Is tranya.com Legit?

Do you really want a constructive feedback? Then answer the emails when something goes wrong TWICE with a customer. Your headphones have a battery that lasts around 3 to 5 minutes, either the first or the second pair I received.Furthermore, to get a reply the first time I had to wait cause whoever takes care of this was on holiday, and now that things have gone south again, I am not receving any answer either.0/5 stars customer experience0/5 stars over the product and its battery0/5 stars over the second product received, exactly the same issue with the battery.You should sincerely work on this, a product which is advertised at 179Dollars cannot be faulty twice, there is nothing superior about that except the competition, as I have a 15€ headphones which is still somehow functional after 2 years, when yours never started working.The worst experience is not receiving any response, for several days. Outrageous, I DO NOT recommend this product or its manufacturers to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I bought headphones from this company. One of the headphones was faulty and stoped working. I communicated with customer service about it to get replaced. They ghosted me and ceased communication. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional and I feel I have been scammed.

I bought tranya nova earbuds and they are realy realy good but after short time i run into a problem one earbud is not charging.I contacted the Tranya staff members via email and they sent me another one and were very polite.Nothing bad to say am looking for purchasing more from Tranya.

I bought a headphone on December. it arrived and worked great during 2 months, but, then, I got some malfunctioning. I talked with Tranya through e-mails and they replaced mine easily, what I did appreciate. Now, I've been using the new ones for a couple of months and they work great

The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.

My first pair of tranya T10 Pro was defective so I contacted customer support and they gave me a new pair for free and these working great. This is my fifth pair of earbuds I have bought from tranya over the years. 🥰🥰🥰

I've purchased an S2 smartwatch, which is definitely the best smartwatch I've ever encountered. It has every function you need at a very reasonable price. The display is bright and easy to recognize. The battery lasts nearly a week. In addition, it's waterproof and tough enough to accompany all your workouts. It's must-buy item, no doubt.

Already several years with Tranya products and they are great. Well done earbuds with wonderfull sound and a kickass bass that just got better with every new earbud release. Over the last 3 years I had numerous amount earbuds and headphones, linked with electronic equalizers to improve the sound quality. Never had i the sound and confort that left me satisfied, till I found Tranya ..... no equalizers needed, sound reproduction is crisp, clear, midrange specially on the T10 B is wow, bass on the T20 is if your in a cinema.

The magnet of my Tranya smartwacht fell, but they replaced it with a new watch free of charge, no hassle and even paid the customs taxes!Great customer service! I recommend it with my eyes closed and would buy Tranya products again and again!

I have been using the M10 earbuds for the past year or so and I couldn't be happier with them. The sound quality from low bass to high treble is much better than any "air pods" style earbud I've ever tried. The only issue I have is that the Bluetooth audio codec is a slightly older style (AAC) that can't make full use of the more modern technologies like Qualcomm aptx audio (higher sample rate, more bits per sample), however they do still work just fine with my phone set to that audio codec. Having said that, the sound quality is still fantastic so I'm not sure if I'd know a difference even if I did switch it.Their customer support is also top notch with quick response times and favourable outcomes

Tanya is excellent! I've had several of their headphones, smartwatch and wireless charger - loved them all! They make really great products at an awesome price point. On top of that, their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Good products, good customer service, I've had my phones for a little over a year and they are great. Just recently I have had some problems and the customer service just helped me with what I wanted.

Simply phenomenal customer service. I bought a product that after a while was defective and they sent me a new one (which I'm waiting for it to arrive). I intend to purchase new products from your products in the future.Note: Only crazy people don't give the company 5 stars lol

I really loved using my Tranya T10Bs, they had great bass and an amazing battery life, even better than advertised). Also, there was a small issue with sound being a bit uneven but I was offered a free replacement and so can also say that customer experience was amazing too!
