While some are self-explanatory concerning travellink.de, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between travellink.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of travellink.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of travellink.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. travellink.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Helpful, friendly, Mohammed.Albeit, had to wait a very long time on phone.Thank you.
A very poor service, no local number in Denmark to call, their call center appears to be Egypt where when they leave a voice mail, they do not pronounce their names clearly in English, so it is extremely difficult to call the representative back, where it is taking too long to confirm a flight booking. My recommendation, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I bought a flight ticket through them, and I bought extra baggage.I was shown option, that I could change my ticket, and by canceling,I would get a refund the fees for my checked in baggage. But no, one agent told me it was possible, another said no.I can't get any proof from them, that it's not possible.Stay awayI will file a complaint and a claim through the European commission board.. So I hope they can stop travellink
Horrible company paid for refundable but there sub company have a non refundable policy. waste of money
Great experience!Fatma is a great representative who honestly do her outmost to assist the customers. She is highly recommended and today’s session will definitely keep me as a steady customer at Travellink.com
Travellink does not even deserve a star. For over 14 days, I have tried to help assist my boyfriend to get in contact with travellink so that we could reschedule and re book, the flight, because I have cancer and need urgent surgery the 26th of august and so we needed ANY day available before that, so he could come home and be by my side through this tough time im going through. 🥺😔😡But, since we first made contact through email, they have not responded properly, and they kept claiming that they tried to call, they tried to withdraw the money from his card, but he didnt even get a confirmation throug mail. How can you withdraw if the costumer has not gotten a confirmation? Or info about the amount they are going to withdraw for the change of travel, which we were not even informed about.😳❗🤦Ive called the head office in London and I keep talking to Indian people, who claims to be sorry for the inconvenience but takes no actions. Other than strawl out. Please wait for 72 hours, my team will check with the airline to confirm the change of flight. And Ive been put on hold so many times that each call end up taking 40-50 minutes. 😡🚫⛔⛔⛔👊Im a very patient person, but this is beyond my understanding and patience. Ive freaked out last time i called. Which was the 5 th time within a week, where nothing had happened. ❗❗🚫 This is the most incompetent company, they lie, and promise that they will help, but after 14 days.. still nothing. 😡🤬🤬🤬🆘Now we used a different company, and we had to pay alot more, But at least, now my boyfriend can come home. But I should send the bill, for my phone, cause its been ringing and left on hold for 4 hours total. 🤬🤬😡🚫❗I have nothing to compare to. This is rediculus, incompetent, none existing help, just a bunch of people apologizing and lying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ❌❌❌❌ I will warn anyone I know. ❗❗
Run for your life! They are so manipulative and irresponsible when their costumers need help. They have super nice lines when you call them but it is all bulls***t! They dont want to do anything for you once you have bought tickets from them. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
Do not book flexable tickets through travellink. They write that the ticket is fully flexible and give no warning to the fact that the ticket must be changed 24 hours before the INITIAL departure. That means that when om vacation, or visiting ill family as I was, it is not possible to change your return ticket even if it is 24 hours before - this has to be done 24 hours before the first departure from your home country - what is the use for this then!!? No disclaimers or anything, it's in one line in their policy.. 1400 dollars for a new one way return ticket is what that resulted in. Never using this rubbish agency again. Travellink: put very clear disclosures on these tickets, they have a cost (189 dollars extra in my case) and are practically useless.
The employee who served us was very nice and explained all the conditions in a clear and easy to understand way. Returning was super easy before the office were open.
LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE / 👎🏾👇🏽 repetitive apologies, no actions, NOBODY ON THAT COMPANY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOTHING!!!! * I want it to make a quick change in my plane ticket , while am in South America, ( Ecu/Dk) and the reason it’s because my girlfriend got the sad news that she has to be operated because of breast cancer ( URGENT ) . And from the moment I asked to TRAVELLINK about this , I haven’t got nothing but headache and more sadness to the situation , because since that day , we have to call them 100 times, I have recibe 1.000 mails. And nothing happened, still to this day ( 12 days after) fighting with this INCOMPETENT PROPLE, that not only don’t understand the importance of the situation, but also with actitudes in the phone, has made my girlfriend call them for nothing, telling lies about that everything it’s on process, but we have to explain watch time everything again and again! Even 1 star ⭐️ ITS too much for this INCOMPETENT , and LOW EMPATHY PEOPLE, that shouldn’t be operating in a European platform, because their system it’s so 3th world country and the same the people who works in there. They don’t have no training nor education on service minded business at all!!!! Total DISGUSTED 🤮 KEEP OUT FROM HERE!!!!! I HAVE TO GO BACK TO DK THE 20th and I already lost all hope, because I Keep receiving apologies in a repetitive mails, but no action at all… ( witch it’s simple : they could just give me the link where to pay the darn Ticket ..!!! But they can not even figure that out ( in more the 12 days!!!! ) ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AMD NOT WORTH USING AGAIN!! That’s for a Damm Certain!!!🧨🧨🧨🪫🪫🪫🧯🧯🪓🪓🪓🩸🩸💔🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 KEEP OUT!!
Travellink was excellent. Thanks to them I avoided to pay extra insurance fee of 10k usd in Jamaica. Thank you guys. Highly appreciated what you mentioned in the paper. All clear and efficient.
Hi I continue my experiences about Travellink. I warn You all to really avoid this company. I made reservation through them early on the spring from Helsinki to Tirana by Lufthansa on June (I wrote about this earlier). I paid for 2x23 kg baggage for Travellink (printed in their email). 2 days before the departure I notice that those baggages are not in Lufthansa system (application). After long and expensive phonecalls I managed to add 2 baggages again and paid 480 euros to Lufthansa. Now I have changed emails with Travellink for few weeks, asking for refund. For nothing, waste of time. I sent them Lufthansa confirmation email (only receipt I have because I didn't pay those at the airport) that I have paid the baggages again. Suddenly they decided to ask the receipt from the airport. I don't have it, only that confirmation email I mentioned earlier. I have told that to them about 4 times. They just send polite emails but that's it. Money gone but this company relly sucks. Don't never ever trust them.
I recently booked a flight through Travellink at an agreed price of 19,500 DKK. However, hours after completing my booking, I was informed that the price had increased to 21,500 DKK, and that I had to accept the higher price or cancel my booking. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Travellink refused to honor the original price, citing dynamic pricing. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as it goes against the principles of fair business practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with Travellink, as they may face unexpected price increases and unsatisfactory customer service.I would like to clarify that I initially raised a detailed ticket with Travellink regarding my situation. However, due to a lack of response, I was compelled to book the ticket directly with the airline at a later stage. Upon canceling the ticket with Travellink, I they also canceled my airline ticket, claiming that the issue was resolved? To add to my frustration, they subsequently requested that I provide the same information again in a Trustpilot comment? I am now left wondering how to rate them zero stars on Trustpilot.
Positively surprised!Website and mobile app was straght forward and easy to use. What I really appreciated was the customer service by phone. Mr. Mohammed Ali from the customer service was very polite and professional. I got fast answers to all my questions. I used travellink to book flights, hotel and a rental car. Will recommend. Personally I will definitely use Travellink again.I would appreciate an option in the app or website to leave personal request to the hotel. Couldn't find one. I handled this by calling the hotel and got the connecting door rooms I requested.
Didn’t reiceive an invoice even though i ticked off a box before i made my reservation. Afterwards I have contacted their support team several times, and they claim, they have sent it once (they haven’t) and the last I heard from them was that they’re looking into the problem, and I still haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t recommend buying if an invoice is necessary for you
I had a very reassuring call with Mo who helped me with my booking that had not been confirmed. He was very helpful. It is very nice that Travellink has a customer service that you can actually speak to.
I had a very disappointing experience with travellink vs Consor. Despite booking and paying for 2x20 kg checked baggage and 2x5 kg carry-on baggage, there was a registration error, and we were told at the airport that only 1x20 kg checked baggage was booked. This mistake forced us to pay an extra €156 for our outbound journey for one suitcase. This is unacceptable, as we had already paid for our baggage in advance. If I had checked Trustpilot or orther sites before booking, I would have chosen another airline / booking site. I am now waiting for a refund and hope this issue doesn't occur on our return flight under the same booking reference.Very disappointed with this experience.
The airline cancelled the flight and I contacted Travellink direct to get the money refunded. I also spoke to the airline who approved a full refund but since then Travellink has delayed the refund. Three months have passed and I have been in contact with Travellink 15 to 20 times, each time there has been some problem that has meant that they have not been able to give me my money back. I have now given up after I got half the amount back, suddenly they have lost my bank details. A serious travel company does not behave in the same way as Travellink has done in my case. Never experienced it being so difficult to get a refund before.I can only give a strong warning about this business and hope that people read this and choose another company instead
avoid themI booked 3 tickets through TL. My flight was cancelled, and they never informed me. I reached out, and they seemed surprised. I couldn't fly on the alternate date offered, so i needed a refund. SAS couldn't help since its an agent i booked through. TL wouldn't help either. TL refused to help with a refund -again direting me to the fligtcompany, which are not responsible for my flight because the parchase is through an agent. they didn't cancel my alternate flight with SAS and now I cant get my refund. Horrible company. Don't use them.
very good in explaining the situasjon and is working very clear (Nour)Kind regards H SAants

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too.
