Is travelocase.com Legit?

This company is a fraud. Don't waste your time. I booked airline travel tickets that were "confirmed," only to be changed and "confirmed" again, when neither flight was actually confirmed. Super sketchy outsourced call center. Overall, a terrible company that is absolutely untrustworthy. Book through a reputable company for a hundred or two hundred more, and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this fraudster company.

The agent was very keen on effectively supporting a parent traveling with child. Courteous, sincere, productive, professional, and detail oriented with supporting customer. Made sure our seats were together as my Kid wanted a window seat.

I highly recommend Travelocase to anyone looking to plan a trip. Their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and commitment to providing a memorable experience make them stand out. I will definitely be using their services again for my future travels.

After searching a lot for thanksgiving flights for my daughter to come back from college I landed on this website. At first the price was less than all websites, so instead of putting my details, I used the chat option. Presley on chat advised me the price is good, however I will not get seats of my choice and carry on. If I want an upgrade it would be 60 usd each way more, even after adding 60 usd each way, the fare was cheaper. So i went a head and booked the reservation and then she called me and upgraded. However i booked by reservation on friday and waited for tickets. It was Monday or Tuesday the they still had not taken the funds from my account, i got worried again and went on chat and spoke to Serenity, she was really calm and i was not, but she made me calm, by giving me an airlines confirmation number and i verified it on airlines webite and it pulled up. Then she explained me that discounted tickets take time. The agent was good enough to confirm my reservations and all was good. She told me it will take a couple of days more, i was relaxed because twice i contacted and both times somebody responded. Friday i got my tickets and seats were also assigned, my daughter was happy with the arrangement. I m now just waiting for her to come home and celebrate Thanksgiving. Thank you i will use you again for Christmas as well.

We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United:"Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare. If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. Revenue IntegrityUnited Airlines"

I booked with Travelocase for flights for Spring break. The rates for a higher end carrier were comparable to a budget carrier. And a $1,000 less per person than booking directly through the carrier. Initially there was difficulty charging my card for the flights. The team stayed in regular contact with me and were available with a quick response. They continued to work the problem reassuring me my flights were confirmed. Two days later they were able to complete the transaction and tickets were emailed to me. Now I'm excited and waiting for our trip to begin.

I actually used this site last year for a family trip. I was a bit skeptical about using them at first but everything worked out great. This year I am going on a trip and waited till it was almost too late. I asked if the price advertised was the final price and the rep was very quick to respond and give me honest answers unlike the other sites that advertised one and then tell you the ticket was actually more expensive.

The agent was very helpful and answered all my questions. Helped me changing my name and made sure my information was correct. Also sent me my new booking reservation I truly enjoyed talking to her.

We made our booking in october for travel in February to travel to Punta cana. Our travel was 15 February, however we didnot notice my husband passport was expired, which we only noticed 3 days before the travel. We got a urgent date to fix it, however travel in the first week of march was coming very expensive. I called Serenity and explained her situation, she could have tried to charge me lot due to my urgent situation, instead she called airlines and tried for 2 days to get me a fare difference waiver and got my tickets changed for free. I m really thank you for her. It took a lot of time, but she kept following up and giving me information that she is trying for waiver. Once it was done i was very happy. My trip also went amazing. Our trip to cabo was amazing, non stop flights. The best part was they gave us carry on and seats together, not like other companies asking for extra for seats. The only worry was i receive my tickets in 3 days. But after the trip, the wait for worth.

I was very worried about using Travelocase because I had not heard of them before. I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices were much lower than the others. They were great at communicating with me. I was always able to speak to an actual person without the regular runaround and my tickets were upgraded for no extra charge.

It was very easy to book my flights and all the information was clear and laid out for me. I also appreciate that it was the cheaper cost as booking with the airlines. I feel like booking through Travelocase is easy. The tickets were a little delayed. Rest everything was perfect.

****CONSUMER BEWARE**** These people are huge scammers. On 9/8/22 I purch tickets from the Travel-O-Case website for STL to Denver and then from Denver to Fresno to arrive on 12/22/22 & my return ticket from Fresno to Denver & Denver to STL, to leave on 12/24/22. A snow storm hit the U.S. on 12/22 & I only made it to Denver from St. Louis on 12/22 & was stranded in Denver. My other tickets were cancelled as United had no staff to fly the planes. I called Travel-O-Case on 12/22 to inquire about a refund. They told me to go through United. I did deal with United & they refunded me for another flight I purchased DIRECTLY through their site that got cancelled, that I had purch on 12/22/22 as I was trying to get back to STL. I dealt with United for over a month trying to get a refund for the remaining unused flights, & they finally closed my complaint & told me I had to deal with Travel-O-Case directly, since they are a 3rd party site & since I purchased the tickets directly through them. I contacted Travel-O-Case on 2/7/23 to open an official complaint to get my money back on the unused tickets & they have been stringing me along for over 4 mths. They told me they have a case opened with United & are waiting on them. I know that is a lie as I contacted United & no case is opened & I also confirmed with United that it does not take this long for a refund & TravelOCase has been dragging this out for the past 4 mths to avoid giving me a refund. I would like my money back for the unused tickets that were cancelled due to the weather, which was out of my hands. Well Travel-O-Case now tells me since United sent me a partial refund of $189.60 (from a flight I purchased directly thru United, NOT the travelocase site), then that is it, they cannot issue me no other refund. So the un-used tickets for Denver to Fresno, Fresno to Denver & Denver to STL is basically money in the trash, which is over $400. Totally shady company & dealing with foreigners from the start, stay away!

I called out to make a new reservation and i got best flight deal from Travelocase . Later got tickets as well on the same day and i am happy to book my trip with them.

“Worried it was a scam but they were legit in the end”

I was worried about the good deal i got in high winter season being a scam. But in the end, the booking was real and I received etickets about 7 hrs after purchasing. The customer service was actually great. I called orginally to fix a name error and ended up being told that the departure flight I orginally selected did not actually have the number of seats I booked for, so our two separate bookings were both rebooked to a departure flight that worked out even better for us. I am relieved and glad to have found this travel agent.

They just quote you low rates but never issue a ticket. They take 48 hours to say that the quoted price is not available and they can book you at a higher rate but then again it takes 48 hours and no ticket is issued. You lose valuable time and thereby lose the opportunity to get tickets at a reasonable price elsewhere and you dont get a ticket from them anyway. Complete waste of time. They work from offshore with fake names and ids. Shady company...

Called airline directly and was told several seats available on both flights. Called them back said couldn't honor the price on their site, but could book us for $1300 more on different flight. We paid for a flight from california to kansas and back, after about a month after ordering we realized we wanted to assign our seats. We quickly realised that they didnt give us the united airlines confirmation number that we need just a booking ref ID that doers nothing because you cant even look up you booking info on the travel0case website, their call center is nearly none existent. Just a bad cheaply run travel website that we will never use again.
