it was easy to navigate the system , and got subscribed easily, unlike some other companies , I have had the displeasure to deal with, so far so good.I agree the upload speed could be much better as well as the download takes tooooo long but otherwise. Thanks , and still look forward to a long relationship of transfer XL

My experience with free transferences was very good... I hope the next level (with annual subscription) are more good. We will see :)

The upload speed was ok-ish, almost as good as Wetransfer's but the download speed was atrocious and we have a fiber connection. We where looking for a way to send massive data files (4K Videos in full res for quality to have them edited) and it looks like we will be using couriers and HDs for the transfers as this is taking way too long.

I sent 24Gb of client work overnight. It took 8 hours with my poor upload speed. So it’s so reliable to keep it uploading for hours.

Subscrived for delivery a lot of video files, I bought after registration the montly subscription. On profile shows that subscription is FREE. Then I logged out, closed the browser, login again, and the password is not working! THE PASSWORD THAT I JUST MADE AFTER REGISTRATION. They are just THIEF.

Its a hit-and-miss.Someone wanted to send me two videos. a small and a large one, and I accepted both. The small one worked and I got the download as a zip file which is ok. But the large one never came through. The circle came on the screen as if it's about ready to give me a download link then the circle simply disappeared with no download prompt. meanwhile the background images keep changing every minute or so. How do people use this service if some videos work and some don't with no explanation on screen?

Because of a failure, I had to transfer approximately 25GB, mostly videos, for a film project for my daughter very spontaneously.I found TransferXL and thought this would be my rescue. We tried it nearly the whole day without any success. At the end we found out, that our low internetconnection must be the reason for it. This is not really your fault, but a little but clearly recognizable notice from your side would have saved me from a lot of frustration and unnecesseriliy spended time.

It didn't work. 2GB. Every upload wasn't finished.Other picture programs for fotobook 10GB finished fastly and successfully. My 10 € were lost.I stopped my abo directly. Thank you for your question.

Excellent service and fast transfer of files.

I tried sending files and they took way to long to upload and download and also didn’t send it as the original files. It was sent as a zip file in which my recipient couldn’t open or download the files. He left it downloading over night and in the morning still nothing.

Not any good, networkfail after 2 GB every time,tried several times at a fiber 100/100mb line, no luk stopped at 2GB every time an said Network Error.Dont waste your time on this poor application...
