We missed flights right before Christmas because of a miscommunication with Uber driver. Had to rebook. Myrtle methodically reviewed all options beginning with the original carrier and then others including nearby airports. She helped us get seats and seemed to understand that she was working with frustrated and exhausted customers with whom she treated patiently.

I am rewriting my review that I wrote in November about having a bad experience with an Travelocompare agent that recharged me 576.00 for a flight rebooking that should have been an even change of flight bookings with no fee. The company has since refunded me the overcharged fee with apologies which restored my faith that this a highly respected company.Thank you.

Wayne was spectacular. I had to cancel my reservation and was dreading the cancellation process. Wayne made it easy and fast. Give that man a raise!! Excellent 10 star customer service!

Max made it easy to check in by sending me a link on my cell phone. I do not have a computer. I appreciate his helpfulness and great customer service.

Jack Miller was The representative who assisted me today. He was very polite and cordial, and offered me a clear explanation of what my options were. He worked efficiently to resolve my issue. I would hope to work with him again in the future when I schedule future flights. His customer service was exceptional.

My wife and I recently used Travelocompare to book upcoming flights. About two weeks later I noticed we somehow ended up with our birthdates switched on the form we provided for our airline tickets. Knowing the problems that would cause at the airport, I thought calling travelcompare to inform them of what happened. Tom from travelcompare was able to correct the issue for us without anymore airline fees.
