded to immediately and very supportive by the Tredz team. Would be happy to return again in the future for another purchase.

Tredz has a very good, clear website which is easy and quick to use. The descriptions of the 3 Cateye rear lights I bought were very comprehensive and well set out with plenty of white space around the writing and the large photographs. Moreover the delivery was swift, the postage was free over £30 and trackable and I received regular updates on its progress. Furthermore as I spent over £50 I also received a Tredz £5 discount.

Guys...! It is awesome electric bike! I'm enjoying every single time when I'm riding on this monster. Nice acceleration on turbo mode, perfect bike for moving around the city and in the middle of forest 😈😉. I always taking complements from strangers. There is just one minus...but complain to GOV...25km/h is kinda slow, I can go faster on my legs so if I can go faster on my legs, the speed should be higher around 30-35km/h with assistance. My bike doesn't even hits 25km/h but 17-19 km/h what is sometimes annoying because motor slows down the bike. + cool looking+ nice acceleration on turbo mode + People eyes always on you+ High quality of bike+ Very enjoyable riding - kinda slow bike if you riding straight on the street I'm very very happy with this bike anyway! I love you guys Thank you!!

I was let down by another company who were meant to be supplying a bike for my son’s birthday, I contacted tredz early Friday morning and a much superior bike was delivered on the Monday. Fantastic company to deal with.

Tredz were excellent from start to finish. I found a hybrid bike online after speaking to one of their advisors, and they were able to price match it with one of their competitors. The bike arrived 2 days later and it was quick and easy to assemble. I was out riding it 10 minutes later. Free bike multiple tool included with the purchase, along with a spanner and bike bag.Excellent from start to finish.

What a dreadful experience I had from your company...you really need to change your shipping company, DHL. They are giving you a very bad reputation by not doing what they are supposed to do, i.e. delivering your goods. They mislead and tell lies. I am certain that at your company you do your very best, but once an item leaves your premises you are still wholly responsible until the item has arrived safely to your customer, In my case, it has not. DHL take photos of an incorrect address and say an item has been delivered, when very clearly it has not. DHL are a very weak link in the chain of your company, I am hopeful that my item..an expensive e-bike arrives in the coming days.

From the moment i entered the site to finding the bike i want i had a good shopping experience. Quick and efficient communication via emails or phone when called. Quick turnaround from completion to bike being ready to collect. (My choice) When i got to Cardiff Tredz the staff were welcoming and helpful. Great mechanic and counter staff got my bike ready and finished off setting it up to me. Also helped pick some accessories and fitted them for me.

I first emailed Treds to enquire about the bicycle I was interested in for my Grandson. The company was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I ordered the bicycle and it arrived has promised, I would recommend anyone to this company

Bell failed after third use plastic component snapped off.What a waste of my time ordering not to mention the resources used in manufacture.
